Abstract
本发明公开了一种陶瓷纤维布,包括陶瓷纤维布层、防水涂料层、不锈钢丝网层;陶瓷纤维布层有两层;不锈钢丝网层夹在两层陶瓷纤维布层之间;陶瓷纤维布层对外的两个表面覆盖防水涂料层。本发明一种陶瓷纤维布具有强度高、耐热、耐腐蚀性能优异、防水性能良好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及特种织物领域,尤其是涉及一种陶瓷纤维布。
背景技术
陶瓷纤维具有高温隔热,保温,耐火,降噪,绝缘,轻质等优点,但其抗压抗折力比较差,易产生粉尘,防水性能不太好。需要通过复合其他材料来避免这些缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种陶瓷纤维布,该陶瓷纤维布具有强度高、耐热、耐腐蚀性能优异、防水性能良好的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种陶瓷纤维布,包括陶瓷纤维布层、防水涂料层、不锈钢丝网层;陶瓷纤维布层有两层;不锈钢丝网层夹在两层陶瓷纤维布层之间;陶瓷纤维布层对外的两个表面覆盖防水涂料层。
防水涂料层厚度在0.05mm~0.1mm。
防水涂料层所用涂料为JS防水涂料。
本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种陶瓷纤维布,改变了传统陶瓷纤维布抗压抗折力比较差,易产生粉尘,防水性能不太好的缺陷。首先,两层陶瓷纤维布内设置一层不锈钢网层,有效提高了陶瓷纤维布的抗压抗折能力;其次,在陶瓷纤维布外侧涂覆防水涂料层,有效提高了陶瓷纤维布的防水性能。

一种陶瓷纤维布,包括陶瓷纤维布层、防水涂料层、不锈钢丝网层;陶瓷纤维布层有两层;不锈钢丝网层夹在两层陶瓷纤维布层之间;陶瓷纤维布层对外的两个表面覆盖防水涂料层。防水涂料层厚度为0.1mm。防水涂料层所用涂料为JS防水涂料。

1.一种陶瓷纤维布,其特征在于:包括陶瓷纤维布层、防水涂料层、不锈钢丝网层;所述陶瓷纤维布层有两层;所述不锈钢丝网层夹在两层陶瓷纤维布层之间;所述陶瓷纤维布层对外的两个表面覆盖防水涂料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷纤维布,其特征在于:所述的防水涂料层厚度在0.05mm~0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷纤维布,其特征在于:所述的防水涂料层所用涂料为JS防水涂料。
