风疹是由风疹病毒引起的急性出疹性传染疾病，是儿童常见的一种呼吸道传染病；一般通过咳嗽、谈话或喷嚏等传播，以发热、全身皮疹为特征，常伴有耳后、枕部淋巴结肿大；目前，临床上对风疹多采用对症治疗，例如，高热、头痛者可用解热止痛剂；咽痛者可用复方硼酸溶液漱口；咳嗽可用祛痰药和止咳药；病情重者可用利巴韦林、干扰素等抗病毒治疗。其存在疗效不理想的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗风疹的外用中药。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
治疗风疹的外用中药，其组成原料的重量份为：制何首乌7-9、防风2-4、黄芩4-6、铜线草6-8、松针2-4、红景天5-10、刺楸树叶2-4、牛奶仔根5-6、徐长卿3-5、炒僵蚕2-4、海金沙6-8、大腹皮10-12、苦参6-8、桔梗2-4、荆芥穗5-6、升麻2-4、白茅根10-12、七叶一支花5-6、多足蕨2-4和虱草花4-5。
治疗风疹的外用中药，其组成原料的重量份为：制何首乌8、防风3、黄芩5、铜线草7、松针3、红景天8、刺楸树叶3、牛奶仔根5、徐长卿4、炒僵蚕3、海金沙7、大腹皮11、苦参7、桔梗3、荆芥穗5.5、升麻3、白茅根11、七叶一支花5、多足蕨3和虱草花4.5。
用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，研磨粉碎，然后加入适量的食用醋和白酒，搅拌混合均匀并调和成糊状，涂覆于患处，每日1-2次，一般10-15天即可治愈。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的外用中药均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低，本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，共凑清热凉血、辛凉解表、疏散风热，清肺润燥，平肝明目之效，本发明的治愈率高达98%。
具体实施方式
实施例1：治疗风疹的外用中药，其组成原料的重量份（g）为：制何首乌8、防风3、黄芩5、铜线草7、松针3、红景天8、刺楸树叶3、牛奶仔根5、徐长卿4、炒僵蚕3、海金沙7、大腹皮11、苦参7、桔梗3、荆芥穗5.5、升麻3、白茅根11、七叶一支花5、多足蕨3和虱草花4.5。
用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，研磨粉碎，然后加入适量的食用醋和白酒，搅拌混合均匀并调和成糊状，涂覆于患处，每日1-2次，一般10-15天即可治愈。
典型病例：
典型病例1：袁某，男，4岁，面部及上身皮肤发红疹，瘙痒，伴中度发热、头痛、食欲减退、疲倦、乏力等症状，苔白，脉浮；诊断为风疹，涂覆本发明的外用中药，每日2次，连服涂覆八天，诸症全消，红疹消退。
典型病例2：毕某，男，12岁，近日发热、恶风、流涕伴有轻微咳嗽，精神倦怠，面部及四肢有红疹，有瘙痒感，确诊为风疹，涂覆本发明的外用中药，每日2次，连服涂覆三日，效果明显，诸症明显改善，红疹有所消退，后续涂覆一周，疹退，诸症全消，治愈。
典型病例3：胡某，女，7岁，患风疹三日，面部及上身长满红色斑丘疹，骚痒难耐，伴中度发热、头痛、食欲减退、疲倦、乏力等全身不适症状，涂覆本发明的外用中药，每日2次，涂覆两日，发热、头痛治愈，丘疹明显消退，后继续涂覆十余天，丘疹全消消退，无其他任何不适症状，治愈。

1.一种治疗风疹的外用中药，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：制何首乌7-9、防风2-4、黄芩4-6、铜线草6-8、松针2-4、红景天5-10、刺楸树叶2-4、牛奶仔根5-6、徐长卿3-5、炒僵蚕2-4、海金沙6-8、大腹皮10-12、苦参6-8、桔梗2-4、荆芥穗5-6、升麻2-4、白茅根10-12、七叶一支花5-6、多足蕨2-4和虱草花4-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗风疹的外用中药，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：制何首乌8、防风3、黄芩5、铜线草7、松针3、红景天8、刺楸树叶3、牛奶仔根5、徐长卿4、炒僵蚕3、海金沙7、大腹皮11、苦参7、桔梗3、荆芥穗5.5、升麻3、白茅根11、七叶一支花5、多足蕨3和虱草花4.5。
