本发明目的是提供一种由电动机带动的可加热的,促使PVC与填充料高度融合的,融合体内的空气可排的,挤出口成型的同时置孔,设计精巧,结构合理,生产容易,安装快捷,使用方便,可产出无毒无害的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:电动机(1)装在绞拌融合箱(3)右侧,进料斗(2)装在绞拌融合箱(3)右上部,绞龙轴(4)装在绞拌融合箱(3)内、接与电动机(1)的旋转轴,挤出管(5)焊接在绞拌融合箱(3)左侧中间,挤出嘴(6)焊接在挤出管(5)右端,置孔器(7)焊接在挤出嘴(6)内,真空室(8)焊接在挤出管(5)下部,加热器(9)装在绞拌融合箱(3)的夹层内。

技术领域:PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机的生产制造技术涉及到机械制造技术领域。
背景技术:家装业随着人们的生活不断提高悄然兴起,每家每户都被装扮的富丽堂皇,可是也在不断的曝出多数家装后甲醛超标,导致很多的家庭灾难性损失。一些不良商家只顾赚钱根本不顾及消费者的死活,只管叫嚣自己的家装是如何的好,如何的坚不可摧,却不告诉消费者里边参进去多少致癌物质甲醛,粘贴使用了多少人类第一杀手致癌物质的甲醛。为了让人们走出家装误区,按照我国的近期的产业政策,任何产业都必须实行环保,低碳,可持续,可循环经济发展。就与人民生活生命健康息息相关的家装业来讲,面临一次产业革命,也就是要走低碳环保,健康可持续可循环发展之路。为此我们发明一款利用可再生之源的PVC加抗老化、各类纤维、进行高度融合的无毒无害、寿命长、不用粘合剂家装的新材料,PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机。
发明内容:本发明目的是提供一种由电动机带动的可加热的,促使PVC与填充料高度融合的,融合体内的空气可排的,挤出口成型的同时置孔,设计精巧,结构合理,生产容易,安装快捷,使用方便,可产出无毒无害的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:电动机(1)装在绞拌融合箱(3)右侧,进料斗(2)装在绞拌融合箱(3)右上部,绞龙轴(4)装在绞拌融合箱(3)内、接与电动机(1)的旋转轴,挤出管(5)焊接在绞拌融合箱(3)左侧中间,挤出嘴(6)焊接在挤出管(5)右端,置孔器(7)焊接在挤出嘴(6)内,真空室(8)焊接在挤出管(5)下部,加热器(9)装在绞拌融合箱(3)的夹层内。绞拌融合箱(3)设置有内层。挤出嘴(6)为三角扁方形。挤出嘴(6)出口宽度为600mm。挤出嘴(6)进口为圆型直径与挤出管(5)直径相同。置孔器(7)为三角形。置孔器(7)前部(10)为刀刃型。置孔器下部设置柱腿(11)。置孔器(7)下部柱腿(11)前侧为刀刃型。

具体实施方式:电动机(1)装在绞拌融合箱(3)右侧,进料斗(2)装在绞拌融合箱(3)右上部,绞龙轴(4)装在绞拌融合箱(3)内、接与电动机(1)的旋转轴,挤出管(5)焊接在绞拌融合箱(3)左侧中间,挤出嘴(6)焊接在挤出管(5)右端,置孔器(7)焊接在挤出嘴(6)内,真空室(8)焊接在挤出管(5)下部,加热器(9)装在绞拌融合箱(3)的夹层内,上述构件组成了电动机带动的可加热的,促使PVC与填充料高度自我加热融合的,融合体内的空气可排的,挤出口成型的同时置孔,设计精巧,结构合理,生产容易,安装快捷,使用方便,可产出无毒无害的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机。绞拌融合箱(3)设置有内层,内外层之间可放置加热器。挤出嘴(6)为三角扁方形,为制成扁方形的板材需要而设计。挤出嘴(6)出口宽度为600mm,为适应市场需求而设计其宽度。挤出嘴(6)进口为圆型,直径与挤出管(5)直径相同,以此相互配合。置孔器(7)为三角形,有利原材料在机内向前推进。置孔器(7)前部(10)为刀刃型,以此来防止粗PVC纤维的堵塞。置孔器下部设置柱腿(11),此技术可使板材的孔置于中间。置孔器(7)下部柱腿(11)前侧为刀刃型,此技术可使原材料快速挤出并在下部相互结合,使其制出的板材中部有孔四周无缝隙。

1.由电动机带动的可加热的,促使PVC与填充料高度融合的,融合体内的空气可排的,挤出口成型的同时置孔的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:电动机(1)装在绞拌融合箱(3)右侧,进料斗(2)装在绞拌融合箱(3)右上部,绞龙轴(4)装在绞拌融合箱(3)内、接与电动机(1)的旋转轴,挤出管(5)焊接在绞拌融合箱(3)左侧中间,挤出嘴(6)焊接在挤出管(5)右端,置孔器(7)焊接在挤出嘴(6)内,真空室(8)焊接在挤出管(5)下部,加热器(9)装在绞拌融合箱(3)的夹层内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:绞拌融合箱(3)设置有内层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:挤出嘴(6)为三角扁方形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:挤出嘴(6)出口宽度为600mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:挤出嘴(6)进口为圆型直径与挤出管(5)直径相同。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:置孔器(7)为三角形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的PVC纤维融合绞拌排气挤缩置孔制板机,其特征在于:置孔器(7)前部(10)为刀刃型。
