本发明公开了一种可移动型智能多向旋转窗,包括固定框架,所述固定框架上端和下端设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有至少一个外窗框,所述外窗框侧面与外框侧面设有配合的外开关锁,所述外窗框竖直轴心连接转轮,所述转轮与第一编码减速电机的齿轮相互啮合,所述转轮上设置有滚轮;所述外窗框水平轴心嵌装有第二编码减速电机,所述第二编码减速电机连接旋转轴,内窗框通过旋转轴设置在外窗框内,所述内窗框侧面与外窗框侧面设有配合的内开关锁,所述内窗框内固定有电控玻璃,所述第一编码减速电机、第二编码减速电机和电控玻璃连接微控制器。可以横向旋转、移动,纵向旋转,支持风向采集,自动调节开窗角度,方便通风。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转窗,具体地涉及一种可移动型智能多向旋转窗。
背景技术
各类建筑中应用最广的是推拉窗,它具有坚固耐用、省空间和保温密封性好的优点,但是结构复杂、难装拆与清洁,常用且有效的解决方法是使用旋转窗,一般可分为技术已成熟的固定旋转轴和发展最迅速的移动旋转轴两类,从运动学的角度分析,移动旋转功能可用移动副组合铰链实现,也可用滚滑高副实现,移动解决了窗户的灵活开启问题,旋转解决了随时清洗问题。
中国专利文献CN 202673020公开了一种移动旋转窗,包括固定窗框和多个窗扇,固定窗框的上下边框槽内各安装一个动框,固定窗框的上下边框在安装动框的位置开槽,槽底部有连轴孔,两动框由连扳在端部用螺钉连为一体,动框中部有固定旋转轴,固定旋转轴穿过连轴孔与滑动轴承连接,固定窗框的上下边框内设置有外导轨和内导轨,窗扇上下边框的凹槽内有滚轮,窗扇通过滚轮与固定窗框上的外导轨或内导轨嵌合,窗扇左右边框上的凹槽内嵌有密封条,固定窗框的左右边框有凹槽,侧面各设一挤紧器,下部动框两端的固定窗框上各设置一锁定器。该种旋转窗存在以下缺陷:
1、只能横向旋转360度,无法进行纵向旋转。
、安装有普通玻璃,其功能基本为透光,通风,方便擦洗。
、简单的旋转窗,无法自动控制透光率、调节光线,而且房间另一侧光线无法射入。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明目的是:提供一种可移动型智能多向旋转窗,可以调节透光率、光线强度,光线强时可以实现遮光,对光线无法正常射入的位置实现补光,而且该旋转窗还可以横向旋转、移动,纵向旋转,支持风向采集,自动调节开窗角度,方便通风。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种可移动型智能多向旋转窗,包括固定框架,所述固定框架上端和下端设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有至少一个外窗框,其特征在于,所述外窗框侧面与外框侧面设有配合的外开关锁,所述外窗框竖直轴心连接转轮,所述转轮与第一编码减速电机的齿轮相互啮合,所述转轮上设置有滚轮;所述外窗框水平轴心嵌装有第二编码减速电机,所述第二编码减速电机连接旋转轴,内窗框通过旋转轴设置在外窗框内,所述内窗框侧面与外窗框侧面设有配合的内开关锁,所述内窗框内固定有电控玻璃,所述第一编码减速电机、第二编码减速电机和电控玻璃连接微控制器。
优选的,所述外窗框上框设置有滚动遮光帘,所述滚动遮光帘下端设置有永磁体,与外窗框下框永磁体为异性,所述滚动遮光帘由第三编码减速电机驱动,所述第三编码减速电机由微控制器控制。
优选的,所述外窗框上下两端设置有激光测距传感器,所述激光测距传感器连接微控制器。
优选的,固定框架外侧设置有用于采集风向数据的风向传感器,采集的风向数据通过无线发射模块发送至微控制器的无线接收模块,所述微控制器对接收的风向数据进行处理,输出外窗框和/或内窗框旋转角度控制信号。
优选的,室内设置光敏传感器,所述光敏传感器连接微控制器,微控制器根据光敏传感器采集的数据进行处理,输出内窗框旋转角度和/或电控玻璃控制电压信号和/或第三编码减速电机控制信号。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
1、该可移动型智能多向旋转窗横向和纵向均可旋转360度,水平可移动,最大程度上实现开窗。支持风向采集功能,可以自动调节开窗角度,方便通风,而且支持手动和自动调节。
