Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,进水阀的进水通道至出水口之间设置过滤组件、进水分离器,进入进水通道的水流经过滤组件过滤,并经进水分离器分成两路:主水路的水流流至出水口,进行进水;副水路的水流流至止水阀,用于控制进水阀止水;过滤组件与进水分离器相连接成为过滤分水机构,进水阀在与进水通道相对的上端开设插入口,过滤分水机构从插入口插入进水通道,并从插入口进行拆卸。当进水阀被异物堵住,进水阀不进水时,不用拆装进水管。只需要通过拆卸组件将过滤分水机构从进水阀顶部取出,用水清洗即可。当进水阀不止水时,同样地,快速取出过滤分水机构,将进水分离器与过滤组件拆开,把滤网拆下,用清水清洗即可。

一种耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种进水阀,更具体地说,涉及一种耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀。
背景技术
传统的进水阀,如图1所示,采用帕斯卡定律原理(俗称背压式),止水垫上设有一个通孔200,通孔200与阀盖上的阀芯201配合(阀芯201也可以是独立的),阀芯201上设有一道细小的凹槽202。其不足为:当水质较差时,凹槽202极易因水中的杂质淤积而发生堵塞,造成无法对止水垫形成背压,进而进水阀不止水。而且,当需要清洗阀芯201时,则需要专业的人员进行拆装,普通用户较难实现操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种不易造成止水垫失效,而且耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,进水阀的进水通道至出水口之间设置过滤组件、进水分离器,进入进水通道的水流经过滤组件过滤,并经进水分离器分成两路:主水路的水流流至出水口,进行进水;副水路的水流流至止水阀,用于控制进水阀止水;过滤组件与进水分离器相连接成为过滤分水机构,进水阀在与进水通道相对的上端开设插入口,过滤分水机构从插入口插入进水通道,并从插入口进行拆卸。
作为优选,止水阀包括止水垫、阀盖,止水垫密封盖装在阀盖上,与阀盖间形成容水腔;阀盖设置有进水槽、泄压孔,进水槽与容水腔相通,泄压孔开设在阀盖底面,容水腔通过泄压孔与外界相通,副水路的水流从进水槽流入容水腔,并从泄压孔流出。
作为优选,进水阀的浮筒通过联动机构与堵头连接,当水位上升到预设高度,浮筒驱动堵头封堵泄压孔,容水腔内的水压顶出止水垫,止水垫封堵出水口。
作为优选,进水分离器在位于副水路的起始位置设有滤网,副水路的水流经滤网过滤后,再流至止水阀。
作为优选,过滤组件完全覆盖进水通道的进水口。
作为优选,过滤组件为柱状结构的螺旋过滤网,螺旋过滤网插装于进水分离器的进水端。
作为优选,进水分离器的顶部设有卡块,拆卸时,通过拆卸组件与卡块卡接,拉动拆卸组件,带动过滤分水机构从过水阀的进水通道中脱离。
作为优选,拆卸组件的端部为与卡块匹配的卡槽,通过卡槽与卡块的卡接,实现拆卸组件与进水分离器的连接。
作为优选,拆卸组件为设有卡槽的扳手,卡槽为缩口槽,卡块的端部为扩径头,连接时,扩径头从缩口槽的端面插入,与缩口槽保持相抵。
作为优选,在插入口的上方位置设置有一端开口的插槽,拆卸组件从插槽的开口滑入并嵌装在插槽内,封盖插入口,限制过滤分水机构从插入口脱出。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明所述的进水阀,设置可快速拆装的过滤分水机构,通过过滤组件对流入进水通道的水流进行全面过滤,然后再经进水分离器进行分水进水。其中,流至止水阀的副水路,还可以优选地进行再次过滤,保证流至止水阀的水流更纯净,防止止水阀失效。而且,本发明的止水垫上没有与阀芯配合的阀芯孔,水质的好坏与止水垫不受影响,止水阀通过进水槽进水,配合泄压孔的封堵实现背压,止水阀可实现长期持续使用不淤积。
当进水阀被异物堵住,进水阀不进水时,不用拆装进水管。只需要通过拆卸组件将过滤分水机构从进水阀顶部取出,用水清洗即可。当进水阀不止水时,同样地,快速取出过滤分水机构,将进水分离器与过滤组件拆开,把滤网拆下,用清水清洗即可。
拆卸组件与进水阀配合安装,即方便收纳,同时作为封口件,对过滤分水组件进行定位。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。
本发明为了解决现有技术的止水阀受水质好坏的影响较大,易发生杂质淤积堵塞,造成进水阀不止水的不足,提供一种耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,如图2所示,进水阀100的进水通道101至出水口之间设置过滤组件111、进水分离器112,进入进水通道101的水流经过滤组件111过滤,并经进水分离器112分成两路:主水路1121的水流流至出水口,进行进水;副水路1122的水流流至止水阀120,用于控制进水阀100止水。如图3、图4、图5所示,过滤组件111与进水分离器112相连接成为过滤分水机构110,进水阀100在与进水通道101相对的上端开设插入口102,过滤分水机构110从插入口102插入进水通道101,并从插入口102进行拆卸,实现过滤分水机构110的快装与快拆,方便拆下清洗。过滤组件111对进入进水通道101的水流进行过滤,除去水中的杂质,使流至止水阀120的水流较纯净,不易造成止水阀120的杂质淤积。
