Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an instant messaging billing system according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the charging system for instant messaging according to the present invention is mainly used for charging paid services in instant messaging, where the paid services in instant messaging refer to a relationship between two parties of instant messaging and a service to be served, and a party requiring the service obtains services provided by a service provider by paying a fee, such as psychological consultation, legal consultation, study-taking consultation, investment and financing, medical care, education and counseling, song-ordering entertainment, chatting and disinhibiting, virtual experience, emotion analysis, dispute mediation, and the like. The instant messaging charging system specifically comprises: the system comprises a charging module 1, an instant communication module 2 and a client module 3, wherein the instant communication module 2 is respectively connected with the charging module 1 and each client module 3.
The charging module 1 is used for charging paid services in instant messaging back and forth according to supply information on demand, wherein the back and forth of the supply information on demand refers to a process from a demand side sending 1 piece of demand information to a specified supply side 1-N pieces of supply information, or a process from a supply side sending 1 piece of supply information to a specified demand side 1-N pieces of demand information, wherein N is an integer greater than 1. Charging in a telecommunication network, according to the OCS (online charging system) reference architecture of 3GPP, typically session-based charging and event-based charging, the former being e.g. voice charging and the latter being e.g. short message charging, whereas charging for paid services in instant messaging, a simple applying reference architecture is obviously not reasonable, since it belongs to application-level charging and the following factors exist: a. the two parties of instant communication do not have the definite processes of dialing, ringing, off-hook and on-hook as making a call, but can send messages at any time and any place; b. the communication process is asynchronous, namely characters, voice, pictures, videos and the like are edited and recorded by a sender firstly, then are sent to a receiver and then are opened for viewing, and the receiver cannot be determined to receive and reply immediately; c. the communication is many-to-many, namely, the user can communicate with many people at the same time, and the condition of exclusive resource does not exist; d. fragmentation communication, namely information communication is intermittent, optional, has a certain context relationship and is not very tight; e. the information exchange is the service content, and the information exchange process is the consumption of paid services. The charging back and forth based on the demand supply information fully considers the factors, and the paid service expense is divided and distributed to the back and forth of the demand supply information related to the service content, so that the risk cost and motivation that the service demander pays the expense but cannot obtain good service, or the service supplier provides good service but cannot obtain due reward can be effectively reduced, the service supply quantity cannot be simply measured by time, the service quality dispute is difficult to arbitrate, the problems of fraud, reimbursement and the like are solved, and the quantity and quality of the paid service can be reasonably measured.
The charging module 1 according to the present invention specifically includes:
and the charging control module 11 is used for recording and matching the demand supply information of the paid service back and forth, and collecting and paying the fee of the paid service. Preferably, the generating module 111 performs fee pre-collection on the account of the demand party through the collection and payment module 113, stops subsequent operations if the balance of the account of the demand party is insufficient, stores and records each piece of demand information of the paid service, matches the paid service supply information B coming after the demand information a of the paid service into one message back and forth if the receiver B is the sender of a and the sender B is the receiver of a, or if the message ID of B is the same as or related to the message ID of a, and removes the record of a, so that a is not matched with the paid service supply information of the sender and the receiver which are the same as B, and thus the demand information is guaranteed to be effectively fed back by the supply information without charging more. If there is no record of the paid service demand information a waiting for matching with the paid service supply information C when it arrives, the cost generated by the supply information C is zero, and the dominant party of the visible cost is the paid service demand party. The timeout module 112 sets a timeout time for each piece of recorded demand information for paid services, where the timeout time is a time limit for obtaining supply information feedback after the demand information is sent out, and if the demand information is not matched with the supply information for paid services after the timeout time is exceeded, a timeout occurs, the demand information record is removed, and the charge is returned to the account of the demand party through the balance module 113, so as to solve the problem that no supply information feedback or timely feedback exists after the demand information is sent out. The payment module 113 performs real deduction of the account fee of the demand side and payment of the account fee of the supply side in real time when there is information back and forth. And the filtering module 114 is configured to filter a single piece of paid service demand information with an excessively large information amount and a content that does not meet a filtering condition, so as to avoid that a demander combines multiple pieces of demand information into a large amount of information to place in a single message in order to reduce cost. The free module 115 is used for setting and recording free conditions and times of the paid services, when the information of the paid service demand comes, whether a demand party meets the free conditions or does not exceed the free time limit is judged firstly, if so, the storage recording and the matching information do not need to be carried out in the generation module 111, and a free trial, reward and/or promotion mechanism is provided for the paid services. A division module 116 for system division of paid service fees. Preferably, the generating module 111 stores and records each piece of paid service supply information, and for the paid service demand information B coming after the paid service supply information a, if the B receiver is the sender of a, the B sender is the receiver of a, or the message ID of B is the same as or related to the message ID of a, if the account balance of the sender of B is sufficient, the information is matched back and forth, and the record of a is removed, then a will not match with the paid service demand information of the sender and the receiver which are the same as B in the following, so as to ensure that the supply information is repeatedly adopted without charging more, and if the account balance of the sender of B is insufficient, the following operation is stopped. If there is no record of the paid service supply information a waiting for matching with the paid service demand information C when the paid service demand information C arrives, the cost generated by the demand information C is zero, and the dominant party of the visible cost is the paid service supply party. The timeout module 112 sets a timeout time for each piece of recorded paid service supply information, where the timeout time is a time limit for obtaining the feedback of the demand information after the supply information is sent out, and if the supply information is not matched with the paid service demand information after the timeout time is exceeded, a timeout is generated, and the supply information is removed, so as to solve the problem of cheating the phishing supply information fed back by the demand. The payment module 113 deducts the account fee of the demand party and pays the account fee of the supply party in real time when the information comes back and forth. And the filtering module 114 is used for filtering a single piece of paid service supply information with an excessively small information quantity and a content which does not meet the filtering condition, so as to avoid splitting the supply information into a plurality of pieces of single information with extremely small information quantity for increasing the charge of a supplier. The free module 115 is used for setting and recording free conditions and times of the paid services, when the paid service supply information comes, whether a demand party meets the free conditions or does not exceed the free time limit is judged, if so, the storage recording and the matching information do not need to be carried out in the generation module 111, and a free trial, reward and/or promotion mechanism is provided for the paid services. A division module 116 for system division of paid service fees. In practice, the modules inside the charging control module can be tightly integrated together.
