Abstract

本发明植骨型金属骨针,它包括位于前端的刃部(1)、位于后端的尾部(3),及位于刃部(1)和尾部(3)之间的本体(2),其特征在于有植骨孔(4)依次贯穿所述的刃部(1)、本体(2)和尾部(3)。使用本发明植骨型金属骨时自体骨、人工骨、骨水泥、羟基磷灰石等材料可通过植骨孔(4)进入人体的坏死骨内,本发明不仅具有普通骨针的作用,还有手术针的作用,功能合二为一,减少了病人的痛苦和费用,同时减少了手术设备。

植骨型金属骨针
技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨针,属于医疗器械类,更具体地说它是一种植骨型金属骨针。
背景技术
现有骨科手术用的金属骨针的结构特点是:金属骨针上圆柱形杆体的前部连接具有从前向后逐渐加大的圆锥形外周的螺纹部,以便旋入患者的骨头中;杆体的后端部外周开有一个平面式的卡接部,以便使用套筒扳手旋转骨针,进行骨针的旋入或退出。困扰骨科手术的一个大难题是骨针在植入人体后的材料填充问题,需要通过改用空心导管注入后再次旋入骨针固定及封闭骨骼上的孔。另外,现有骨科手术用的金属骨针还没有将人体骨骼或其它骨材料直接植入人体的多用途骨针,因此,使用起来非常不方便,在需要植骨时使用的医疗器械较多,增加了医护人员的负担,同时也增加了患者的费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有背景技术的不足之处,而提供一种植骨型金属骨针,它可以通过骨针内部的孔道向人体直接植入骨料颗粒及其它材料。
本发明的目的是通过如下措施来达到的:植骨型金属骨针,它包括位于前端的刃部、位于后端的尾部,及位于刃部和尾部之间的本体,其特征在于有植骨孔依次贯穿刃部、本体和尾部。
在上述技术方案中,所述的本体包括粗端和细端,所述的细端位于刃部和粗端之间。
在上述技术方案中,所述的刃部、尾部和本体为一体式结构。
本发明具有如下优点:刃部对骨头有钻、切、削等作用,本体上的细端方便刃部工作时向前推进,自体骨、人工骨、骨水泥、羟基磷灰石等材料可通过植骨孔进入人体的坏死骨内,本发明不仅具有普通骨针的作用,还有手术针的作用,功能合二为一,减少了病人的痛苦,同时减少了手术设备。

参阅附图可知:本发明植骨型金属骨针,它包括位于前端的刃部1、位于后端的尾部3,及位于刃部1和尾部3之间的本体2,其特征在于有植骨孔4依次贯穿刃部1、本体2和尾部3。所述的本体2包括粗端22和细端21,所述的细端21位于刃部3和粗端22之间。所述的刃部1、尾部3和本体2为一体式结构。本发明尾部型式可设计为圆形、方形,可配合手动及动力工具操作。
其它未详细说明的部分均属于现有技术。

1.植骨型金属骨针,它包括位于前端的刃部(1)、位于后端的尾部(3),及位于刃部(1)和尾部(3)之间的本体(2),其特征在于有植骨孔(4)依次贯穿刃部(1)、本体(2)和尾部(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植骨型金属骨针,其特征在于所述的本体(2)包括粗端(22)和细端(21),所述的细端(21)位于刃部(3)和粗端(22)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的植骨型金属骨针,其特征在所述的刃部(1)、尾部(3)和本体(2)为一体式结构。
