Abstract

The invention discloses an alternative merchant information pushing method and apparatus. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a piece of merchant information related to a telephone call event in a mobile terminal; obtaining one or more pieces of alternative merchant information associated with the merchant information; and based on a prompt window format, selecting one or more pieces of the alternative merchant information to perform display. According to the technical scheme, information and a telephone number of an alternative merchant associated with one piece of the merchant information related to the telephone call event in the mobile terminal can be directly displayed in the mobile terminal without the need for a user to manually perform search, and the user can perform alternative merchant selection and next processing such as operations of making a call and the like, so that the great convenience is brought for the user and good user experience is provided.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of internet, in particular to a method and a device for pushing alternative merchant information.

Background

Today in the information age, users often do not have a single choice when selecting services such as dining, medical treatment, traveling and the like. For example, when a user wants to have a dinner close to the front door, a plurality of restaurant stores meeting the user's needs can be easily searched through the internet. However, this requires the user to manually search and call the store of the heart meter to ask or order a meal. If the user fails to make a call to the store at this time, the user often needs to repeat the previous steps and re-search other stores because many other stores are available for the user to select, so that a lot of time and energy are wasted by the user, and great inconvenience is brought.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention has been developed to provide an alternative merchant information pushing method, apparatus, server and system that overcome or at least partially address the above-mentioned problems.

According to one aspect of the invention, an alternative merchant information pushing method is provided, which comprises the following steps:

obtaining merchant information related to a phone call event on a mobile terminal;

obtaining one or more alternative merchant information associated with the merchant information;

one or more of the alternative merchant information is selected for display based on a prompt pane.

Optionally, the obtaining of the one or more alternative merchant information associated with the merchant information includes one or more of the following:

acquiring merchant information of one or more branch stores corresponding to the merchant information as alternative merchant information;

acquiring merchant information of a plurality of branch stores corresponding to the merchant information, and selecting the merchant information of the first N branch stores closest to the merchant information as alternative merchant information, wherein N is a natural number;

acquiring one or more merchant information which is the same as the business label of the merchant information as alternative merchant information;

acquiring one or more merchant information which is/are floated within a preset value range compared with the average consumption price in the merchant information as alternative merchant information;

acquiring the merchant information of the first N branch stores which are the same as the business label of the merchant information and have the closest distance as the alternative merchant information;

and acquiring one or more merchant information which is the same as the business label of the merchant information, has the closest distance and fluctuates within a preset value range compared with the average consumption price in the merchant information as the alternative merchant information.

Optionally, the obtaining one or more candidate merchant information associated with the merchant information includes:

sending the merchant information to a server;

and receiving one or more alternative merchant information which is returned by the server and is associated with the merchant information.

Optionally, the obtaining of a merchant information related to a phone call event on the mobile terminal includes one or more of:

when a phone call non-call event occurs on the mobile terminal, acquiring merchant information corresponding to the phone number not called;

According to the technical scheme, one piece of merchant information related to the telephone call event on the mobile terminal can be acquired, one or more pieces of alternative merchant information related to the merchant information and the corresponding telephone number are acquired according to the merchant information, and one or more pieces of alternative merchant information are selected to be displayed based on the prompt pane mode. According to the technical scheme, the information and the telephone number of the alternative merchant associated with the merchant information related to the telephone calling event on the mobile terminal can be directly displayed on the mobile terminal without manually searching by a user, so that the user can select the alternative merchant and perform the next processing, such as dialing and other operations, and the method is greatly convenient for the user and provides good user experience.

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of an alternative telephone number push method in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention is shown. The method comprises the following steps:

step S110, monitoring a call dialing event on the mobile terminal.

And step S120, when the event that the telephone is not called is monitored, one or more alternative telephone numbers associated with the telephone number which is not called are obtained.

Step S130, displaying one or more alternative telephone numbers on the mobile terminal for the user to dial.

Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an interface for displaying a plurality of alternative telephone numbers on a mobile terminal. The following scenarios are corresponded: the user dials the Jiuxian bridge to send out the telephone, but does not make a call, at the moment, the alternative telephone number is displayed on the display screen of the mobile terminal in a mode of acquiring the alternative telephone numbers or a plurality of alternative telephone numbers associated with the telephone number which is not made a call, the user can know other telephones which are in contact with the Jiuxian bridge to be sent out without manually checking numbers, and convenience is brought to the user.

