一种套管式10kV接地线收线装置,它包括一根内可套入接地针的套管,所述套管的上端部两对应侧分别相接有横向外伸并在端部带有折弯段的接地棒挂杆和卷线上挂杆,对应于卷线上挂杆下方同侧的套管上横向相接有一根卷线下挂杆,且所述卷线上挂杆和卷线下挂杆构成一用于卷绕软铜线的缠绕架;所述套管的底部为一开设有供接地针插接段伸出套管端面孔洞的圆台部;所述的套管包括设置有接地棒挂杆和卷线上挂杆、卷线下挂杆的上套管和主要套入有接地针的下套管,所述下套管的对应侧壁上开设有供接地针上端两侧把手伸出并上下可以移动带动接地针伸出套管下端端面孔洞的轴向通槽;它具有结构简单,使用方便可靠,减少收线操作时间,提高工作效率等特点。

一种套管式10kV接地线收线装置
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种套管式10kV接地线收线装置,属于电力施工辅助设施技术领域。
背景技术
10kV接地线在电力停电施工中,起到短路接地的作用,防止工作人员被线路停电后的残留电流击伤;所述的10kV接地线由接地棒、软铜线、接地针三者组成,目前,接地线的收线操作是通过软铜线将3根接地棒和1根接地针捆绑缠绕,这种收线操作的缺点是接地线较重,且软铜线缠绕时间过长,用时达5分钟,而且在收线操作过程中,容易使软铜线打结,易损坏接地针。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单,使用方便可靠,减少收线操作时间,能防止软铜线打结,保护接地针的安全使用,提高工作效率的套管式10kV接地线收线装置。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种套管式10kV接地线收线装置,它包括一根内可套入接地针的套管,所述套管的上端部两对应侧分别相接有横向外伸并在端部带有折弯段的接地棒挂杆和卷线上挂杆,对应于卷线上挂杆下方同侧的套管上横向相接有一根卷线下挂杆,且所述卷线上挂杆和卷线下挂杆构成一用于卷绕软铜线的缠绕架;所述套管的底部为一开设有供接地针插接段伸出套管端面孔洞的圆台部。
作为优选:所述的套管包括设置有接地棒挂杆和卷线上挂杆、卷线下挂杆的上套管和主要套入有接地针的下套管,所述下套管的对应侧壁上开设有供接地针上端两侧把手伸出并上下可以移动带动接地针伸出套管下端端面孔洞的轴向通槽。
本发明能起到快速缠绕软铜线、防止软铜线打结、保护接地针的作用,从而减少了接地线收线操作的时间,基本能控制在2分钟之内;它具有结构简单,使用方便可靠,减少收线操作时间,能防止软铜线打结,保护接地针的安全使用,提高工作效率等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1、2所示,本发明所述的一种套管式10kV接地线收线装置,它包括一根内可套入接地针1的套管2,所述套管2的上端部两对应侧分别相接有横向外伸并在端部带有折弯段3的接地棒挂杆4和卷线上挂杆5,对应于卷线上挂杆5下方同侧的套管2上横向相接有一根卷线下挂杆6,且所述卷线上挂杆5和卷线下挂杆6构成一用于卷绕软铜线的缠绕架;所述套管2的底部为一开设有供接地针1插接段伸出套管2端面孔洞的圆台部7。
图中所示,所述的套管2包括设置有接地棒挂杆4和卷线上挂杆5、卷线下挂杆6的上套管和主要套入有接地针1的下套管,所述下套管的对应侧壁上开设有供接地针1上端两侧把手8伸出并上下可以移动带动接地针1伸出套管2下端端面孔洞的轴向通槽9。

1.一种套管式10kV接地线收线装置,它包括一根内可套入接地针的套管,其特征在于所述套管的上端部两对应侧分别相接有横向外伸并在端部带有折弯段的接地棒挂杆和卷线上挂杆,对应于卷线上挂杆下方同侧的套管上横向相接有一根卷线下挂杆,且所述卷线上挂杆和卷线下挂杆构成一用于卷绕软铜线的缠绕架;所述套管的底部为一开设有供接地针插接段伸出套管端面孔洞的圆台部。
