Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a special transfusion needle which is specially used for transfusion and blood transfusion with a puncture type connector product.
Background
Through long-term clinical observation and multiple experiments, the fact that the devices for connecting and infusing with infusion indwelling tools such as an indwelling needle, a central venous catheter and the like in current clinical infusion are not special devices which can be actually produced in batches and used in actual operation at present is found. The existing product and the technical scheme have the defects of difficult product production and poor operation performance due to the structural or technological problems, so that the product is difficult to be practically applied and popularized. The defects of the existing product and technology are as follows:
1. after the existing transfusion needle is butted with a puncture type connecting piece of an indwelling device, a protection or fixing device is not arranged, the existing transfusion needle cannot be connected in a suspended way and can only be fixed on the limbs of a person.
2. After the existing transfusion needle is butted with the puncture type connecting piece of the indwelling device, the adhesive tape can not stably fix the transfusion needle seat and the puncture type connecting piece, so that the root of the transfusion needle is easily subjected to breaking force, and the needle breaking phenomenon occurs.
3. The tape fixation causes the patient to receive more tape and may cause the probability of allergy to be increased, and the operation is troublesome.
4. The existing non-safety and safety transfusion needles are unreliable, the accidental needle stick injury can not be completely avoided in the operation, and the special transfusion device for preventing needle stick can not puncture different parts.
5. In the actually used intravenous infusion needle, because the single-wing or double-wing handles of the infusion needle are suspended without supporting parts after connection, the steel needle is stressed after being fixed by the adhesive tape, the steel needle and the adhesive tape at the fixed part are stressed bidirectionally and the needle folding phenomenon is possible to occur.
6. The existing transfusion needle steel needle is a long needle with an inclined opening, is easy to break, and has a needle tip which touches the side wall of a transfusion device in the connection process to enable the needle tip to be barbed, so that the sealing element of the puncture type connecting piece is damaged.
7. The existing safe transfusion needle can not be connected with a puncture type connecting piece on a Y-shaped indwelling needle.
8. We find in clinical investigation that the needle tip of the existing transfusion needle tube is an inclined-mouth needle, and the defects of the existing transfusion needle tube when used for connection transfusion of an indwelling needle are as follows: when the puncture type connecting piece is punctured, the puncture opening is a line, the needle tube enters after being propped open, and the opening of the needle tube is positioned on the inclined plane of the needle point, so that various substances on the puncture line, including microorganisms, various particles and various organic or inorganic substances, are easily brought into an infusion apparatus system by puncturing, and nosocomial infection and other hazards can occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a special infusion needle for a puncture type connecting piece, which has simple and reasonable structure, simple process and easy manufacture, has the advantages of needle-prick prevention, movable and expandable protective sleeve, can be suitable for different specifications of the puncture type connecting piece, can be connected with different parts of the puncture end surface of the puncture type connecting piece, can be connected in a suspension way, and can reduce nosocomial infection and harm of other substances entering a human blood vessel, so as to solve the problem that the existing clinical puncture type connecting piece has no safe special connection infusion needle.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the infusion catheter comprises a steel needle, a steel needle fixing seat and an infusion catheter connected with the rear end of the steel needle fixing seat, and is characterized in that: the special transfusion needle is movably connected with a protection mechanism; the protection mechanism is a protective sleeve which is sleeved on the steel needle fixing seat or/and the infusion catheter and can accommodate the puncture type connecting piece, or a fixed protection device which is arranged on the steel needle fixing seat, can rotate and can be attached to the surface of the puncture type connecting piece.
In a preferred implementation state, the fixed protection device is a groove plate, a tile-shaped plate, a clamp and a protection cover.
In a preferred implementation state, the axis of the protective sleeve can be the axis of the steel needle fixing seat.
The term "distal or proximal" as used herein refers to a lateral direction or a medial-lateral direction or a proximal direction, and does not refer to a longitudinal direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the protective sleeve is made of a highly-graded material.
In a preferred embodiment, at least some of the sidewalls of the protective sleeve may be closer to or farther from its axis.
In a preferred embodiment, the protective sheath has deformation or/and expansion properties.
In a preferred embodiment, the protective sleeve has at least one slit in its side wall.
In a preferred embodiment, the length of the steel needle 1 does not exceed 3/4 of the puncture-type connector.
In a preferred embodiment, the protection mechanism has a locking mechanism.
In a preferred implementation state, the steel needle is provided with a conical needlepoint, and the infusion hole is positioned on the side wall of the needle tube behind the rear edge of the conical needlepoint.
Compared with the solution scheme in the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the transfusion needle can be connected with puncture type connecting pieces with different outer diameters of different manufacturers, and can also allow the transfusion needle to puncture different parts of the puncture end face of the puncture type connecting piece, and the protective sleeve for accommodating the puncture type connecting piece can prevent needle puncture and can be used as a fixing part, so that the needle folding condition can not occur. The two can be suspended in the air.
2. The use of the medical adhesive tape on the skin is reduced, the condition that a patient needs to receive more adhesive tapes is avoided, possible allergy is avoided, and the operation is reduced.
3. The invention adopts the side hole needle, thereby avoiding generating falling scraps to harm human bodies.
4. The invention adopts the short steel needle, thereby reducing the needle folding and the needle point damage.
5. Has the function of preventing acupuncture.
6. Can be connected with the puncture type connecting piece on the Y-shaped remaining needle.
7. Reduce the microorganisms entering the transfusion system and reduce the harm of nosocomial infection and other substances entering the blood vessel of the human body.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows: referring now to FIG. 1:
a special transfusion needle comprises a short side hole steel needle 1, a steel needle fixing seat 2 and a transfusion conduit 3 connected with the rear end of the steel needle fixing seat 2, wherein a protective sleeve 4 capable of containing a fixed puncture type connecting piece is sleeved on the special transfusion needle in a penetrating way, in this case, the protective sleeve 4 with a plurality of pores on the side wall is provided. The axis of the protective sleeve 4 can be far away from or close to the axis of the steel needle fixing seat 2.
In use, after the side hole steel needle 1 is connected with the puncture type connecting piece, the protective sleeve 4 is sleeved into the puncture type connecting piece for fixation, and the adhesive tape or the elastic fixation of the protective sleeve can be used, so that suspended connection is realized. To prevent needle sticks, the protective sheath 4 can be placed or pushed forward to completely cover the steel needle 1 before use and reattached. Because the protective sleeve 4 can move laterally, the steel needle 1 with the side hole can be inserted into the center of the puncture end face of the puncture type connecting piece without influencing the actual use. The apertures in the protective sheath 4 are primarily intended to increase the deformation and expansion properties of the protective sheath 4 and to save material.
Example two: referring now to FIG. 2:
a special transfusion needle comprises a steel needle 1 provided with a conical needle point, a transfusion hole is arranged on the side wall of a needle tube behind the rear edge of the conical needle point, a steel needle fixing seat 2 and a transfusion conduit 3 connected with the rear end of the steel needle fixing seat 2, and a fixing and protecting device which can rotate and cover the surface of a puncture type connecting piece, in this case two opposite tile-shaped plates 5, is fixed on the transfusion needle.
When the infusion needle is used, after the infusion needle is connected with the puncture type connecting piece, the fixing and protecting device covers the surface of the puncture type connecting piece for fixing, and the fixing can be realized by using an adhesive tape or fixing a rope or a buckle arranged on the fixing device, so that suspended connection is realized. The steel needle 1 with the conical needle point is connected with the infusion end face of the puncture type connecting piece in a puncture manner, so that the risk of nosocomial infection and the risk of various substances entering a human body can be effectively reduced.