If there are multiple alternative telephone numbers associated with the non-calling telephone number, the multiple alternative telephone numbers can be displayed according to the relevance degree of the non-calling telephone number. For example, the phone number that the user does not make a call is the phone number of the winebibber bridge business department of a certain express company, and the alternative phone numbers associated with the phone number include another phone number of the same business department and the phone number of the business department of another express company in the area. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, an alternative phone number popup is popped up on a display screen of the mobile terminal, and one or more alternative phone numbers are displayed in the popup. For example, the above-mentioned telephone numbers of the same business department of the same express company, or the telephone numbers of business departments of the same area of different express companies; a plurality of telephone numbers of headquarters and branches of a company, and the like, may be stored as telephone numbers associated with each other. The collection of the telephone numbers can be obtained from the internet through a web crawler program or can be obtained in a manual mode, for example, each merchant is requested to report the telephone numbers of the own store, and the telephone numbers are stored in an alternative telephone number database. The local alternative telephone number database can be synchronized with the alternative telephone number database of the server side at regular time or irregular time according to requirements.

The telephone number obtained in this way preferably displays one or more candidate telephone numbers on the mobile terminal and correspondingly displays the unit names corresponding to the one or more candidate telephone numbers because the telephone number contains the unit information. So that the user can clearly dial the corresponding telephone number.

Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of still another alternative telephone number pushing method applied to the server side according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the method includes:

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an alternative telephone number pushing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, an apparatus 400 for pushing alternative information on a mobile terminal includes:

a monitoring unit 410 adapted to monitor a phone dialing event on the mobile terminal.

Wherein the telephone numbers in the alternative telephone number database can be obtained by the collecting unit further comprising executing one or more of the following steps of collecting the associated telephone numbers to the alternative telephone number database: collecting a plurality of telephone numbers of the same unit as mutually-associated telephone numbers and storing the telephone numbers into an alternative telephone number database; collecting telephone numbers of a plurality of units with administrative association relations as mutually associated telephone numbers and storing the telephone numbers in an alternative telephone number database; telephone numbers of a plurality of units which do the same service are collected and stored in an alternative telephone number database as telephone numbers which are associated with each other.

Fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of an alternative telephone number pushing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes one or more alternative telephone number pushing apparatuses 400 according to any of the above embodiments and an alternative telephone number pushing server 500 according to any of the above embodiments.

In the above embodiment, the alternative information pushed on the mobile terminal is an alternative telephone number. In another class of preferred embodiments, the alternative information pushed on the mobile terminal may be alternative merchant information. In an embodiment of the present invention, an alternative merchant information pushing method is provided, a flowchart of which is shown in fig. 7, and the method includes:

FIG. 8 illustrates an interface diagram for displaying multiple alternative merchant information on a mobile terminal. The following scenario is envisaged: the user wishes to eat the grilled fish near the winebibber bridge and obtains a telephone number outside the riverside city (winebibber bridge shop) for dialing by searching (the shop name is only an example). Considering that there may be no branch store for the merchant corresponding to the merchant information, or there may be no branch store corresponding to the merchant information within a preset threshold value, (for example, merchant information of other branch stores outside the riverside city is not shown in the figure, and it is stated that the condition of the alternative merchant information is not satisfied), it may be considered that alternative merchant information close to the demand of the user is recommended for the user, for example, more than one store for operating grilled fish is generally available, and therefore, several merchant information identical to the service label thereof may be acquired as the alternative merchant information according to the merchant information outside the riverside city (the winery bridge store). The business tags can be divided into multiple stages, for example, the first-stage tags of catering merchants are generally catering, and merchant information with the same second-stage or third-stage business tags can be limited to be used as alternative merchant information, such as Sichuan dishes, Lucai dishes, grilled fish, hot pot and the like. Preferably, in order to make the alternative merchant information presented to the user closer to the actual needs of the user, the alternative merchant information may be further defined from several aspects: the consumption average price is within a preset threshold value from the nearest distance, and the fluctuation of the consumption average price is not more than 20% compared with the consumption average price in the merchant information. For example, two alternative merchant information, new boiling fish village (gazette store) and single family (general store) are shown in fig. 8. The alternative merchant information shown in fig. 8 includes a name of the alternative merchant, an address of the alternative merchant, evaluation information of the alternative merchant, per-capita consumption information of the alternative merchant, service tag information of the alternative merchant, picture information related to the alternative merchant, and group purchase information of the alternative merchant, and in other embodiments, the information may be subjected to preferred display item processing to save interface resources.

