本发明公开了一种水性缝纫设备机油,其包含以下重量份的原料:40~60份基础液、10~15份丙三醇、2~3份抗氧剂、1~5份吐温20、0.5~1份消泡剂、0.5~2份耐磨剂、0.5~3份防锈剂;将丙三醇及吐温20混合并加热至50~70℃,加入防锈剂、消泡剂,保温搅拌10~20min,将所得溶液降至常温后,加入其余原料并搅拌均匀,过滤既得水性缝纫设备机油。本发明的水性缝纫设备机油具有良好的水溶性,是一种润滑性能优良、容易清洗、成本低廉、使用寿命长、不污染布面的润滑机油,使用方便而且节能环保。

一种水性缝纫设备机油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及缝纫设备维护助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种水性缝纫设备机油以及其制备方法。
背景技术
缝纫机是一种缝制用具,按照缝纫机的用途,可分为家用缝纫机、工业用缝纫机和位于二者之间的服务性行业用缝纫机。随着市场和消费结构的不断调整,缝制设备的产品结构在中低速工业缝纫机的基础上向着高速化、系列化方向发展,新型缝纫机的工作效率不断提高。缝纫机在工作过程中,由电机或者人工输入动力驱动主轴转动,主轴通过一些列的曲柄连杆机构完成刺料、钩线、挑线、送料等动作,进而完成对缝料的缝制。缝纫机在运转过程中内部运转构件需要用润滑机油以减少设备运作过程中的机械磨损或动力损耗,以保证设备能正常运行。
由于缝纫设备润滑类产品的市场需求量较小,因此市场上常用常规石油制品作为缝纫设备润滑剂,而没有考虑缝纫设备润滑的特殊要求。人们公知,石油制品中使用的原料为含有对身体有害的芳烃基础油,再向其内添加一些助剂即为目前缝纫设备上常用的机油,而缝纫设备经常需要与人们贴身穿着的面料接触,这些机油难免会沾污面料或者带给面料一些有害的异味,且在操作完成后去除需要专门的清洗剂进行清洗,成本很高。随着现代化社会发展的需要,人们对润滑剂产品的要求也普遍提高,提供一种润滑性能优良、易清洗、使用方便的缝纫设备专用机油成为行业内的迫切需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种水性缝纫设备机油以及其制备方法,使得机油可以很好的满足缝纫设备特殊的需求,具有附着性好、润滑性能优良同时易于清洗的特点。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种水性缝纫设备机油,其包含以下重量份的原料:40~60份基础液、10~15份丙三醇、2~3份抗氧剂、1~5份吐温20、0.5~1份消泡剂、0.5~2份耐磨剂、0.5~3份防锈剂。
作为优选,所述基础液包括水溶性聚醚、聚乙二醇、去离子水,其重量比为5~6:2~3:1。
作为优选,所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐。
作为优选,所述消泡剂为聚醚、白油中的一种或两种。
作为优选,所述耐磨剂为石油磺酸钠。
作为优选,所述防锈剂为聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺、环烷酸锌中的一种。
进一步地,所述一种水性缝纫设备机油通过以下方法制得:将丙三醇及吐温20混合并加热至50~70℃,加入防锈剂、消泡剂,保温搅拌10~20min,将所得溶液降至常温后,加入其余原料并搅拌均匀,过滤既得水性缝纫设备机油。
本发明的优点:本发明的水性缝纫设备机油是一种润滑性能优良、容易清洗、成本低廉、使用寿命长、不污染布面的润滑机油,产品具有良好的水溶性,设备在运作过程中不慎沾在布料皮革纤维上的油渍可直接通过清水洗涤来清除,不沾其他任何油污,具有全水洗性能;本发明的缝纫设备机油还同样适用于除缝纫机外的其他纺织设备,而且配方原料非常环保,容易被生物降解,是一种绿色环保型缝纫设备专用润滑机油。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明:
实施例1:一种水性缝纫设备机油,其包含以下重量份的原料:40份基础液、10份丙三醇、2份抗氧剂、1份吐温20、0.5份消泡剂、0.5份耐磨剂、0.5份防锈剂。
本实施例中,所述基础液包括水溶性聚醚、聚乙二醇、去离子水,其重量比为5:3:1,即25份水溶性聚醚、15份聚乙二醇、5份去离子水;所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐;所述消泡剂为聚醚和白油;所述耐磨剂为石油磺酸钠;所述防锈剂为聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺。
