本发明属于金属缓蚀技术领域,具体涉及一种酸洗缓蚀剂。
背景技术
为了保障金属设备的正常运行,需要定期对其表面进行酸洗,除去污物和锈迹,目前使用的酸洗剂添加的盐酸、硝酸等强酸,清洗作用力强、速度快、效果明显、所需费用低,洗效果更为显著,但对金属材料的腐蚀性大,易产生氢脆、应力腐蚀等不利影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种酸洗缓蚀剂,易溶于酸洗剂,清洗速度快、效果好、除垢彻底、不伤设备,缓蚀效果显著。
本发明的技术方案是:一种酸洗缓蚀剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乌洛托品32-35份、乙二醇8-15份、苯骈三氮唑1-3份、琉基苯并噻唑2-5份、水溶性巯基苯骈噻唑钠3-5份、烷基胺0.5-0.8份、表面活性剂0.5-1份、硼酸钠4-8份、柠檬酸6-10份、月桂酸2-5份、去离子水70-80份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:易溶于酸洗剂,清洗速度快、效果好、除垢彻底、不伤设备,缓蚀效果显著。

一种酸洗缓蚀剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乌洛托品33份、乙二醇10份、苯骈三氮唑2份、琉基苯并噻唑3份、水溶性巯基苯骈噻唑钠4份、烷基胺0.7份、表面活性剂0.8份、硼酸钠5份、柠檬酸8份、月桂酸3份、去离子水75份。
实施例3
一种酸洗缓蚀剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乌洛托品35份、乙二醇15份、苯骈三氮唑3份、琉基苯并噻唑5份、水溶性巯基苯骈噻唑钠5份、烷基胺0.8份、表面活性剂1份、硼酸钠8份、柠檬酸10份、月桂酸5份、去离子水80份。