Similar to the previous embodiment, the alternative merchant information may be obtained through interaction with the server, i.e., the merchant information is sent to the server; and receiving one or more alternative merchant information which is returned by the server and is associated with the merchant information. Likewise, the server may maintain a database of alternative merchant information, which is queried to obtain alternative merchant information. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, a candidate merchant information database may also be maintained on the mobile terminal, and similarly, the candidate merchant information is obtained by querying the local database according to the merchant information, and if not, the candidate merchant information database at the server side is queried according to the merchant information.

After the alternative merchant information is presented, the user usually wants to perform further operations such as checking the detailed information of the merchant or performing group purchase according to the alternative merchant information. Therefore, in one embodiment of the invention, when one displayed alternative merchant information is triggered, a merchant detail page corresponding to the merchant information is jumped to. For example, FIG. 9 shows an interface diagram for displaying a merchant details page on a mobile terminal. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, when the group purchase information in one of the displayed alternative merchant information is triggered, a jump is made to the corresponding group purchase detail page. For example, fig. 10 shows an interface diagram for displaying a group purchase detail page on a mobile terminal. In yet another embodiment of the invention, one or more merchant information controls are displayed while one or more alternative merchant information is displayed on the mobile terminal; a merchant list page is opened in the browser when the more merchant information control is triggered. For example, FIG. 11 illustrates an interface diagram for displaying a merchant list page in a browser of a mobile terminal. In other embodiments, the merchant list page may be displayed not just in a browser, but in other APP's that may implement this functionality. The above functions may be combined to provide a better experience for the user.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a pop-up alternative merchant information pop-up window may be popped up on the display screen of the mobile terminal, and one or more alternative merchant information may be displayed in the pop-up window. The pop-up window can be closed by the user so as not to affect the normal use of the dialing interface by the user. For example, FIG. 8 shows a plurality of alternative merchant information in pop-up form. Of course, the format of the prompt window is not limited to this, and may be set according to actual requirements.

Fig. 12 shows a flowchart of yet another alternative merchant information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the method includes:

Fig. 13 shows a schematic structural diagram of an alternative merchant information pushing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 13, an alternative merchant information pushing device 1300 includes:

an obtaining unit 1310 adapted to obtain a merchant information related to a phone call event on a mobile terminal; and obtaining one or more alternative merchant information associated with the merchant information.

A display unit 1320 adapted to select one or more of the alternative merchant information for display based on the prompt pane.

Similar to the previous embodiment, the alternative merchant information may be obtained through the interaction of the apparatus with the server, i.e. the obtaining unit 1310 is adapted to send the merchant information to the server; and receiving one or more alternative merchant information which is returned by the server and is associated with the merchant information. Likewise, the server may maintain a database of alternative merchant information, and the obtaining unit 1310 obtains the alternative merchant information by querying the database. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, a candidate merchant information database may also be maintained on the mobile terminal, and the obtaining unit 1310 obtains the candidate merchant information according to the merchant information query through a local database, and if the candidate merchant information database is not obtained, then queries the candidate merchant information database at the server end according to the merchant information.

Corresponding to the foregoing method embodiments, the alternative merchant information may likewise include one or more of the following: the name of the alternative merchant; an address of an alternative merchant; evaluation information of alternative merchants; per-person consumption information of alternative merchants; business label information of alternative merchants; picture information related to alternative merchants; group purchase information for alternative merchants. The interface effect diagram of the alternative information displayed on the mobile terminal may also refer to fig. 8.

After the alternative merchant information is presented, the user usually wants to perform further operations such as checking the detailed information of the merchant or performing group purchase according to the alternative merchant information. Thus in one embodiment of the invention, the apparatus further comprises: the skipping module 1330 is adapted to skip to a merchant detail page corresponding to the merchant information when the displayed alternative merchant information is triggered, as shown in fig. 9. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises: the skipping module 1330 is adapted to skip to the corresponding group purchase detail page when the group purchase information in the displayed alternative merchant information is triggered, which may refer to fig. 10. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the display unit 1320 is further adapted to display one or more merchant information controls while displaying the one or more alternative merchant information on the mobile terminal; opening a merchant list page in the browser when the more merchant information control is triggered, as can be seen in FIG. 11. In other embodiments, the merchant list page may be displayed not just in a browser, but in other APP's that may implement this functionality. The functional modules and units can be combined, thereby providing better experience for users.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the display unit 1320 is adapted to pop up a pop-up window of alternative merchant information on the display screen of the mobile terminal, and display one or more alternative merchant information in the pop-up window. The pop-up window can be closed by the user so as not to affect the normal use of the dialing interface by the user, and the interface effect can refer to fig. 8. Of course, the format of the prompt window is not limited to this, and may be set according to actual requirements.

