Abstract
本发明公开了一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法。采用除尘,喷涂处理,自然养护,涂胶,冷压,涂覆装饰层,涂覆罩面层的方法制备。保温芯材材料厚度控制在为0.1-0.5cm范围内,装饰层材料厚度控制在0.1-0.3cm范围内,罩面层材料厚度控制在0.01-0.1mm范围内。本发明制备过程简单易行,生产周期短,制备的板材质轻高强,安装的安全性高,安装难度低,耐老化,使用寿命长,结构稳定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰板,特别涉及一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,随着时间、自然环境的变化建筑物表层会逐渐老化,出现变黑、起壳、开裂、脱落等现象,因此,现在越来越多的建筑表层,特别是建筑物的外墙表层上会安装外墙保温装饰板。因此,保温装饰板是置于建筑物墙体表面的保温及装饰系统,其节能保温效果好。保温装饰板重量相对较轻,很大程度上减轻了建筑体的重量荷载,加之安装工艺简便,与之配套的材料体系也都比较轻,因此,保温装饰一体化板非常适合新、旧建筑物外立面,当然也适用于建筑物室内。保温装饰一体化板的板面平整度好,板面本身强度高,整体结构相融性此较好,不会在应用过程中由于温变、口照、雨水等因素的影响而产生形变,形成节能、装饰与建筑的一体化整体美观效果。
目前保温装饰板通常是由聚合物砂浆、玻璃纤维网格布、阻燃型模塑等材料复合而成,如在硅钙板表面进行装饰,随后与保温板进行粘结。此种板材缺陷在于每块板材质量太重,在使用中面临很大的危险性。另一种保温装饰板是先在保温板表面进行挂网、浇筑砂浆,从而在保温板表面形成4-10mm的水泥砂浆层,然后进行装饰层的制作。此种板材缺陷在于板材质量太重,在使用中面临很大的危险性;板材吸水率太高;生产周期加长。因此,现有保温装饰板掺杂板材质量太重,在使用中面临很大的危险性,安装困难,而板材吸水率太高,生产周期加长,还易变形。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术不足,提供一种质轻,保温效果优越,生产周期短,工序简单的保温装饰一体板,并同时提供其制备方法。
一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)基材表面做除尘,喷涂处理,自然养护18-24小时,控制含水率在10%以下,然后分切;
(2)把保温胶倒在上挤压胶辊与对辊中间,用毛刷手动清扫挤塑板表面粘附的粉尘,依次不间断的把挤塑板送入涂胶对辊中间,把涂胶后的挤塑板对叠摆放在平板车上,制成保温芯材,推至冷压机旁备用;
(3)把基材放在对边机上,将保温芯材与基材完全吻合叠放,启动压机进行加压,保压至保温芯材完全固化,时间3-8h;
(4)在保温芯材外层涂覆装饰层材料,然后自然固化1-2h;
(5)在装饰层材料外层涂覆罩面层材料,然后自然固化1-2h;
(6)精切,包装入库。
所述保温芯材材料为聚脲或聚氨酯,厚度为0.1-0.5cm。
所述基材为EPS保温板或XPS保温板。
所述装饰层材料为真石漆或水性涂料,厚度为0.1-0.3cm。
所述罩面层材料为聚氯乙烯,丙烯酸类聚合物或聚氨酯类聚合物,厚度为0.01-0.1mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的保温装饰一体板,采用除尘,喷涂处理,涂胶,冷压,涂覆装饰层,涂覆罩面层的方法制备,制备过程简单易行,生产周期短,制备的板材质轻高强,安装的安全性高,安装难度低,耐老化,使用寿命长,结构稳定。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
下述实施例中分切控制长度误差为±3mm,宽度误差为±2mm,对角线误差为±3mm;涂胶采用少量多次原则,表面微干时间为25分钟/36℃。冷压复合时,根据季节的变化,压机的相关参数也需要作出相应的调整。夏天压机保压时间为3-5H,冬天压机保压时间为6-10h,压机最大量程为120cm。压机压力根据被压物受力面积适当进行调整。压制3.6㎡时,XPS为7Mpa/Eps为6-6.5Mpa,如压制1.8㎡时XPS为3.5Mpa/Eps为3-3.25Mpa;以此类推。
实施例1
一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)EPS保温板表面做除尘,喷涂处理,自然养护20小时,控制含水率在10%以下,然后分切;
(2)把聚脲胶倒在上挤压胶辊与对辊中间,用毛刷手动清扫挤塑板表面粘附的粉尘,依次不间断的把挤塑板送入涂胶对辊中间,把涂胶后的挤塑板对叠摆放在平板车上,制成聚脲保温芯材,厚度为0.1cm,推至冷压机旁备用;
(3)把基材放在对边机上,将保温芯材与EPS保温板完全吻合叠放,启动压机进行加压,保压至聚脲保温芯材完全固化,时间6h;
(4)在聚脲保温芯材外层涂覆真石漆,厚度为0.2cm,然后自然固化1h;
(5)在装饰层材料外层涂覆聚氯乙烯,厚度为0.01mm,然后自然固化2h;
(6)精切,包装入库。
本实施例制备的一体板质轻高强,安装的安全性高,安装难度低,耐老化,使用寿命长,结构稳定。
实施例2
