Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动调控刀片速度的切纸机,包括机架(1),机架(1)上设有切纸平台(2),切纸平台(2)上方设有切纸机构;所述切纸机构包括液压装置(3),液压装置(3)端部连接有刀片(4),且刀片(4)与切纸平台(2)垂直放置;所述切纸平台(2)上设有压力传感器(5),压力传感器(5)连接有控制器(6),控制器(6)与液压装置(3)相连。本发明具有能够自动的快速调控刀片速度和降低能源消耗的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切纸机,特别是一种自动调控刀片速度的切纸机。
背景技术
印刷厂在对纸张完成印刷后,需要对其进行裁剪,以去掉多余的纸张。然而现有的切纸机通常只设置有一个开关按钮,无法调节切纸机的输出的力的大小,或者是通过设置几个固定档位,使得每次切纸机在对纸张进行切除时所消耗的能源都是一样的,无法快速根据所切纸张的重量而做出相应的输出,当所需切的纸张很少时,所需的能耗也是固定不变的,提高了能源的消耗。因此,本发明存在着无法自动的快速调节切纸机的刀速和能源消耗大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动调控刀片速度的切纸机。它具有能够自动的快速调控刀片速度和降低能源消耗的特点。
本发明的技术方案:自动调控刀片速度的切纸机,包括机架,机架上设有切纸平台,切纸平台上方设有切纸机构;所述切纸机构包括液压装置,液压装置端部连接有刀片,且刀片与切纸平台垂直放置;所述切纸平台上设有压力传感器,压力传感器连接有控制器,控制器与液压装置相连。
前述的自动调控刀片速度的切纸机中,所述液压装置包括油箱,油箱连接有油泵,油泵连接有第一单向阀,第一单向阀连接有三位四通换向阀,且与三位四通换向阀的A端相连,三位四通换向阀的B端连接有第二单向阀,第二单向阀与油箱相连;所述三位四通换向阀的P端和T端分别连接有第一等量分流阀和第二等量分流阀,第一等量分流阀分别连接有第一液压缸和第二液压缸,且分别与第一液压缸和第二液压缸的进油腔相连,第二等量分流阀分别与第一液压缸和第二液压缸的出油腔相连;所述控制器与三位四通换向阀的控制端相连;所述第一液压缸和第二液压缸的伸出端分别连接有连杆,连杆与刀片相连,且刀片与连杆为可拆连接。
前述的自动调控刀片速度的切纸机中,所述控制器为PLC控制器。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在切纸平台上设置压力传感器,并与控制器相连,压力传感器通过将在切纸平台上检测到的纸张重量的数据传输到控制器,控制器根据数据控制液压装置输出相应的压力,从而控制刀片的切纸速度在一个最适宜的状态,节省了电力资源的消耗,降低了生产的成本。而且,液压装置中采用了等量分流阀,并设置了两个液压缸,使得液压装置可以更好的分配输出力,更精确的控制。综上所述,本发明具有能够自动的快速调控刀片速度和降低能源消耗的特点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。自动调控刀片速度的切纸机,构成如图1和图2所示,包括机架1,机架1上设有切纸平台2,切纸平台2上方设有切纸机构;所述切纸机构包括液压装置3,液压装置3端部连接有刀片4,且刀片4与切纸平台2垂直放置;所述切纸平台2上设有压力传感器5,压力传感器5连接有控制器6,控制器6与液压装置3相连。
液压装置3安装在横梁7上,横梁7连接支撑杆8,支撑杆8与机架1相连。
所述液压装置3包括油箱31,油箱31连接有油泵32,油泵32连接有第一单向阀33,第一单向阀33连接有三位四通换向阀34,且与三位四通换向阀34的A端相连,三位四通换向阀34的B端连接有第二单向阀35,第二单向阀35与油箱31相连;所述三位四通换向阀34的P端和T端分别连接有第一等量分流阀39和第二等量分流阀310,第一等量分流阀39分别连接有第一液压缸36和第二液压缸38,且分别与第一液压缸36和第二液压缸38的进油腔相连,第二等量分流阀310分别与第一液压缸36和第二液压缸38的出油腔相连;所述控制器6与三位四通换向阀34的控制端相连;所述第一液压缸36和第二液压缸38的伸出端分别连接有连杆37,连杆37与刀片4相连,且刀片4与连杆37为可拆连接。
所述控制器6为PLC控制器。
本发明的工作原理:将需要裁剪的纸张放置在切纸平台2上,压力传感器5将检测到的压力数据传输给PLC控制器,PLC控制器根据接收到的数据做出相应的命令,从而控制液压装置3输出相应的作用力,液压装置3的输出端带动连杆37运动,连杆37带动刀片4进行裁剪运动,实现对纸张的裁切。

1.自动调控刀片速度的切纸机,其特征在于:包括机架(1),机架(1)上设有切纸平台(2),切纸平台(2)上方设有切纸机构;所述切纸机构包括液压装置(3),液压装置(3)端部连接有刀片(4),且刀片(4)与切纸平台(2)垂直放置;所述切纸平台(2)上设有压力传感器(5),压力传感器(5)连接有控制器(6),控制器(6)与液压装置(3)相连;所述液压装置(3)包括油箱(31),油箱(31)连接有油泵(32),油泵(32)连接有第一单向阀(33),第一单向阀(33)连接有三位四通换向阀(34),且与三位四通换向阀(34)的A端相连,三位四通换向阀(34)的B端连接有第二单向阀(35),第二单向阀(35)与油箱(31)相连;所述三位四通换向阀(34)的P端和T端分别连接有第一等量分流阀(39)和第二等量分流阀(310),第一等量分流阀(39)分别连接有第一液压缸(36)和第二液压缸(38),且分别与第一液压缸(36)和第二液压缸(38)的进油腔相连,第二等量分流阀(310)分别与第一液压缸(36)和第二液压缸(38)的出油腔相连;所述控制器(6)与三位四通换向阀(34)的控制端相连;所述第一液压缸(36)和第二液压缸(38)的伸出端分别连接有连杆(37),连杆(37)与刀片(4)相连,且刀片(4)与连杆(37)为可拆连接;所述控制器(6)为PLC控制器。
