甘草，气微，味甜而特殊。功能主治：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
大青叶，苦，寒。入肝、心、胃经。功能主治：清热，解毒，凉血，止血。治温病热盛烦渴，流行性感冒，急性传染性肝炎，菌痢，急性胃肠炎，急性肺炎，丹毒，吐血，衄血，黄疸，痢疾，喉痹，口疮，痈疽肿毒。
茶叶，甘、苦；凉；胃经、心经、肺经；功能主治：清头目，除烦渴，化痰，消食，利尿，解毒。治头痛，目昏，多睡善寐，心烦口渴，食积痰滞，疟，痢。
生地黄，甘苦，凉，入心、肝、肾经。功能主治：清热生津滋阴，养血。治阴虚发热，消渴，吐血，衄血，血崩，月经不调，胎动不安，阴伤便秘。
玄参，味甘、苦、咸；性微寒。归肺，胃，肾经。功能主治：清热凉血，泻火解毒，滋阴。
龙葵，苦，寒。功能主治：清热解毒；活血消肿。主疔疮；痈肿；丹毒；跌打扭伤；慢性气管炎；肾炎水肿
苦参，味苦；性寒；归经：肝；肾；大肠；小肠经；膀胱；心经；膀胱经。功能主治：清热燥湿；祛风杀虫。主湿热泻痢；肠风便血；黄疸；小便不利；水肿；带下；阴痒；疥癣；麻风；皮肤瘙痒；湿毒疮疡。
马鞭草，苦，凉。归肝、脾经。功能主治：活血散瘀，截疟，解毒，利水消肿。用于症瘕积聚，经闭痛经，疟疾，喉痹，痈肿，水肿，热淋。
大黄，苦，寒。归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经。功能主治：泻热通肠，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经。用于实热便秘，积滞腹痛，泻痢不爽，湿热黄疸，血热吐衄，目赤，咽肿，肠痈腹痛，痈肿疔疮，瘀血经闭，跌打损伤，外治水火烫伤；上消化道出血。酒大黄善清上焦血分热毒。用于目赤咽肿，齿龈肿痛。熟大黄泻下力缓，泻火解毒。用于火毒疮疡。大黄炭凉血化瘀止血。用于血热有瘀出血者。
酢浆草，酸，寒。入手阳明、太阳经。功能主治：清热利湿，凉血散瘀，消肿解毒。治泄泻，痢疾，黄疸，淋病，赤白带下，麻疹，吐血，衄血，咽喉肿痛，疔疮，痈肿，疥癣，痔疾，脱肛，跌打损伤，汤火伤。
梅花冰片，辛苦，凉。入心、肺经。功能主治：通诸窍，散郁火，去翳明目，消肿止痛。治中风口噤，热病神昏，惊痫痰迷，气闭耳聋，喉痹，口疮，中耳炎，痈肿，痔疮，目亦翳膜，蛲虫病。
乌梅，酸、涩，平。归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。功能主治：止泻痢，止咳，安蛔，生津，止血，敛肺，涩肠，用于肺虚久咳，久痢久泻，虚热消渴，蛔厥呕吐腹痛，胆道蛔虫症。
苦瓜叶，味苦；性凉。功能主治：清热解毒。主疮痈肿毒；梅毒；痢疾
本发明中，金银花、蒲公英、连翘、紫花地丁、野菊花、梅花冰片、乌梅、苦瓜叶主要用于清热解毒、消积泻火、祛瘀止痛；加配重楼、半枝莲、黄芩、皂角刺，主要用于燥湿凉血、滋阴降火、祛风杀虫；又配甘草、大青叶、茶叶、生地黄、玄参、龙葵、苦参，用于开窍醒神、除烦利尿、疏风平肝，多种药材组合协同，消痈散结、凉血散瘀、滋阴降火，有效加快药物的吸收，改善末梢血液微循环，纠正组织缺氧，修复损伤细胞，对多发性疖肿有显著的疗效。

一种治疗多发性疖肿的中药组合物，其原料按重量份包括：金银花20，蒲公英30，连翘20，紫花地丁30，黄芪15，野菊花15，重楼15，半枝莲15，黄芩10，皂角刺10，甘草6，大青叶20，茶叶15，生地黄30，玄参5，龙葵10，苦参15，马鞭草2，大黄5，酢浆草10，梅花冰片14，乌梅20，苦瓜叶15。
对100例疖肿患者进行临床观察治疗。治愈：疖肿症状全部消失；
显效：疖肿全部症状消除或主要症状消除；
有效：疖肿主要症状基本消失；
无效：主要理化检测指标与治疗前无变化。
其中，治愈80例，显效10例，有效6例，无效4例，总有效率为96％。

2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗多发性疖肿的中药组合物，其特征在于，其原料按重量份包括：金银花18-21，蒲公英29-32，连翘18-22，紫花地丁29-32，黄芪14-17，野菊花14-17，重楼13-16，半枝莲14-18，黄芩8-12，皂角刺9-12，甘草5-7，大青叶19-22，茶叶13-16，生地黄28-31，玄参4-6，龙葵9-12，苦参13-16，马鞭草1.8-2.4，大黄4-6，酢浆草9-12，梅花冰片13-15，乌梅18-21，苦瓜叶14-16.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗多发性疖肿的中药组合物，其特征在于，其原料按重量份包括：金银花18.2，蒲公英31.5，连翘18.6，紫花地丁31，黄芪14.6，野菊花16.5，重楼13.5，半枝莲17，黄芩9，皂角刺11.5，甘草5.5，大青叶21，茶叶14，生地黄30，玄参4.5，龙葵11，苦参14，马鞭草2.2，大黄4.2，酢浆草11.5，梅花冰片13.6，乌梅20，苦瓜叶14.58。
