一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:以各种传统板材为基材,在其一侧复合有金属薄板;在金属薄板上排列分布有与其基材相连接的固定构件,它们被埋设在基材中,并与基材连为一体,从而构成复合板材;在两排连接构件之间的适当位置,不割断基板,仅将金属薄板断开并折弯,便构成具有活动立筋的复合板材;不割断金属薄板,仅将基板断开,并在开缝处将金属薄板连同断开的基板共同折弯,便构成各种型材或制品,从而具有可折弯成型功能。

复合板材。
背景技术
目前,传统各种板材的形状都是平板。其强度的增加依赖其厚度的增加;其结果是:制品重量的加大和原材料的大量消耗。而且传统各种板材,由于自身无法折弯成型,需依附在其它的框架或结构上成型;造成加工制造的工艺繁琐和费工、费料。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:以各种传统板材为基材,在其一侧复合有金属薄板;在金属薄板上排列分布有与其基材相连接的固定构件,它们被埋设在基材中,并与基材连为一体,从而构成复合板材;在两排连接构件之间的适当位置,不割断基板,仅将金属薄板断开并折弯,便构成具有活动立筋的复合板材;不割断金属薄板,仅将基板断开,并在开缝处将金属薄板连同断开的基板共同折弯,便构成各种型材或制品,从而具有可折弯成型功能。折板后形成的缺口可用同质的浆料填补,或用装饰线条镶嵌。
上述在金属薄板上排列分布有与其基材相连接的固定构件为金属薄板上冲制出的预埋件,或用焊接、铆接等其它方法固定在金属薄板上的预埋件或与基板的连接紧固件。
当上述两排连接构件之间的适当位置为中间位置时,可折弯出双立筋;当上述两排连接构件之间的适当位置为某一侧时,可折弯出单立筋。
可在上述金属薄板上冲制出带有毛刺、密布的沥水透气孔(图中未画出),用于湿法成型板材(如硅钙板、纤维水泥板、厚纸板)等在其成型时的工艺沥水,或干法成型板材(如密度板)的在其成型时的工艺透气。
上述各种传统板材可以是硅钙板、硅酸钙板、纤维水泥板、混凝土板、厚纸板、密度板、菱镁板、石棉板、石膏板、玻璃板、陶瓷板以及各种人造石板等。用它们的浆料、坯料、纤维原料、熔液等,将金属薄板上排列分布的固定构件埋设其中,并经固化或烧结成型。
上述金属薄板可以是不锈钢板、镀锌板、镀锡板、彩钢板、铝合金板等,其厚度为0.1~3(毫米)。
对于稍厚的金属薄板,至少在其一面加工有刨槽(图中未画出),以便于金属薄板的折弯。
金属薄板可在工厂生产线上断开,或仅刨出深槽,由用户选择性断开,以决定立筋的位置和数量。
这种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其有益之处在于:1、可极大提高传统板材的强度;2、使传统板材轻量化,从而节省资源和运输、安装费用;3、可折弯成型,不仅省工、省料,并使制品制造工艺大为简化;4、可有效达到节能减排的目的。

具体实施方式
图1中,在金属薄板1上冲制出冲制预埋件2,并形成冲制出的孔洞3。
图2中,用焊接、铆接等其它方法在金属薄板1上固定预埋件或与基板的连接紧固件。
图3中,用各种传统板材的浆料、坯料、纤维原料、熔液等,将金属薄板1上排列分布的冲制预埋件2埋设其中,并经固化或烧结成型,构成复合板材。
图4中,用各种传统板材的浆料、坯料、纤维原料、熔液等,将金属薄板1上排列分布的固定预埋件或连接紧固件3埋设其中,并经固化或烧结成型,构成复合板材。
图5中,在用冲制预埋件2连接的复合板材上、在其两排连接构件之间的中间位置、不割断基板,仅将金属薄板1断开,便构成具有数道断开的金属薄板1的复合板材。
图6中,在用固定预埋件或连接紧固件4连接的复合板材上、在其两排连接构件之间的中间位置、不割断基板,仅将金属薄板断开,便构成具有数道断开的金属薄板1的复合板材。

1.一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:以各种传统板材为基材,在其一侧复合有金属薄板;在金属薄板上排列分布有与其基材相连接的固定构件,它们被埋设在基材中,并与基材连为一体,从而构成复合板材;在两排连接构件之间的适当位置,不割断基板,仅将金属薄板断开并折弯,便构成具有活动立筋的复合板材;不割断金属薄板,仅将基板断开,并在开缝处将金属薄板连同断开的基板共同折弯,便构成各种型材或制品,从而具有可折弯成型功能。
2.折板后形成的缺口可用同质的浆料填补,或用装饰线条镶嵌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:上述在金属薄板上排列分布有与其基材相连接的固定构件为金属薄板上冲制出的预埋件,或用焊接、铆接等其它方法固定在金属薄板上的预埋件或与基板的连接紧固件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:上述两排连接构件之间的适当位置为中间位置,并折弯出双立筋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:上述两排连接构件之间的适当位置为某一侧位置,并折弯出单立筋。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:在上述金属薄板上冲制出带有毛刺、密布的沥水透气孔,用于湿法成型板材在其成型时的工艺沥水,或干法成型板材在其成型时的工艺透气。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:上述各种传统板材是硅钙板、硅酸钙板、纤维水泥板、混凝土板、厚纸板、密度板、菱镁板、石棉板、石膏板、玻璃板、陶瓷板以及各种人造石板等;用它们的浆料、坯料、纤维原料、熔液等,将金属薄板上排列分布的固定构件埋设其中,并经固化或烧结成型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:上述金属薄板可以是不锈钢板、镀锌板、镀锡板、彩钢板、铝合金板等,其厚度为0.1~3(毫米)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:对于稍厚的金属薄板,至少在其一面加工有刨槽,以便于金属薄板的折弯。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有活动立筋、可折弯成型的复合板材,其特征是:金属薄板不在工厂断开,仅刨出深槽,由用户选择性断开,以决定立筋的位置和数量。
