背景技术
光学玻璃是光电技术产业的基础和重要组成部分,因此光学玻璃的应用十分广泛,比如相机镜头以及实验用显微镜镜片的等,因且制造成本较高,在清洗过成中选择的清洗剂要求也高,要求清洗剂满足如下条件:对油脂、蜡类等污染物有良好的去除能力;有较低的表面张力、润湿性好、渗透性好等,但现有的清洗剂去污效果不好,渗透力较弱,对玻璃有轻微的划伤,影响其正常的使用。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种去污能力好,能有效对对油脂、蜡类等污染物进行清除,渗透力强,无划伤,湿润性好的光学玻璃清洗剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种光学玻璃清洗剂,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30-40份,三乙醇胺15-23份,月桂基硫酸钙7-12份,甘油二乙酸酯5-8份,月桂基酰胺丙基甜菜碱8-10份,异丙酮6-9份,琥珀酸二酯磺酸钠4-6份,香精7-10份,去离子水20-30份。