Fig. 14 shows a schematic structural diagram of an alternative merchant information push server according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 14, an alternative merchant information push server 1400 includes:

Fig. 15 shows a schematic structural diagram of an alternative merchant information pushing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 15, the alternative merchant information pushing system 1500 includes one or more alternative merchant information pushing apparatuses 1300 in any of the above embodiments and an alternative merchant information pushing server 1400 in any of the above embodiments.

In the above embodiment, the alternative information pushed on the mobile terminal includes a telephone number or alternative merchant information. In another preferred embodiment, the alternative information pushed by the mobile terminal may be alternative merchant information and a corresponding telephone number. In an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for pushing alternative information on a mobile terminal, a flowchart of which is shown in fig. 16, and the method includes:

step S1610, when an event that the phone on the mobile terminal is not called is monitored, obtaining merchant information corresponding to the phone number that is not called.

Step S1620, obtaining one or more candidate merchant information associated with the merchant information, and obtaining a phone number corresponding to each candidate merchant information.

Step S1630, displaying one or more alternative merchant information and corresponding phone numbers on the mobile terminal.

Likewise, the server may maintain a database of alternative information, and obtain alternative merchant information and corresponding telephone numbers by querying the database. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, a candidate information database may also be maintained on the mobile terminal, and similarly, the candidate merchant information and the corresponding telephone number are obtained by querying the local database according to the merchant information, and if not, the candidate information database of the server side is queried according to the merchant information.

FIG. 17 illustrates an interface diagram displaying a plurality of alternate merchant information and alternate telephone numbers on a mobile terminal. The following scenario is envisaged: the user wishes to eat the grilled fish near the winebibber bridge and obtains a telephone number outside the riverside city (winebibber bridge shop) for dialing by searching (the shop name is only an example). When an event that the mobile terminal does not make a call is monitored, merchant information outside the river town (winebibber bridge shop) is acquired through the telephone number, at this time, whether the merchant information corresponds to other telephone numbers available for dialing as alternative telephone numbers or not can be judged first, if yes, the alternative telephone numbers of the merchant are provided for the user, and as shown in fig. 17, two alternative telephone numbers outside the river town (winebibber bridge shop) are provided for the user to select. In addition, according to the merchant information, by acquiring alternative merchant information of other branch stores outside the riverside city, such as a plurality of branch stores outside the riverside city (beijing watercolor stores), optionally, a plurality of branch stores with the closest distance or the distance within a preset threshold value among the plurality of branch stores are taken as the alternative merchant information. Because the number of chain type catering branch shops is large, the winebibber bridge shop is located in the sunward area, and the branch shop recommending the headway area for the user is obviously not in line with the user requirement. Considering that there may be no branch store for the merchant corresponding to the merchant information, or there may be no branch store corresponding to the merchant information within a preset threshold value, (for example, merchant information of other branch stores outside the riverside city is not shown in the figure, and it is stated that the condition of the alternative merchant information is not satisfied), it may be considered that alternative merchant information close to the demand of the user is recommended for the user, for example, more than one store for operating grilled fish is generally available, and therefore, several merchant information identical to the service label thereof may be acquired as the alternative merchant information according to the merchant information outside the riverside city (the winery bridge store). The alternative merchant information shown in fig. 17 includes the name of the alternative merchant, the address of the alternative merchant, the evaluation information of the alternative merchant, the per-capita consumption information of the alternative merchant, the service tag information of the alternative merchant, the picture information related to the alternative merchant, and the group purchase information of the alternative merchant, in other embodiments the above information may be preferably processed to save interface resources, for example, in the specific implementation, the telephone number corresponding to the alternative merchant information can be further provided through the optimization interface, in this example, due to the size limitation of the mobile terminal interface, and the excessive information of the alternative merchants needing to be displayed, therefore, a screenshot showing a phone number corresponding to the alternative merchant information is not provided, and does not represent that the technical solution of the present invention cannot be implemented, for example, in one embodiment, the alternative merchant information may be slid left and right to view its corresponding telephone number and proceed further.

