本发明公开一种改良型过滤口罩，其包括口罩主体及耳挂，口罩主体边缘处固定有软性垫圈，且该口罩主体内侧及外侧分别设置有第一过滤片及第二过滤片；第一过滤片包括有依次固定的第一无纺布层、第一HEPA滤网层、第一银编织网层、可预防感冒的中草药层、第二银编织网层、第二HEPA滤网层、第二无纺布层，中草药层包括有一纱布袋及放置于纱布袋中并呈颗粒状的中草药；第二过滤片包括有气凝胶板及分别固定于气凝胶板正反两面的第一、第二竹纤维布；第一、第二过滤片的外侧均通过暗扣与口罩主体固定，且第一、第二过滤片均呈碗状，令过滤口罩内侧形成有用于与人体口部对接的碗状槽，软性垫圈位于碗状槽的边缘处。本发明拆装十分简便，且具有极好的过滤效果。

技术领域：
本发明涉及口罩产品技术领域，特指一种可更换过滤片，且过滤效果较为理想的改良型过滤口罩。
背景技术：
口罩，主要防阻对象是颗粒物，具体而言，口罩通过覆盖人的口、鼻及下巴部分，形成一个和脸密封的空间，靠人吸气迫使污染空气经过过滤。
目前市面上的口罩一般都是由一层无纺布及设置于无纺布两端的耳挂构成，其只能够过滤较大的颗粒或粉尘，其并不能满足消费者的需求。
有鉴于此，本发明人提出以下技术方案。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种可更换过滤片，且过滤效果较为理想的改良型过滤口罩。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用了下述技术方案：该改良型过滤口罩包括：一口罩主体及设置于口罩主体两端的耳挂，所述口罩主体边缘处固定有一软性垫圈，且该口罩主体内侧及外侧分别通过第一、第二拉链固定有一内层布及外层布，令内层布与口罩主体内侧面之间形成有第一容腔，外层布与口罩主体外侧面之间形成有第二容腔，且该第一容腔及第二容腔分别容置有第一过滤片及第二过滤片；所述第一过滤片包括有依次固定的第一无纺布层、第一HEPA滤网层、第一银编织网层、可预防感冒的中草药层、第二银编织网层、第二HEPA滤网层、第二无纺布层，其中，中草药层包括有一纱布袋及放置于纱布袋中并呈颗粒状的中草药，该纱布袋压制形成板片状，第一、第二银编织网层均具有复数个蜂窝孔；所述第二过滤片包括有气凝胶板以及分别固定于气凝胶板正反两面的第一竹纤维布和第二竹纤维布；所述第一过滤片及第二过滤片的外侧均通过暗扣与口罩主体固定，且该第一过滤片及第二过滤片均呈碗状，令过滤口罩内侧形成有一用于与人体口部对接的碗状槽，该软性垫圈位于碗状槽的边缘处。
进一步而言，上述技术方案中，所述中草药包括丁香公、川椒、白芷、肉豆蔻、冰片、沈香、艾叶、佩兰、桂官、益智仁、小茴香、菖蒲石、苍术、薄荷、藿香。

所述口罩主体1边缘处固定有一软性垫圈11，且该口罩主体1内侧及外侧分别通过第一拉链12及第二拉链固定有一内层布13及外层布，令内层布13与口罩主体1内侧面之间形成有第一容腔，外层布与口罩主体1外侧面之间形成有第二容腔，且该第一容腔及第二容腔分别容置有第一过滤片3及第二过滤片4；其中，所述第一过滤片3及第二过滤片4的外侧均通过暗扣与口罩主体1形成可拆装固定，且该第一过滤片3及第二过滤片4均呈碗状，令过滤口罩内侧形成有一用于与人体口部对接的碗状槽，该软性垫圈11位于碗状槽的边缘处。具体而言，所述所述第一过滤片3的四个角部设置有第一子扣，所述口罩主体1的容置空间中与第一过滤片3四个角部对应的位置设置有第一母扣，该第一母扣和第一子扣扣合固定，形成所述的暗扣；所述所述第二过滤片4的四个角部设置有第二子扣，所述口罩主体1的容置空间中与第二过滤片4四个角部对应的位置设置有第二母扣，该第二母扣和第二子扣扣合固定，形成所述的暗扣。