为了进一步保证流到止水阀120的水更纯净,进水分离器112在位于副水路1122的起始位置设有滤网113,副水路1122的水流经滤网113过滤后,再流至止水阀120。
过滤组件111需要考虑尽可能全面地过滤进水,同时保证过滤分水器的快拆与快装,过滤组件111完全覆盖进水通道101的进水口1011。本实施例中,过滤组件111为柱状结构的螺旋过滤网113,螺旋过滤网113插装于进水分离器112的进水端。水流进入后,则全部经过螺旋过滤网113的过滤,再进入进水分离器112。
本发明显改了止水阀120的结构,起到防堵塞的效果,如图6、图7所示,止水阀120包括止水垫121、阀盖122,止水垫121密封盖装在阀盖122上,与阀盖122间形成容水腔123;阀盖122设置有进水槽124、泄压孔125,进水槽124与容水腔123相通,泄压孔125开设在阀盖122底面,容水腔123通过泄压孔125与外界相通,副水路1122的水流从进水槽124流入容水腔123,并从泄压孔125流出。
本发明中,对泄压孔125的封堵通过浮筒103间接控制,最终实现浮筒103对进水阀100的进水控制。进水阀100的浮筒103通过联动机构104与堵头105连接,当水位上升到预设高度,浮筒103驱动堵头105封堵泄压孔125,容水腔123内的水压顶出止水垫121,止水垫121封堵出水口。
本发明实现快速拆装过滤分水机构110的方法是将过滤分水机构110设置为直插式结构,安装时,可以直接将过滤分水机构110插入,用手即可按紧。拆装时,则只需使用拆卸工具与过滤分水机械进行连接,然后借由拆卸工具将过滤分水机构110直线拔出,即可完成拆卸。本发明中,进水分离器112的顶部设有卡块1123,如图8所示,拆卸时,通过拆卸组件130与卡块1123卡接,拉动拆卸组件130,带动过滤分水机构110从过水阀的进水通道101中脱离。拆卸组件130的端部为与卡块1123匹配的卡槽131,通过卡槽131与卡块1123的卡接,实现拆卸组件130与进水分离器112的连接。具体地,如图9所示,拆卸组件130为设有卡槽131的扳手,卡槽131为缩口槽,卡块1123的端部为扩径头1124,连接时,扩径头1124从缩口槽的端面插入,与缩口槽保持相抵。
本发明中,将拆卸工具作为进水阀100的一个组件,即是过滤分水机构110的拆卸工具,又是组成进水阀100的一个配件。一方面,为了方便拆卸组件130的收纳,也方便使用时的获取,在插入口102的上方位置设置有一端开口的插槽106,拆卸组件130从插槽106的开口滑入并嵌装在插槽106内,完成收纳;同时,拆卸组件130封盖插入口102,限制过滤分水机构110从插入口102脱出,如图10所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,进水阀的进水通道至出水口之间设置过滤组件、进水分离器,进入进水通道的水流经过滤组件过滤,并经进水分离器分成两路:主水路的水流流至出水口,进行进水;副水路的水流流至止水阀,用于控制进水阀止水;过滤组件与进水分离器相连接成为过滤分水机构,进水阀在与进水通道相对的上端开设插入口,过滤分水机构从插入口插入进水通道,并从插入口进行拆卸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,止水阀包括止水垫、阀盖,止水垫密封盖装在阀盖上,与阀盖间形成容水腔;阀盖设置有进水槽、泄压孔,进水槽与容水腔相通,泄压孔开设在阀盖底面,容水腔通过泄压孔与外界相通,副水路的水流从进水槽流入容水腔,并从泄压孔流出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,进水阀的浮筒通过联动机构与堵头连接,当水位上升到预设高度,浮筒驱动堵头封堵泄压孔,容水腔内的水压顶出止水垫,止水垫封堵出水口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,进水分离器在位于副水路的起始位置设有滤网,副水路的水流经滤网过滤后,再流至止水阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,过滤组件完全覆盖进水通道的进水口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,过滤组件为柱状结构的螺旋过滤网,螺旋过滤网插装于进水分离器的进水端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,进水分离器的顶部设有卡块,拆卸时,通过拆卸组件与卡块卡接,拉动拆卸组件,带动过滤分水机构从过水阀的进水通道中脱离。
8.根据权利要求7所述的耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,拆卸组件的端部为与卡块匹配的卡槽,通过卡槽与卡块的卡接,实现拆卸组件与进水分离器的连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的耐污易清洗的快拆进水阀,其特征在于,拆卸组件为设有卡槽的扳手,卡槽为缩口槽,卡块的端部为扩径头,连接时,扩径头从缩口槽的端面插入,与缩口槽保持相抵。