After the alternative merchant information is displayed, the user usually wants to perform further operations such as dialing of a corresponding telephone number, viewing of detailed merchant information or group purchase according to the alternative merchant information. Thus, in one embodiment of the invention, when a phone number corresponding to the displayed alternate merchant information is triggered, a phone dialing application is invoked to dial the triggered phone number. In another embodiment of the present invention, when the displayed alternative merchant information is triggered, a merchant detail page corresponding to the merchant information is jumped to, and reference may also be made to fig. 9. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, when the group purchase information in the displayed alternative merchant information is triggered, a jump is made to the corresponding group purchase detail page, as also can be seen in fig. 10. In yet another embodiment of the invention, one or more merchant information controls are displayed while one or more alternative merchant information is displayed on the mobile terminal; opening a merchant list page in the browser when the more merchant information control is triggered, as can also be seen in FIG. 11. In other embodiments, the merchant list page may also be displayed not just in a browser, but in other APP's that may implement this functionality. The above functions may also be combined and provided to the user.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus includes a skipping module 1930 adapted to skip to a corresponding group purchase detail page when the group purchase information in the displayed one of the alternative merchant information is triggered, as also can refer to fig. 10. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the display unit 1920 of the apparatus is adapted to display one or more merchant information controls while displaying one or more alternative merchant information on the mobile terminal; opening a merchant list page in the browser when the more merchant information control is triggered, as can also be seen in FIG. 11. In other embodiments, the merchant list page may also be displayed not just in a browser, but in other APP's that may implement this functionality. The above functions may also be combined and provided to the user.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the display unit 1920 is adapted to pop up an alternative information popup on the display screen of the mobile terminal, in which one or more alternative merchant information and corresponding telephone numbers are displayed. . The pop-up window can be closed by the user so as not to affect the normal use of the dialing interface by the user. For example, FIG. 17 shows a plurality of alternative merchant information in pop-up form. Of course, the format of the prompt window is not limited to this, and may be set according to actual requirements.

Fig. 20 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a server for pushing alternative information on a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 20, a server 2000 for pushing alternative information on a mobile terminal includes:

Also, like the implementation in the foregoing embodiment, the server further includes: a collecting unit 2040 adapted to perform one or more of the following steps of collecting the associated alternative merchant information and the corresponding telephone number into an alternative information database: acquiring merchant information of one or more branch stores corresponding to the merchant information as alternative merchant information, and storing each alternative merchant information and a corresponding telephone number in an alternative information database; acquiring merchant information of a plurality of branch stores corresponding to the merchant information, selecting the merchant information of the first N branch stores closest to the merchant information as alternative merchant information, and storing each alternative merchant information and a corresponding telephone number in an alternative information database, wherein N is a natural number; acquiring one or more merchant information which is the same as the business label of the merchant information as alternative merchant information, and storing each alternative merchant information and the corresponding telephone number in an alternative information database; acquiring one or more merchant information which is/are vertically floated within a preset value range compared with the average consumption price in the merchant information as alternative merchant information, and storing each alternative merchant information and the corresponding telephone number in an alternative information database; acquiring the merchant information of the first N branch stores which are the same as the business label of the merchant information and have the closest distance as alternative merchant information, and storing the alternative merchant information and the corresponding telephone number in an alternative information database; acquiring the merchant information of the first N branch stores which are the same as the business label of the merchant information and have the closest distance as alternative merchant information, and storing the alternative merchant information and the corresponding telephone number in an alternative information database; and acquiring one or more merchant information which is the same as the business label of the merchant information, has the closest distance and fluctuates within a preset value range compared with the average consumption price in the merchant information as alternative merchant information, and storing each alternative merchant information and the corresponding telephone number in an alternative information database.

Fig. 21 shows a schematic structural diagram of a push system for pushing alternative information on a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 21, the push system 2100 for pushing alternative information on a mobile terminal includes one or more of the push device 1900 for pushing alternative information on a mobile terminal as in any of the above embodiments and the push server 2000 for pushing alternative information on a mobile terminal as in any of the above embodiments.

In summary, according to the technical solution of the present invention, when an event such as a phone call failure on a mobile terminal is monitored, an alternative phone number associated with a phone number in a phone call event, or merchant information corresponding to the phone number in the phone call event may be acquired, and in the case of merchant information, one or more alternative merchant information and/or corresponding phone numbers associated with the merchant information are acquired according to the merchant information, and the alternative merchant information and/or corresponding phone numbers are displayed on the mobile terminal. According to the technical scheme, under the condition that a user fails to successfully make a call to a merchant, the information and the telephone number of the alternative merchant associated with the merchant information corresponding to the telephone calling event initiated by the user can be directly displayed on the mobile terminal without manually searching by the user, the user can select the alternative merchant and perform the next processing, such as the operation of making a call and the like, so that great convenience is brought to the user, and good user experience is provided.