上述第一、第二过滤片拆装均十分简便，以便消费者可根据实际需求来更换新的第一、第二过滤片，保证本发明的过滤效果，以致满足不同的需求，使用起来十分方便，且可有利于提高本发明的市场竞争力。当然，消费者可根据实际需求选择性装配第一过滤片或第二过滤片，可以只装第一过滤片，而不装第二过滤片，也可以只装可以只装第二过滤片，而不装第一过滤片，只要达到使用要求即可。
所述内层布及外层布均为经消毒后的无纺布，以致使该内层布及外层布不仅具有一定的防尘效果，还具有一定程度杀菌、抑菌功效。
所述口罩主体1边缘处缝制形成有用于封装软性垫圈11的布圈，该软性垫圈11固定于该布圈与口罩主体1边缘处之间，软性垫圈11起到一定的支撑作用，且可使消费者在佩戴后，该软性垫圈11与人的脸部紧密接触，使呼吸的空气均透过本发明所述的过滤口罩，以此提高呼吸的空气质量。所述软性垫圈11为内部中空的硅胶垫圈，以致使硅胶垫圈与人的脸部接触起来更加舒适，紧密性更好。
所述第一过滤片3包括有依次固定的第一无纺布层31、第一HEPA滤网层32、第一银编织网层33、可预防感冒的中草药层34、第二银编织网层35、第二HEPA滤网层36、第二无纺布层37，其中，中草药层34包括有一纱布袋及放置于纱布袋中并呈颗粒状的中草药，该纱布袋压制形成板片状，第一、第二银编织网层33均具有复数个蜂窝孔，以致使第一过滤片3的过滤效果更加。
所述第一、第二HEPA滤网层对于0.1-0.3微米的有效率达到99.7％，其中，第一、第二HEPA滤网层的特点是空气可以通过，但细小的微粒却无法通过，以致达到良好的精过滤效果。第一、第二HEPA滤网层是烟雾、灰尘以及细菌等污染物最有效的过滤媒介，于就是说，第一无纺布层31、第一HEPA滤网层32、第二HEPA滤网层36、第二无纺布层37相互结合能够有效过滤粉尘、PM2.5颗粒、防雾霾，且第一、第二银编织网层33、35具有抑制、杀灭病原和细菌的功效，即可有效防止多种细菌对人体的伤害。
所述中草药层34中的中草药包括丁香公、川椒、白芷、肉豆蔻、冰片、沈香、艾叶、佩兰、桂官、益智仁、小茴香、菖蒲石、苍术、薄荷、藿香，以致使中草药层34可有效预防感冒，增强人体免疫力及抵抗力，以提高本发明的市场竞争力。
所述第二过滤片4包括有气凝胶板41以及分别固定于气凝胶板441正反两面的第一竹纤维布42和第二竹纤维布43，其中，所述第一竹纤维布42和第二竹纤维布43具有抑菌抗菌、吸湿透气、绿色环保、抗紫外线、天然保健、舒适美观等特点，其是一种真正意义上的天然环保型绿色纤维。气凝胶板441对有机溶剂具有超快、超高的吸附力，是迄今已报道的吸油力最高的材料，该气凝胶板441同样可具有过滤PM2.5颗粒的功效。也就是说，整个第二过滤片4具有极强的吸油能力，还可过滤PM2.5颗粒、抗紫外线、抑菌抗菌、消除异味的功效，令本发明不仅可适用于各种场所，特别是适用于油烟大的厨房使用。
综上所述，本发明中的第一、第二过滤片拆装均十分简便，以便消费者可根据实际需求来更换新的第一、第二过滤片，保证本发明的过滤效果，以致满足不同的需求，使用起来十分方便，且可有利于提高本发明的市场竞争力。另外，本发明能够有效过滤粉尘、PM2.5颗粒、防雾霾、抗紫外线、消除异味，还可抑制、杀灭病原和细菌，以有效防止多种细菌对人体的伤害，本发明还具有极强的吸油能力，可有效消除异味，以过滤空气，令整个过滤片具有极好的空气过滤效果，即本发明的过滤效果极好，且本发明还可有效预防感冒，增强人体免疫力及抵抗力，以提高本发明的市场竞争力。
