Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻质安全型外墙保温装饰板，包括面板层和支撑层，所述支撑层位于与面板层相抵的一侧均匀开设有若干减重槽，另一侧上部设有安装用挂板，下部设有与挂板厚度相等的粘接座，所述粘接座的侧部沿水平方向开设有用于在施工作业时穿入安全保障绳的安全绳孔。本发明为由面板层和支撑层组成的双层结构，支撑层内部设有减重槽，既可以减轻装饰板整体的质量，又利于保温；支撑层背侧上部设有挂板，便于安装，下部设有用于在施工作业时穿入安全保障绳的安全绳孔，可以成排固定装饰板，极大提高连接可靠性和安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域，尤其涉及一种轻质安全型外墙保温装饰板。
背景技术
外墙保温装饰板是近几年研发的新型建筑外墙装饰保温一体化材料，主要应用于体育馆、图书馆、学校和医院的办公楼、别墅等各种建筑的外墙装饰和节能改造。
现有的外墙保温装饰板中大都为叠压的多层结构，这种各层均为实体结构、质量较大的结构在使用过程中存在一些不足之处，一是材料成本高，不利于施工；二是施工时易发生装饰板板体坠落，安全隐患较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题，提供一种轻质安全型外墙保温装饰板。
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种轻质安全型外墙保温装饰板，包括面板层和支撑层，所述支撑层位于与面板层相抵的一侧均匀开设有若干减重槽，另一侧上部设有安装用挂板，下部设有与挂板厚度相等的粘接座，所述粘接座的侧部沿水平方向开设有用于在施工作业时穿入安全保障绳的安全绳孔。
进一步的，所述减重槽长方体结构，其靠近面板层的一端为开口，另一端为闭口。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明为由面板层和支撑层组成的双层结构，支撑层内部设有减重槽，既可以减轻装饰板整体的质量，又利于保温；支撑层背侧上部设有挂板，便于安装，下部设有用于在施工作业时穿入安全保障绳的安全绳孔，可以成排固定装饰板，极大提高连接可靠性和安全性。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例，来详细说明本发明。
本实施例所述的轻质安全型外墙保温装饰板，如图1至3所示，包括面板层1和支撑层2，所述支撑层2位于与面板层1相抵的一侧均匀开设有若干减重槽3，另一侧上部设有安装用挂板4，下部设有与挂板4厚度相等的粘接座5，所述粘接座5的侧部沿水平方向开设有用于在施工作业时穿入安全保障绳的安全绳孔6。
进一步的，所述减重槽3长方体结构，其靠近面板层1的一端为开口，另一端为闭口。
