本发明涉及一种小型壁挂式新风机,包括壳体、初效过滤器、方形热交换器、高效过滤器、高压电离装置、静电吸附装置、送风机、排风机,所述方形热交换器的上方设有高效过滤器,方形热交换器的下方设有平行排列的高压电离装置和静电吸附装置,所述方形热交换器的左侧设有排风机,所述排风机的下方设有圆筒形初效过滤器,所述圆筒形初效过滤器的下方设有送风机。本发明布置合理、结构紧凑、体积小、安装拆卸方便、密封效果好。

小型壁挂式新风机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化设备,具体涉及一种小型壁挂式新风机。
背景技术
现有的壁挂式新风机内部设计不合理,零部件采用固定式安装,密封采用胶水或固定式密封带,存在体积大、占用空间大、功率密度低、安装维护不便、密封易失效等缺点。当零部件损坏时,只能整体安装和拆卸,检修维护不方便、更换速度慢、不能重复利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种以方形热交换器为中心、采用多隔板与挡板相结合、布置合理、结构紧凑、体积小、安装拆卸方便、密封效果好的小型壁挂式新风机。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
小型壁挂式新风机,包括壳体、初效过滤器、方形热交换器、高效过滤器、高压电离装置、静电吸附装置、送风机、排风机,其特征在于:所述壳体内的中上部设有方形热交换器,所述方形热交换器的上方设有高效过滤器,所述高效过滤器的左右两端分别设有带导槽的固定板,所述高效过滤器安装在固定板的导槽之中,可沿导槽滑动取出,所述固定板分别通过左隔板和右隔板与方形热交换器相连。
所述方形热交换器的下方设有平行排列的高压电离装置和静电吸附装置,所述高压电离装置和静电吸附装置两端设有带导槽的挡板,所述高压电离装置、静电吸附装置安装在挡板的导槽之中,可沿导槽滑动取出,所述挡板的下方设有风机安装板和下隔板,所述挡板、下隔板与壳体右侧内壁之间形成排风通道。
所述方形热交换器的左侧设有排风机,所述排风机的下方设有圆筒形初效过滤器,所述排风机通过中隔板与圆筒形初效过滤器之间互相隔开,所述圆筒形初效过滤器的下方设有送风机,所述送风机通过螺钉固定在风机安装板上。
进一步地,所述固定板和挡板采用塑料制作而成,所述固定板和挡板上均设有导槽和固定孔,所述导槽内设有密封卡槽,所述密封卡槽内设有弹性条,所述弹性条伸出密封卡槽2-6mm。
进一步地,所述壳体上设有活动门。
本发明以方形热交换器为中心,采用左隔板、右隔板、中隔板、下隔板、挡板相结合的新颖结构,并且应用了圆筒形初效过滤器和夹层式排风通道,将各部件紧密布置在壳体内,解决了现有壁挂式新风机体积大、占用空间大、功率密度低、安装不方便等问题。
另外,本发明采用了带导槽的固定板和带导槽的挡板,可迅速取出和装入零部件,安装维护非常方便。导槽内设有密封卡槽,所述密封卡槽内设有外伸的弹性条,当受到挤压时,密封卡槽可起到限位作用,弹性密封条受压会自动缩回密封槽中而不会被挤压损坏。零部件可随意取出和装入,密封不会失效,密封受压不会损坏,密封效果更好、寿命更长,克服了现有壁挂式新风机采用胶水密封或固定式密封条密封所存在的密封容易失效、零部件维护取出和安装困难的缺点。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种小型壁挂式新风机,包括壳体18、初效过滤器11、方形热交换器4、高效过滤器5、高压电离装置15、静电吸附装置16、送风机12、排风机8。壳体18内的中上部设有方形热交换器4,方形热交换器4可采用铝热交换器,外形为正方形,有利于减少体积,提高功率密度。方形热交换器4的上方设有高效过滤器5,高效过滤器5的上方设有PM2.5检测模块1和负离子发生器2,以实现空气质量的自动检测、产生有利于人体健康的负离子。高效过滤器5的左右两端分别设有带导槽21的固定板7,所述高效过滤器5安装在固定板7的导槽21之中,可沿导槽21滑动取出,所述固定板7分别通过左隔板6和右隔板3与方形热交换器4相连。采用这种带导槽21的固定板7,可迅速取出和装入高效过滤器5,使高效过滤器5的清洗维护非常方便。
方形热交换器4的下方设有平行排列的高压电离装置15和静电吸附装置16,方形热交换器4与静电吸附装置16之间安装有臭氧过滤网17,对新风进行杀菌。高压电离装置15和静电吸附装置16两端设有带导槽21的挡板9,所述高压电离装置15、静电吸附装置16安装在挡板9的导槽21之中,可沿导槽21滑动取出,所述挡板9的下方设有风机安装板13和下隔板14,所述挡板9、下隔板14与壳体18右侧内壁之间形成排风通道。排风通道的设计非常巧妙,充分利用了壳内空间,使用整个新风机体积更加紧凑。
方形热交换器4的左侧设有排风机8,所述排风机8的下方设有圆筒形初效过滤器11,初效过滤器11设计成圆筒形状,极大提高了过滤效率,减小了过滤器所占空间。排风机8通过中隔板10与圆筒形初效过滤器11之间互相隔开,所述圆筒形初效过滤器11的下方设有送风机12,所述送风机12通过螺钉固定在风机安装板13上。
在本实施例中,固定板7和挡板9采用塑料制作而成。固定板7和挡板9上均设有导槽21和固定孔,便于拆卸、安装和固定。导槽21内设有密封卡槽22,所述密封卡槽22内设有带弹性条20的密封带,所述弹性条20伸出密封卡槽22的外部2-6mm。这种弹性条20伸出密封卡槽22的结构,使密封槽起到限位作用,使弹性弹性条20受压会自动缩回密封槽中而不会被挤压损坏,密封效果更好、寿命更长。在实际制作时,可在壳体18上安装活动门19,以方便维护和安装。
需要说明的是,任何根据本发明的结构作出简单改进、变化、替换,均应包括在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.小型壁挂式新风机,包括壳体、初效过滤器、方形热交换器、高效过滤器、高压电离装置、静电吸附装置、送风机、排风机,其特征在于:所述壳体内的中上部设有方形热交换器,所述方形热交换器的上方设有高效过滤器,所述高效过滤器的左右两端分别设有带导槽的固定板,所述高效过滤器安装在固定板的导槽之中,可沿导槽滑动取出,所述固定板分别通过左隔板和右隔板与方形热交换器相连;
所述方形热交换器的下方设有平行排列的高压电离装置和静电吸附装置,所述高压电离装置和静电吸附装置两端设有带导槽的挡板,所述高压电离装置、静电吸附装置安装在挡板的导槽之中,可沿导槽滑动取出,所述挡板的下方设有风机安装板和下隔板,所述挡板、下隔板与壳体右侧内壁之间形成排风通道;
所述方形热交换器的左侧设有排风机,所述排风机的下方设有圆筒形初效过滤器,所述排风机通过中隔板与圆筒形初效过滤器之间互相隔开,所述圆筒形初效过滤器的下方设有送风机,所述送风机通过螺钉固定在风机安装板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型壁挂式新风机,其特征在于:所述固定板和挡板采用塑料制作而成,所述固定板和挡板上均设有导槽和固定孔,所述导槽内设有密封卡槽,所述密封卡槽内设有弹性条,所述弹性条伸出密封卡槽2-6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小型壁挂式新风机,其特征在于:所述壳体上设有活动门。