一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)XPS保温板表面做除尘,喷涂处理,自然养护18小时,控制含水率在10%以下,然后分切;
(2)把聚氨酯胶倒在上挤压胶辊与对辊中间,用毛刷手动清扫挤塑板表面粘附的粉尘,依次不间断的把挤塑板送入涂胶对辊中间,把涂胶后的挤塑板对叠摆放在平板车上,制成聚氨酯保温芯材,厚度为0.4cm,推至冷压机旁备用;
(3)把XPS保温板放在对边机上,将聚氨酯保温芯材与基材完全吻合叠放,启动压机进行加压,保压至聚氨酯保温芯材完全固化,时间8h;
(4)在聚氨酯保温芯材外层涂覆水性涂料,厚度为0.1cm,然后自然固化2h;
(5)在装饰层材料外层涂覆丙烯酸类聚合物,厚度为0.05mm,然后自然固化1h;
(6)精切,包装入库。
本实施例制备的一体板质轻高强,安装的安全性高,安装难度低,耐老化,使用寿命长,结构稳定。
实施例3
一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)EPS保温板表面做除尘,喷涂处理,自然养护20小时,控制含水率在10%以下,然后分切;
(2)把聚脲胶倒在上挤压胶辊与对辊中间,用毛刷手动清扫挤塑板表面粘附的粉尘,依次不间断的把挤塑板送入涂胶对辊中间,把涂胶后的挤塑板对叠摆放在平板车上,制成聚脲保温芯材,厚度为0.1cm,推至冷压机旁备用;

(5)在装饰层材料外层涂覆聚氨酯类聚合物,厚度为0.02mm,然后自然固化2h;
(6)精切,包装入库。
本实施例制备的一体板质轻高强,安装的安全性高,安装难度低,耐老化,使用寿命长,结构稳定。
实施例4
一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)EPS保温板表面做除尘,喷涂处理,自然养护20小时,控制含水率在10%以下,然后分切;
(2)把聚脲胶倒在上挤压胶辊与对辊中间,用毛刷手动清扫挤塑板表面粘附的粉尘,依次不间断的把挤塑板送入涂胶对辊中间,把涂胶后的挤塑板对叠摆放在平板车上,制成聚脲保温芯材,厚度为0.1cm,推至冷压机旁备用;
(3)把基材放在对边机上,将保温芯材与EPS保温板完全吻合叠放,启动压机进行加压,保压至聚脲保温芯材完全固化,时间6h;
(4)在聚脲保温芯材外层涂覆珍珠岩胶,厚度为0.2cm,然后自然固化1h,该层为防水层;所述粘土胶为质量为1:1的粘土粉末和树胶熔化混合制成。
(5)在防水层材料外层涂覆聚氯乙烯,厚度为0.01mm,然后自然固化2h;
(6)精切,包装入库。
本实施例制备的一体板质轻高强,安装的安全性高,安装难度低,耐老化,使用寿命长,结构稳定,耐水性好。
实施例5
一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)EPS保温板表面做除尘,喷涂处理,自然养护20小时,控制含水率在10%以下,然后分切;
(2)把聚脲胶倒在上挤压胶辊与对辊中间,用毛刷手动清扫挤塑板表面粘附的粉尘,依次不间断的把挤塑板送入涂胶对辊中间,把涂胶后的挤塑板对叠摆放在平板车上,制成聚脲保温芯材,厚度为0.1cm,推至冷压机旁备用;
(3)把基材放在对边机上,将保温芯材与EPS保温板完全吻合叠放,启动压机进行加压,保压至聚脲保温芯材完全固化,时间6h;
(4)在聚脲保温芯材外层涂覆珍珠岩胶,厚度为0.2cm,然后自然固化1h;所述珍珠岩胶为质量为1:1的珍珠岩粉末和树胶熔化混合制成。
(5)在装饰层材料外层涂覆秸秆灰提取物,厚度为0.01mm,然后自然固化2h;所述秸秆灰提取物采用如下方法制备:将秸秆灰溶于3-5倍质量的水中,沉淀,取上层清液,加硫酸镁至沉淀结晶,结晶物磨成粉末,与1-1.5倍质量的橡胶乳液混匀制成。
(6)精切,包装入库。
本实施例制备的一体板质轻高强,安装的安全性高,安装难度低,耐老化,使用寿命长,结构稳定,防火性能好。

Claims (5)
1.一种保温装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)基材表面做除尘,喷涂处理,自然养护18-24小时,控制含水率在10%以下,然后分切;
(2)把保温胶倒在上挤压胶辊与对辊中间,用毛刷手动清扫挤塑板表面粘附的粉尘,依次不间断的把挤塑板送入涂胶对辊中间,把涂胶后的挤塑板对叠摆放在平板车上,制成保温芯材,推至冷压机旁备用;
(3)把基材放在对边机上,将保温芯材与基材完全吻合叠放,启动压机进行加压,保压至保温芯材完全固化,时间3-8h;
(4)在保温芯材外层涂覆装饰层材料,然后自然固化1-2h;
(5)在装饰层材料外层涂覆罩面层材料,然后自然固化1-2h;
(6)精切,包装入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述保温芯材材料为聚脲或聚氨酯,厚度为0.1-0.5cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基材为EPS保温板或XPS保温板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述装饰层材料为真石漆或水性涂料,厚度为0.1-0.3cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述罩面层材料为聚氯乙烯,丙烯酸类聚合物或聚氨酯类聚合物,厚度为0.01-0.1mm。