另外，上述第一过滤片还可以采用以下结构：该新结构的第一过滤片将上述结构的第一过滤片及第二过滤片复合在一起，即该新结构的第一过滤片包括有依次固定的第一无纺布层、第一HEPA滤网层、第一银编织网层、活性炭层、第二银编织网层、第二HEPA滤网层、第二无纺布层、气凝胶板、第一竹纤维布、第二竹纤维布，以致使该新结构的第一过滤片具备以上所述第一过滤片和第二过滤片的所有优点，在此不再一一赘述。
当然，以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已，并非来限制本发明实施范围，凡依本发明申请专利范围所述构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰，均应包括于本发明申请专利范围内。

Claims (6)

1.改良型过滤口罩，其包括：一口罩主体(1)及设置于口罩主体(1)两端的耳挂(2)，其特征在于：
所述口罩主体(1)边缘处固定有一软性垫圈(11)，且该口罩主体(1)内侧及外侧分别通过第一、第二拉链固定有一内层布及外层布，令内层布与口罩主体(1)内侧面之间形成有第一容腔，外层布与口罩主体(1)外侧面之间形成有第二容腔，且该第一容腔及第二容腔分别容置有第一过滤片(3)及第二过滤片(4)；所述第一过滤片(3)包括有依次固定的第一无纺布层(31)、第一HEPA滤网层(32)、第一银编织网层(33)、可预防感冒的中草药层(34)、第二银编织网层(35)、第二HEPA滤网层(36)、第二无纺布层(37)，其中，中草药层(34)包括有一纱布袋及放置于纱布袋中并呈颗粒状的中草药，该纱布袋压制形成板片状，第一、第二银编织网层(33)均具有复数个蜂窝孔；所述第二过滤片(4)包括有气凝胶板(41)以及分别固定于气凝胶板(441)正反两面的第一竹纤维布(42)和第二竹纤维布(43)；所述第一过滤片(3)及第二过滤片(4)的外侧均通过暗扣与口罩主体(1)固定，且该第一过滤片(3)及第二过滤片(4)均呈碗状，令过滤口罩内侧形成有一用于与人体口部对接的碗状槽，该软性垫圈(11)位于碗状槽的边缘处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良型过滤口罩，其特征在于：所述中草药包括丁香公、川椒、白芷、肉豆蔻、冰片、沈香、艾叶、佩兰、桂官、益智仁、小茴香、菖蒲石、苍术、薄荷、藿香。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改良型过滤口罩，其特征在于：所述内层布及外层布均为经消毒后的无纺布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改良型过滤口罩，其特征在于：所述口罩主体(1)边缘处缝制形成有用于封装软性垫圈(11)的布圈。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改良型过滤口罩，其特征在于：所述软性垫圈(11)为内部中空的硅胶垫圈。
6.根据权利要求5所述的改良型过滤口罩，其特征在于：所述所述第一过滤片(3)的四个角部设置有第一子扣，所述口罩主体(1)的容置空间中与第一过滤片(3)四个角部对应的位置设置有第一母扣，该第一母扣和第一子扣扣合固定，形成所述的暗扣；所述所述第二过滤片(4)的四个角部设置有第二子扣，所述口罩主体(1)的容置空间中与第二过滤片(4)四个角部对应的位置设置有第二母扣，该第二母扣和第二子扣扣合固定，形成所述的暗扣。