The access module 12, which makes the paid service information different from the conventional information by adding the paid service information identifier, distinguishes the demand party and the supply party by adding the role identifier, and the user can configure and release the paid service of the user through the client module 3; the access module 12 judges the incoming message, if the message does not contain the paid service information identifier, the message is directly transmitted back to the instant communication module 2, and if the message contains the paid service information identifier, the message is processed according to the corresponding role, so that the paid service is conveniently accessed into the instant communication. Further, the roles of the demander and supplier are convertible under certain conditions; the paid services can be classified and graded by adding classification and grade identification so as to carry out multiple types and multiple grades of paid services at the same time.
The pricing module 13 is used for setting and adjusting unit prices of different types and grades of paid service supply information, and the unit prices can be system pricing or self-pricing by a supplier through the client module 3; further, as the level of the provider of the paid service changes as the paid service progresses, the unit price of the offer information is dynamically adjusted and immediately reflected to the balance module 113.
The account management module 14, the paid service demander can recharge the account through the client module 31 so as to send out the paid service demand information, and the paid service supplier can cash the remuneration obtained by providing the paid service supply information through the client module 32, and can perform comprehensive inquiry, statement counting and safety monitoring.
The instant communication module 2 according to the present invention is connected to the billing module 1 and each client module 3, and is used for transmitting information between the client modules 3 in an instant communication manner. The message reaches the instant communication module 2 through the client module 31 of the party needing the paid service, the instant communication module 2 transmits to the access module 12, if the message is not paid service information, the access module 12 directly transmits back to the instant communication module 2, if the message is paid service information, corresponding processing is carried out in the billing control module 1, if the message is transmitted back to the instant communication module 2 from the billing control module 1, the instant communication module 2 continues to transmit the message to the client module 32 of the party supplying the paid service; the information is also from paid service provider client module 32 to paid service demander client module 31.
The client module 3 according to the present invention is used for receiving and sending information by a user; the user can also configure and issue paid services through the access module 12, and perform operations such as recharging, cash withdrawal, query and the like on the account. The information between the demand side and the supply side of the paid service is paid service information with paid service information identification so as to be different from the conventional information, and of course, the information can be identified and recognized only at the service side. In practice, the demand side can be limited to only see the supply side, the supply side can only see the demand side, or only the communication between the demand side and the supply side of the similar paid service can be realized.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an instant messaging charging method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the charging method for instant messaging according to the present invention is mainly used for charging paid services in instant messaging, where the paid services in instant messaging refer to a relationship between two parties of instant messaging and a service to be served, and a party requiring the service obtains services provided by a service provider by paying a fee, such as psychological consultation, legal consultation, study-taking consultation, investment and financing, medical care, education and counseling, song-ordering entertainment, chatting and disinhibiting, virtual experience, emotion analysis, dispute mediation, and the like.
The instant communication charging method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 201, the system configures the type and level of paid service, and sets the identifier of paid service information, the identifier of roles of a demand party and a supply party; the user releases the paid service of the user through selection or setting to become a paid service supplier, and the user is a paid service demand supplier by default; the information between the demand side and the supply side of the paid service is paid service information, and the information is provided with a paid service information identifier so as to be different from conventional information. In practice, the demand side can be limited to only see the supply side, the supply side can only see the demand side, or only the communication between the demand side and the supply side of the similar paid service can be realized.
Step 202, the system sets unit prices of paid service supply information of different types and levels, or sets prices for users; if not, default pricing is used; further, the unit price of the supply information can be dynamically adjusted according to the progress of the paid service and the change of the level of the supplier of the paid service.