、该旋转窗具有自动调节室内光线强弱的功能,而且可以对光线无法射入位置一定范围内实现补光。外窗框上下两端设有激光测距系统,防止外窗框距离过近时,内窗框产生碰撞。

实施例:
如图1、2所示,一种可移动型多向旋转窗,包括固定框架1、固定框架1上端和下端设置有凹槽8,凹槽内设置有至少一个外窗框2,外窗框2可以在凹槽8内移动、转动。外窗框2纵向轴心连接转轮15,转轮15上设置有滚轮16,外窗框2与固定框架1侧面设有开关锁用于开和闭,固定框架1侧面设置有凸外窗锁3,与固定框架1相邻的外窗框2侧面设置有与凸外窗锁3配合的凹外窗锁6,相邻外窗框2的侧面设有相互配合的开关锁用于开和闭。每一个外窗框2纵向轴心通过外窗框旋转轴19连接转轮15与编码减速电机14的齿轮13相互啮合,可使外窗体横向旋转和水平移动。
每一个外窗框2水平轴心嵌有编码减速电机12,并与内窗框5的旋转轴20连接,内窗框5通过旋转轴20设置在外窗框2内;外窗框2下端内侧设置有凸内窗锁,内窗框5下端外侧设置有与凸内窗锁配合的凹内窗锁11。内窗框5内固定有电控玻璃4,电控玻璃4可根据所加电压不同改变玻璃透过率,编码减速电机和电控玻璃连接微控制器28。可以根据需要纵向转动内窗框5向室内反射光线,以获得更好的补光效果。
每一个外窗框2上框嵌有滚动遮光帘17,下框嵌有永磁体9,滚动遮光帘17末端设置有永磁体7,与永磁体9为异性,滚动遮光帘17由微型编码减速电机18驱动遮光帘滚轴10运动,微型编码减速电机18由微控制器28控制;光线过强时,滚动遮光帘17会自动滚落,滚动遮光帘17滚落至外窗框时,永磁体9间可以吸合。
内窗框、外窗框在编码减速电机的驱动下可旋转360度,编码盘将角度信号反馈给微控制器28,从而控制内窗框、外窗框转动。
每一个外窗框2上下两端设置有激光测距传感器22,激光测距传感器22连接微控制器28。防止外窗框2距离过近时,内窗框5产生碰撞。
在房间外侧设置风向传感器24,用于采集风向数据。采集的数据通过无线发射模块26发送给微控制器28的无线接收模块27。微控制器28对接收的风向数据进行处理,输出外窗框2的旋转角度控制信号,也可以输出内窗框5旋转角度控制信号,方便通风。
光敏传感器23设置于房间内侧,用于采集光强数据。采集的数据通过无线发射模块26发送给微控制器28的无线接收模块27。微控制器28根据光敏传感器23采集的数据进行处理,输出内窗框5旋转角度、电控玻璃4的控制电压信号、微型编码减速电机18的控制信号三种中的一种或多种。
窗锁连接窗锁控制开关29,窗锁控制开关29由微控制器28控制。

1.一种可移动型智能多向旋转窗,包括固定框架,所述固定框架上端和下端设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有至少一个外窗框,其特征在于,所述外窗框侧面与外框侧面设有配合的外开关锁,所述外窗框竖直轴心连接转轮,所述转轮与第一编码减速电机的齿轮相互啮合,所述转轮上设置有滚轮;所述外窗框水平轴心嵌装有第二编码减速电机,所述第二编码减速电机连接旋转轴,内窗框通过旋转轴设置在外窗框内,所述内窗框侧面与外窗框侧面设有配合的内开关锁,所述内窗框内固定有电控玻璃,所述第一编码减速电机、第二编码减速电机和电控玻璃连接微控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可移动型智能多向旋转窗,其特征在于,所述外窗框上框设置有滚动遮光帘,所述滚动遮光帘下端设置有永磁体,与外窗框下框永磁体为异性,所述滚动遮光帘由第三编码减速电机驱动,所述第三编码减速电机由微控制器控制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可移动型智能多向旋转窗,其特征在于,所述外窗框上下两端设置有激光测距传感器,所述激光测距传感器连接微控制器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可移动型智能多向旋转窗,其特征在于,固定框架外侧设置有用于采集风向数据的风向传感器,采集的风向数据通过无线发射模块发送至微控制器的无线接收模块,所述微控制器对接收的风向数据进行处理,输出外窗框和/或内窗框旋转角度控制信号。
5.根据权利要求2所述的可移动型智能多向旋转窗,其特征在于,室内设置光敏传感器,所述光敏传感器连接微控制器,微控制器根据光敏传感器采集的数据进行处理,输出内窗框旋转角度和/或电控玻璃控制电压信号和/或第三编码减速电机控制信号。
