本发明涉及一种防水发光二极管软灯条及其生产方法,所述防水发光二极管软灯条具有基板,基板上焊接有贴片LED灯,其特征在于:所述基板由FPC软板制成,在所述基板和贴片LED灯的外表面上均附着有一层改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层;本发明提供的防水发光二极管软灯条及其生产方法,通过在基板和贴片LED灯的外表面上浸渍或喷涂一层性能优异的改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层,不但具有良好的防水性能,同时,其优异的透光性不影响灯条的发光亮度,优异的耐候性可克服滴胶防水LED软灯条易黄变的缺陷,生产方法简单,操作方便高效,制作成本低廉。

一种防水发光二极管软灯条及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰照明LED灯领域,尤其是一种防水发光二极管软灯条及其生产方法。
背景技术
LED软灯条也称为LED软灯带,它是采用FPC软板做为基板,将贴片LED等元件用特殊工艺焊接在基板上,因为发光体是LED,故称为LED软灯条;LED防水软灯条是把LED软灯条做好防水工艺处理的LED灯条,目前,常用的防水LED软灯条是采用表面滴胶防水,即把LED灯条平整的放在滴胶台面上,背面用双面胶把LED灯条固定好,然后在LED灯条表面滴一层胶,起到表面防水的作用。该防水LED软灯条的加工需专用的滴胶设备,加工工艺繁琐,且滴胶材料耐候性差,长时间使用后容易发生黄变,影响其外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对表面滴胶防水软灯条加工工艺繁琐、滴胶易黄变的问题,提供一种不影响透光性,同时防水性能更好,不易变黄的防水发光二极管软灯条,其生产方法简单,操作方便高效,制作成本低廉。
本发明的具体方案是:一种防水发光二极管软灯条,具有基板,基板上焊接有贴片LED灯,所述基板由FPC软板制成,在所述基板和贴片LED灯的外表面上均附着有一层性能优异的改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层。
本发明提供了一种防水发光二极管软灯条的生产方法,包括所述的防水发光二极管软灯条,在60℃条件下,将改性聚乙烯醇溶于易挥发性的乙醇中,配置成浓度为8~12%的溶液,在室温下将防水发光二极管软灯条在溶液中浸泡10~30秒后取出,然后在30~50℃的通风环境中干燥2小时,即可得到表面附着改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层的防水发光二极管软灯条,该改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层厚度为10~20μm,透光度大于94%。
本发明还提供了另一种防水发光二极管软灯条的生产方法,包括所述的防水发光二极管软灯条,在60℃条件下,将改性聚乙烯醇溶于易挥发性的乙醇中,配置成浓度为8~12%的溶液,再采用喷枪将配置好的溶液均匀喷涂在整个防水发光二极管软灯条表面,最后将喷涂过的防水发光二极管软灯条置于30~50℃的通风环境中干燥2小时,即可得到表面附着改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层的防水发光二极管软灯条,该改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层厚度为15~28μm,透光度大于93.5%。
本发明中的改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层一方面可赋予软灯条良好的防水性能,同时,其优异的透光性不影响灯条的发光亮度,优异的耐候性可克服滴胶防水LED软灯条易黄变的缺陷;本发明的生产方法简单高效,操作方便,制作成本低廉,可有效降低总体生产成本。

本发明是一种防水发光二极管软灯条,具有基板,基板上焊接有贴片LED灯,所述基板由FPC软板制成,在所述基板和贴片LED灯的外表面上均附着有一层性能优异的改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层。
本发明提供了一种防水发光二极管软灯条的生产方法,包括所述的防水发光二极管软灯条:
具体实施方案1:在60℃条件下,将改性聚乙烯醇溶于易挥发性的乙醇中,配置成浓度为8~12%的溶液,在室温下将防水发光二极管软灯条在溶液中浸泡10~30秒后取出,然后在30~50℃的通风环境中干燥2小时,即可得到表面附着改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层的防水发光二极管软灯条,该改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层厚度为10~20μm,透光度大于94%,在水中通电24小时对灯条性能没有影响,完全可满足使用要求。
具体实施方案2:同样在60℃条件下,将改性聚乙烯醇溶于易挥发性的乙醇中,配置成浓度为8~12%的溶液,再采用喷枪将配置好的溶液均匀喷涂在整个防水发光二极管软灯条表面,最后将喷涂过的防水发光二极管软灯条置于30~50℃的通风环境中干燥2小时,即可得到表面附着改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层的防水发光二极管软灯条,该改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层厚度为15~28μm,透光度大于93.5%,在水中通电40小时对灯条性能没有影响,具有更为优异的防水性能。
本发明中的改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层一方面可赋予软灯条良好的防水性能,同时,其优异的透光性不影响灯条的发光亮度,优异的耐候性可克服滴胶防水LED软灯条易黄变的缺陷;本发明的生产方法简单高效,操作方便,制作成本低廉,可有效降低总体生产成本。

1.一种防水发光二极管软灯条,具有基板,基板上焊接有贴片LED灯,其特征在于:所述基板由FPC软板制成,在所述基板和贴片LED灯的外表面上均附着有一层改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层。
2.一种防水发光二极管软灯条的生产方法,包括权利要求1中所述的防水发光二极管软灯条,其特征在于:在60℃条件下,将改性聚乙烯醇溶于易挥发性的乙醇中,配置成浓度为8~12%的溶液,在室温下将防水发光二极管软灯条在溶液中浸泡10~30秒后取出,然后在30~50℃的通风环境中干燥2小时,即可得到表面附着改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层的防水发光二极管软灯条,该改性聚乙烯醇薄膜涂层厚度为10~20μm,透光度大于94%。
