技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种含天竺葵精油的改良型全覆盖汽车地板垫。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,汽车使用的越来越广泛。一般情况下,汽车的座椅下面均放置脚垫,以供驾驶员和乘客踩踏,而现有技术中的脚垫功能单一,已不能满足人们的使用需求。
一方面,随着全球气温的不断升高,蚊子的种群和数量都将大幅提高,正日益威胁人类的健康。蚊子除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰睡眠外,更严重的是传播多种疾病。我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类,蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等。
另一方面,将空气负离子技术运用于汽车地板垫产品中,使用后的汽车地板垫在室内长期释放空气负离子,尤其是负氧离子。由于其在结构上与超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)相似,因此具有相似的生物活性,能够使活的生物细胞带负电荷,从而使病毒失去对细胞的攻击能力。例如,在人造空气负离子环境中,经测定空气中霉菌、细菌数可降低90%以上。负氧离子被吸入人体后,能调节神经中枢的兴奋状态,改善肺的换气功能,改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、增强免疫系统能力、使人精神振奋、提高工作效率等,它还对高血压、气喘、流感、失眠、关节炎等许多疾病有一定的治疗作用,所以人称负离子为“空气中的维生素”“长寿素”。
迄今,使传统的汽车地板垫产品同时具有驱赶蚊虫和释放负离子的功能的技术设计还未有见。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种含天竺葵精油的改良型全覆盖汽车地板垫,不仅可有效的驱赶蚊虫,还可释放空气负离子。此外,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,具有良好的保健效果。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种装置有所述汽车地板垫的汽车。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种含天竺葵精油的改良型全覆盖汽车地板垫,具有脚踏部和侧翼部,其特征在于:所述的脚踏部和侧翼部由位于上层的中药毯坯层、负离子胶黏层和位于底层的防滑层组成,所述中药毯坯层由涤纶制成的基布层和机织在基布层上的绒头组成,所述中药毯坯层、负离子胶黏层和防滑层自上而下依次设置,且所述中药毯坯层和防滑层通过负离子胶黏层胶合,其中,在所述中药毯坯层与所述防滑层之间还依次间隔设置有中药颗粒容置腔和活性矿物质颗粒容置腔,所述的中药颗粒容置腔和活性矿物质颗粒容置腔为若干个等距分布在所述的脚踏部(A)和侧翼部(B)的条形腔,其中:
所述负离子胶黏层(2)包括羟基丁苯胶和负离子天然矿物质粉,其中羟基丁苯胶和负离子天然矿物质粉的质量比为6:1,所述负离子天然矿物质粉为电气石、镧系稀土复合盐类和氧化钛按重量比4:3:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比3:2的混合物,所述负离子天然矿物质粉的粒度为2500目的超细粉末;
所述活性矿物质颗粒容置腔(4)内设置有高密度无纺布套袋,在所述的高密度无纺布套袋内装置活性矿物质颗粒(40),所述活性矿物质颗粒为电气石、硅藻土、二氧化钛和麦饭石按重量比3:3:2:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比3:2的混合物;
所述中药颗粒容置腔(5)内设置有高密度无纺布套袋,在所述的高密度无纺布套袋内装置有中药颗粒(50),所述中药颗粒由下述组分按重量份组成:逐蝇梅50-60份,苏木1.5-2份,阿魏1-3份,紫苏叶15-20份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,苏合香3-5份,麝香1-3份,薄荷1-3份,小蘖1-3份,五味子1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,檀香1.5-2份,把上述原材料按常规工艺进行粉碎,研成粉末,并按上述比例混合,搅拌均匀后填充在透气纱布6中,此为现有已知技术,在此不作详述。