所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油通过以下方法制得:将丙三醇及吐温20混合并加热至50℃,加入防锈剂、消泡剂,保温搅拌10min,将所得溶液降至常温后,加入其余原料并搅拌均匀,过滤既得水性缝纫设备机油。
实施例2:一种水性缝纫设备机油,其包含以下重量份的原料:60份基础液、15份丙三醇、3份抗氧剂、5份吐温20、1份消泡剂、2份耐磨剂、3份防锈剂。
本实施例中,所述基础液包括水溶性聚醚、聚乙二醇、去离子水,其重量比为6:2:1;所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐;所述消泡剂为白油;所述耐磨剂为石油磺酸钠;所述防锈剂为环烷酸锌。
所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油通过以下方法制得:将丙三醇及吐温20混合并加热至70℃,加入防锈剂、消泡剂,保温搅拌20min,将所得溶液降至常温后,加入其余原料并搅拌均匀,过滤既得水性缝纫设备机油。
实施例3:一种水性缝纫设备机油,其包含以下重量份的原料:50份基础液、12份丙三醇、2.5份抗氧剂、3份吐温20、0.8份消泡剂、1份耐磨剂、2份防锈剂。
本实施例中,所述基础液包括水溶性聚醚、聚乙二醇、去离子水,其重量比为6:3:1;所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐;所述消泡剂为聚醚和白油;所述耐磨剂为石油磺酸钠;所述防锈剂为聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺。
所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油通过以下方法制得:将丙三醇及吐温20混合并加热至60℃,加入防锈剂、消泡剂,保温搅拌15min,将所得溶液降至常温后,加入其余原料并搅拌均匀,过滤既得水性缝纫设备机油。
实施例4:一种水性缝纫设备机油,其包含以下重量份的原料:46份基础液、11份丙三醇、2.8份抗氧剂、2份吐温20、0.9份消泡剂、1.2份耐磨剂、2份防锈剂。
本实施例中,所述基础液包括水溶性聚醚、聚乙二醇、去离子水,其重量比为5.5:2.5:1;所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐;所述消泡剂为聚醚;所述耐磨剂为石油磺酸钠;所述防锈剂为环烷酸锌。
所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油通过以下方法制得:将丙三醇及吐温20混合并加热至58℃,加入防锈剂、消泡剂,保温搅拌13min,将所得溶液降至常温后,加入其余原料并搅拌均匀,过滤既得水性缝纫设备机油。

1.一种水性缝纫设备机油,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:40~60份基础液、10~15份丙三醇、2~3份抗氧剂、1~5份吐温20、0.5~1份消泡剂、0.5~2份耐磨剂、0.5~3份防锈剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油,其特征在于:包含以下重量份的原料:50份基础液、12份丙三醇、2份抗氧剂、3份吐温20、0.5份消泡剂、1份耐磨剂、2份防锈剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油,其特征在于:所述基础液包括水溶性聚醚、聚乙二醇、去离子水,其重量比为5~6:2~3:1。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚醚、白油中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油,其特征在于:所述耐磨剂为石油磺酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺、环烷酸锌中的一种。
8.权利要求1~7任一所述的一种水性缝纫设备机油,其制备方法为:将丙三醇及吐温20混合并加热至50~70℃,加入防锈剂、消泡剂,保温搅拌10~20min,将所得溶液降至常温后,加入其余原料并搅拌均匀,过滤既得水性缝纫设备机油。