Step 203, the system or the demand user sets the overtime of the paid service information by himself, wherein the overtime refers to the time limit for obtaining the feedback of the supply information after the demand information is sent out; if not, a default timeout time is used.
Step 204, the system or the user sets free conditions and times of paid services, and the free conditions and times can be used for free trial, reward and/or promotion and the like; if not, default conditions and times are used.
In step 205, the party demanding for paid service can recharge the account to send out the information of the demand for paid service, and the party supplying paid service can give up the reward obtained by providing the information of the supply of paid service, and can perform comprehensive inquiry, statistical statement and security monitoring.
In the present invention, the above steps are not necessary for each user, and there is no logical hierarchical order between steps and between steps, and if not set, default values are used.
Step 206, the user sends the paid service information to the appointed destination user through the client module, if the role of the user is a certain type of paid service demand party and the opposite party is a paid service supplier, the paid service demand information is sent; if the role of the system is a certain type of paid service supplier and the opposite side is a paid service demander, paid service supply information is sent out; otherwise, the conventional information is sent out; of course, the message type may also be identified and recognized only at the server.
Step 207, the information reaches the instant communication module through the client module of the party needing the paid service, the instant communication module transmits to the billing module, if the information is not the paid service, the billing module directly transmits back to the instant communication module, if the information is the paid service, the corresponding processing is carried out in the billing module; the process of information from the paid service provider client module to the paid service demander client module is also applicable.
And 208, judging the incoming message by the charging module, if the incoming message does not contain the paid service information identifier, directly transmitting the message back to the instant communication module, if the message contains the paid service information identifier, processing the message according to the corresponding role, if the message contains the paid service information identifier, skipping the subsequent steps 213, 214 and 215, and if the message contains the paid service information identifier, directly skipping to the step 213.
Step 209, the billing module filters a single piece of paid service supply information with too small information amount and content not meeting the filtering condition, so as to avoid the supplier splitting the supply information into multiple pieces of single information with extremely small information amount for increasing the charge.
In step 210, the billing module records the free times of the paid service, and when the information of the demand of the paid service comes, it is first determined whether the demander satisfies the free condition or does not exceed the free time limit, and if so, steps 211 and 212 are skipped.
In step 211, the charging module pre-charges the fee of the account of the requesting party, and if the balance of the account of the requesting party is insufficient, the subsequent operation is stopped.
In step 212, the billing module stores and records each piece of paid service demand information, and sets timeout time for each piece of recorded paid service demand information, where the timeout time is a time limit for obtaining feedback of supply information after the demand information is sent out.
Step 213, in the charging module, for the paid service supply information B coming after the paid service demand information a, if the B receiver is the sender of a and the B sender is the receiver of a, or the message ID of B is the same as or related to the message ID of a, the matching is a message back and forth, and the record of a is removed, then a will not match with the paid service supply information of the subsequent senders and receivers the same as B, thereby ensuring that the demand information is effectively fed back by the supply information without charging more. If there is no record of the paid service demand information a waiting for matching with the paid service supply information C when it arrives, the cost generated by the supply information C is zero, and the dominant party of the visible cost is the paid service demand party. If the paid service supply information is not matched after the overtime time, generating overtime, removing the demand information record, and returning the cost to the account of the demand party, thereby solving the problem that the supply information is not fed back or fed back in time after the demand information is sent out.
At step 214, the system divides the paid service fee.
Step 215, when information comes and goes back, actual deduction of the account fee of the demand party and payment of the account fee of the supply party are carried out in real time according to pricing and classification.
In step 216, if there is a message sent back from the billing module to the instant messaging module, the instant messaging module continues to send the message to the destination client module.
According to the invention, in steps 211-213, the supply information is charged back and forth according to the demand, wherein the back and forth of the demand supply information refers to the process from the demand side to the appointed supply side from 1 piece of demand information, or the process from the supply side to the appointed supply side from 1 piece of supply information, wherein N is an integer larger than 1.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating another instant messaging charging method according to the present invention. The method is different from the method in that the method is different from the method in the leading party for collecting the fee, different in the paid service information stored and recorded, different in the back-and-forth mode of the supply information matched with the demand and different in the opportunity of generating the fee collection and payment. The charge collection leading party is a paid service supplier, the stored record is supply information, the demand information is matched with the supply information, and the charge collection and payment are generated at the same time, so that the problem of overtime refund cost is avoided; the latter charge collecting leading party is the paid service demand party, the stored and recorded demand information is the demand information, the demand party charge is pre-collected, then the supply information is matched with the demand information, the actual charge collection is generated, and the demand party charge is returned after time out. In practice, the selection can be made according to actual conditions. Since other steps are similar, they are not described in detail here.
It is to be understood that the foregoing is only illustrative of the spirit and principles of the invention, and is not to be construed as limiting thereof; it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and variations can be made without inventive faculty, and all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