具体地说,在一较佳实施例中,在所述中药毯坯层1与所述防滑层3之间设置多个容置腔,在每个容置腔内分别设置有高密度无纺布套袋(图中未示出),所述的高密度无纺布套袋用于装填中药颗粒50和活性矿物质颗粒40,装填中药颗粒50和活性矿物质颗粒40后,所述的高密度无纺布套袋就被装置在相应的容置腔内。也就是说,汽车地板垫的顶层和底层之间形成多个间隔设置的容置腔,该容置腔用于分别填充中药颗粒50和活性矿物质颗粒40,从而对中药颗粒和活性矿物质颗粒进行固定,避免因汽车地板垫局部受力导致填充在所述容置腔内的中药颗粒50和活性矿物质颗粒40全部集中到一个地方,进而降低不适感。
为了便于加工,所述容置腔为若干个等距分布在所述的脚踏部A和侧翼部B的条形腔,此时,容置腔均匀分布,进而使中药颗粒50和活性矿物质颗粒40均匀分布。
所述中药毯坯层(1)在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:逐蝇梅50-60份,苏木1.5-2份,阿魏1-3份,紫苏叶15-20份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,苏合香3-5份,麝香1-3份,薄荷1-3份,小蘖1-3份,五味子1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,檀香1.5-2份,白芍药精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,所述中药毯坯层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:逐蝇梅50-60份,苏木1.5-2份,阿魏1-3份,紫苏叶15-20份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,苏合香3-5份,麝香1-3份,薄荷1-3份,小蘖1-3份,五味子1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,檀香1.5-2份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入白芍药精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的汽车地板垫毯坯层打卷,然后浸入S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;

本发明还提供一种汽车,在所述汽车上装置有经上工艺流程制备的汽车地板垫。
本发明基于祖国传统医学,参考现代中药药理研究,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组份协同作用,其中各原料的作用简介如下。
逐蝇梅:马鞭草科马缨丹属,属多年生植物,常绿半蔓性灌木,小枝四棱形,长而下垂具有逆向的锐刺,它的枝叶与花朵中挥发出蚊蝇敏感的气味,具有很强的驱逐蚊蝇功效,而对人体无任何伤害,有“驱蚊七变花”美誉。
苏木:甘,咸,辛凉,有祛痰、止痛、活血、散风之功效,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、白喉杆菌、流感杆菌、弗氏痢疾杆菌及副伤寒丙杆菌等多种细菌有较强的抑菌作用,对百日咳杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒甲、乙杆菌及肺炎杆菌也有抑制作用。
阿魏:辛、苦,温,无毒,《唐本草》:主杀诸小虫,去臭气,破症积,下恶气。
紫苏叶:为唇形科植物紫苏的干燥叶(或带嫩枝),具有解表散寒,行气和胃的功效,用于风寒感冒,咳嗽呕恶,对葡萄球菌有抑制作用。
薰衣草能除蚁、除蟑、除螨,放在衣柜、枕头下的时候,不但能代替樟脑丸,还能留下一股沁人的香味,研究发现,薰衣草有明显的抗菌作用,薰衣草中蕴含的芳樟醇是薰衣草抗菌的主要成分,它能抑制17种细菌(包括革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌)、10种真菌的生长。
打破碗花花:①《陕西中草药》:“苦,凉,有小毒。”②《四川常用中草药》:“苦辛,温,有小毒。”【化学成分】根及全草含白头翁素(anemonin)和三萜皂齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃核糖基-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖甙、齐墩果酸3-O-β-D-吡喃核糖基-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃木糖甙,以及齐墩果酸。【功用主治】杀蛆虫、孑孓,化积,消肿,散瘀,治顽癣,秃疮,疟疾,小儿疳积,痢疾,痈疖疮肿,瘰疬,跌打损伤。
榆树皮:为榆科植物的干燥树皮或根皮,甘、平,无毒;利水,通淋,消肿,用于小便不通,淋浊,水肿,痈疽发背,丹毒,疥癣。
