Abstract
本发明公开了一种填充型金属骨针,它包括位于前端的刃部(3)和本体(1),所述的本体(1)内有盲孔(4),所述的盲孔(4)的一端有侧向灌注孔,所述的侧向灌注孔位于刃部(3)的后端。自体骨、人工骨、骨水泥、羟基磷灰石等材料可通过盲孔进入人体的坏使骨内,侧向灌注孔可根据需要设计成一个或二个,本发明不仅具有骨针的作用,还有手术针的作用,功能合二为一,减少了病人的痛苦,同时减少了手术设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨针,属于医疗器械类,更具体地说它是一种填充型金属骨针。
背景技术
现有骨科手术用的金属骨针的结构特点是:金属骨针上圆柱形杆体的前部连接具有从前向后逐渐加大的圆锥形外周的螺纹部,以便旋入患者的骨头中;杆体的后端部外周开有一个平面式的卡接部,以便使用套筒扳手旋转骨针,进行骨针的旋入或退出。困扰骨科手术的一个大难题是骨针在植入人体后的松动问题,最终导致内固定的失败。另外,现有骨科手术用的金属骨针还没有用于少量融灌人体材料的,因此,使用起来非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有背景技术的不足之处,而提供一种填充型金属骨针,它可以通过骨针内部的孔道融灌自体骨、人工骨、骨水泥、羟基磷灰石等材料。
本发明的目的是通过如下措施来达到的:填充型金属骨针,它包括位于前端的刃部和本体,其特征在于所述的本体内有盲孔,所述的盲孔的一端有侧向灌注孔,所述的侧向灌注孔位于刃部的后端。
在上述技术方案中,所述的侧向灌注孔包括间隔布置的第一侧向灌注孔和第二侧向灌注孔。
在上述技术方案中,所述的本体包括粗端和细端,所述的细端位于刃部和粗端之间。
在上述技术方案中,所述的刃部和本体为一体式结构。
本发明具有如下优点:刃部对骨头有钻、切、削等作用,本体上的细端方便刃部工作时向前推进,自体骨、人工骨、骨水泥、羟基磷灰石等材料可通过盲孔进入人体的坏使骨内,侧向灌注孔可根据需要设计成一个或二个,本发明不仅具有骨针的作用,还有手术针的作用,功能合二为一,减少了病人的痛苦,同时减少了手术设备。

参阅附图可知:本发明填充型金属骨针,它包括位于前端的刃部3和本体1,其特征在于所述的本体1内有盲孔11,所述的盲孔11的一端有侧向灌注孔,所述的侧向灌注孔位于刃部3的后端。所述的侧向灌注孔包括间隔布置的第一侧向灌注孔12和第二侧向灌注孔13。所述的本体1包括粗端14和细端15,所述的细端15位于刃部3和粗端14之间。所述的刃部3和本体1为一体式结构。
其它未详细说明的部分均属于现有技术。
Claims (4)
1.填充型金属骨针,它包括位于前端的刃部(3)和本体(1),其特征在于所述的本体(1)内有盲孔(11),所述的盲孔(11)的一端有侧向灌注孔,所述的侧向灌注孔位于刃部(3)的后端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的填充型金属骨针,其特征在于所述的侧向灌注孔包括间隔布置的第一侧向灌注孔(12)和第二侧向灌注孔(13)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的填充型金属骨针,其特征在于所述的本体(1)包括粗端(14)和细端(15),所述的细端(15)位于刃部(3)和粗端(14)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的填充型金属骨针,其特征在于所述的刃部(3)和本体(1)为一体式结构。