沉香:《本草纲目》记载沉香具有强烈的抗菌效能、香气入脾、清神理气、补五脏、止咳化痰、暖胃温脾、通气定痛、能入药,是上等药材极品。
樟木:常绿乔木,树皮黄褐色,有不规则的纵裂纹,主产长江以南及西南各地。冬季伐树劈碎或锯成块状,晒干或风干。木材块状大小不一,表面红棕色至暗棕色,横断面可见年轮。质重而硬。有强烈的樟脑香气,味清凉,有辛辣感,性温,味辛;能通窍辟秽、温中止痛、利湿杀虫。
苏合香:为金缕梅科植物苏合香树所分泌的树脂,又名帝膏(侯宁极《药谱》),苏合油(《太平寰宇记》),苏合香油(《局方》),帝油流(《现代实用中药》),有开窍辟秽,开郁豁痰,抑菌、抗炎、行气止痛的功效。
麝香:具有开窍,辟秽,通络,散瘀的功效;治中风,痰厥,惊痫,中恶烦闷,心腹暴痛,癥瘕癖积,跌打损伤,痈疽肿毒。《本经》:主辟恶气,温疟,痫痉,去三虫。
薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥地上部分,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。
小蘖:常绿灌木,高1-2米。老枝圆柱形,暗灰色,幼枝淡黄色,具棱槽及疣点;茎刺三分叉,无槽,长1.5-2厘米,与枝同色。主治:去心腹中热气,杀诸虫,治血崩。释名子蘖、山石榴。气味:苦、大寒、无毒。
五味子:为木兰科植物,具有抗菌作用,对炭疽杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、霍乱弧菌等均有抑制作用。
甜马郁兰:可以改善心情苦闷和上瘾症,尤其对弘毅紧张症状有效,能扩张血管、降血压、减轻以及负担,帮助消除心悸,有优异的神经安抚与镇定功能。
檀香:为檀香科植物的心材。常绿小乔木,高6~9米,具寄生根,《傣药录》记载:用于理气和胃,中恶,杀虫。
白芍药精油:白芍性凉,味苦酸,微寒,具有补血养血、平抑肝阳、柔肝止痛、敛阴止汗等功效,适用于阴虚发热、月经不调、胸腹胁肋疼痛、四肢挛急,泻痢腹痛、自汗盗汗、崩漏、带下等症,其中芍药甙有抗菌、解热、抗炎、增加冠状动脉流量、改善心肌营养血流、扩张血管、对抗急性心肌缺血、抑制血小板聚集、镇静、镇痛、解痉、抗溃疡、调节血糖的作用。白芍煎剂能抑制痢疾杆菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌等。
天竺葵精油:具有止血,收缩血管,气喘,肝排毒,胆结石,肾排毒,肾结石,利尿,肌肉酸痛,油性皮肤,老化皮肤活化,疱疹,皮肤苍白,减肥,促进结疤,湿疹,灼伤晒伤,癣,月经不顺,乳房充血发炎,减轻忧郁不安,具有除臭,抗菌,杀菌的作用。
雪松精油:是从雪松的花、叶、茎、根或果实中,通过水蒸气蒸馏法、挤压法、冷浸法或溶剂提取法提炼萃取的挥发性芳香物质。具有消炎作用,抗菌、收敛、利尿、柔软、化痰、杀霉菌、补身的功效。
本发明的效果:
本发明采用驱虫中草药与抗菌消炎草本药物复配,再配以改善精神状态的草本中药成份,添加温性的精油成份及负离子活性成份,经实验证明,本发明不仅可以驱赶蚊虫,还可以释放负离子,清新空气,在车内密闭的环境中,对驾乘者具有较好的保健作用;此外,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,具有提阵精神的效果。

S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:逐蝇梅50kg,苏木1.5kg,阿魏1kg,紫苏叶15kg,薰衣草15kg,打破碗花花3kg,榆树皮15kg,沉香4kg,樟木20kg,苏合香3kg,麝香1kg,薄荷1kg,小蘖1kg,五味子1kg,甜马郁兰1.5kg,檀香1.5kg,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60℃煎煮2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入白芍药精油0.4kg,天竺葵精油0.3kg,充分搅拌调匀,然后按8%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的汽车地板垫毯坯层打卷,然后浸入S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20分钟;
S6、将S5中的汽车地板垫毯坯层展开,然后通过压辊挤压,压力为2pa;
S7、将S6中的汽车地板垫毯坯层在网带传动下进入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80℃;
S8、自然冷却后,将S7处理后的汽车地板垫毯坯层进行染色、烘干,即得到中药毯坯层1。
在一较佳实施例中,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8千克、避蚊胺0.3千克和雪松精油0.4千克。

S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于80℃煎煮1.5小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入白芍药精油0.6kg,天竺葵精油0.5kg,充分搅拌调匀,然后按9%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的汽车地板垫毯坯层打卷,然后浸入S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍30分钟;
S6、将S5中的汽车地板垫毯坯层展开,然后通过压辊挤压,压力为2.5pa;
S7、将S6中的汽车地板垫毯坯层在网带传动下进入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度130℃;
S8、自然冷却后,将S7处理后的汽车地板垫毯坯层进行染色、烘干,即得到中药毯坯层1。
在一较佳实施例中,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂9千克、避蚊胺0.2千克和雪松精油0.6千克。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯30千克、桉树油18千克、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2千克、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10千克和苯甲酸钠0.3千克。
其余同实施例1。
经过处理后的汽车地板垫的驱避率达到90%以上,反复洗涤30次无破损且驱蚊虫效果不变。
检验上述汽车地板垫的方法如下:
(1)在三个2平方米的实验空间,分别为实验1组、实验2组和对照组,(实验1组对应实施例1、实验2组对应实施例2)并将实验组和对照组(普通汽车地板垫)分别放入无外界蚊虫干扰的实验室内,实验组和对照组(普通汽车地板垫)均通过温湿度控制器将温度控制在温度25℃,相对湿度45%,实验组内铺设本发明汽车地板垫,而对照组是按照本发明方法制作的未添加中药提取物和负离子胶黏层的普通汽车地板垫,分别对蚊子、跳蚤、蚂蚁、蟑螂、臭虫、扁虱、地毯甲虫进行分类测试,分别在5、10、15、24小时内进行计数,检测数据见表1。
由表1得出各类昆虫在各时间段的驱避率,并得出表2。
驱避率为(放入数量-剩余数量)/放入数量。
由表1和表2可知,本发明的驱虫率可达98%以上,并且10小时即可达到接近91%,15小时即可达到96%以上,与对照组(普通汽车地板垫)相比,本发明的驱虫效果明显,而且对于蚊子、臭虫和扁虱的驱除率可达100%。
(2)气味检查:感官,清香,无刺激性异味。
(3)负离子检测。
采用负离子测试仪器,主要是针对木材、矿石、陶瓷材料、负离子粉末与相关制成商品(如负离子衣物、项链、毛毯)等所释放出的负离子数量做出测量。
测试结果见表3。

结论:本发明实施例1、实施例2中的汽车地板垫可以持续释放空气负离子,与现有技术中的普通汽车地板垫相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(4)杀菌效果检测。
依照本发明方法制备的汽车地板垫经检测,其理化指标如表4:

S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:逐蝇梅50-60份,苏木1.5-2份,阿魏1-3份,紫苏叶15-20份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,苏合香3-5份,麝香1-3份,薄荷1-3份,小蘖1-3份,五味子1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,檀香1.5-2份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入白芍药精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的汽车地板垫毯坯层打卷,然后浸入S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将S5中的汽车地板垫毯坯层展开,然后通过压辊挤压,压力为2-2.5pa;
S7、将S6中的汽车地板垫毯坯层在网带传动下进入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S8、自然冷却后,将S7处理后的汽车地板垫毯坯层进行染色、烘干,即得到中药毯坯层(1)。
