一种土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组,针对薯片行业土豆贮藏库冷冻设备的改进,包括方形或矩形箱体,箱体左侧近顶端设置有新风口,左侧顶端设置有回风口,箱体内从左往右依次间隔设置有过滤段、冷却段、等焓冷却加湿段,冷却段与等焓冷却加湿段间设置有密闭调节阀,将箱体分隔成左右两个腔室,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室内设置有EC送风机,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室左侧顶端设置有加药口回风口,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室右侧顶端加药送风口,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室侧壁上设置有杀虫剂或抑芽剂自动加药口,等焓冷却加湿段后方腔室的顶端设置有送风口。长期存放时库损率可以由原来的9%降至3%。
Description
技术领域
本发明是针对薯片行业土豆贮藏库冷冻设备的改进,尤其涉及一种调温,调湿性能稳定,无泄漏,运行可靠的调温调湿机组。
背景技术
目前薯片行业土豆贮藏库冷冻设备基本采用直接冷冻机组调温,存在库内湿度随着温度的变化而变化,湿度无法控制,库区内温湿度达不到土豆贮藏的最佳温湿度:温度12℃,湿度≥98%,如果温度太高,土豆内的淀粉会转化为糖份,糖份太高薯片油炸时颜色会发黑,口味会变苦,如果湿度太低,则会造成土豆水分蒸发,土豆皮会变绉、变韧,削皮机无法正常工作。长期保存时,库损率高达9%以上,并且在加药杀虫(或打抑芽剂)时需要人工进入库区,容易发生人员中毒,随着薯片行业技术的发展,消费者消费观念和要求的提高,目前采用直接冷冻机组调温已经不能满足要求,急需开发一种满足薯片行业土豆贮藏库技术要求的能够调温调湿的低温高湿机组。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够分开调温,调湿性能稳定,无泄漏,可以自动加药、运行可靠的调温、调湿机组。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组,包括方形箱体,其特征在于箱体左侧近顶端设置有新风口,左侧顶端设置有回风口,箱体内从左往右依次间隔设置有过滤段、冷却段、等焓冷却加湿段,冷却段与等焓冷却加湿段间设置有密闭调节阀,将箱体分隔成左右两个腔室,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室内设置有EC送风机,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室左侧顶端设置有加药口回风口,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室右侧顶端加药送风口,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室侧壁上设置有杀虫剂或抑芽剂自动加药口,等焓冷却加湿段后方腔室的顶端设置有送风口。
EC送风机:采用数字化无刷直流外转子电机的离心式风机。或者说,采用了EC电机的离心风机。EC(ElectricalCommutation)电机电源为直流电源、内置直流变交流(通过六个逆变模块)、采用转子位置反馈、三相交流、永磁、同步电机。(直流无刷只是电源品质和电机的表象,而不是电机的实质,EC电机实质上是三相交流永磁同步电机)。
作为优选,箱体壳体由双层金属保温板组成,金属保温板间填充有绝热材料。
作为优选,金属保温板为热镀锌彩钢板。
作为优选,方形箱体上开设有检修门。
为实现本发明目的,提供了一种土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组的运行方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.当正常送风时:新风从新风口进入,调整新风口进量,一般≤30%,回风从回风口进入,调整回风口进量,一般≥70%,两者按比例混合,然后混合后的空气通过滤段过滤,再通过冷却段进行一次降温,通过EC送风机送到等焓冷却加湿段再次进行降温加湿至12℃,湿度≥98%,通过送风口,送入库区;此时加药回风口,加药送风口为关闭状态,密闭调节阀为打开状态;
b.当需要进行加药杀虫或打抑芽剂时:库区空气由加药回风口吸入,杀虫剂或抑芽剂由自动加药口注入,与空气混合后,通过EC送风机,由加药送风口送入库区;此时加药回风口,加药送风口为打开状态,回风口及密闭调节阀为关闭状态。
本发明有益效果:机组采用标准化模数设计,能够分开调温,调湿,温湿度控制精度高,并且不需要人工加药,能够自动加药,性能稳定,无泄漏,运行可靠的调温调湿机组。长期存放时库损率可以由原来的9%降至3%。采用EC风机,可以根据运行负荷的变化,进行无极调速,节约能耗。

实施例1:一种土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组,包括方形或矩形箱体1,箱体1左侧近顶端设置有新风口2,左侧顶端设置有回风口3,箱体1内从左往右依次间隔设置有过滤段4、冷却段5、等焓冷却加湿段6,冷却段5与等焓冷却加湿段6间设置有密闭调节阀7,将箱体1分隔成左右两个腔室,冷却段5到密闭调节阀7间的腔室内设置有EC送风机8,冷却段5到密闭调节阀7间的腔室左侧顶端设置有加药口回风口9,冷却段5到密闭调节阀7间的腔室右侧顶端加药送风口10,冷却段4到密闭调节阀7间的腔室侧壁上设置有杀虫剂或抑芽剂自动加药口11,等焓冷却加湿段6后方腔室的顶端设置有送风口12。箱体1壳体由双层金属保温板组成,金属保温板间填充有绝热材料。金属保温板为热镀锌彩钢板。方形或矩形箱体1上开设有检修门13。

当需要进行加药杀虫或打抑芽剂时:库区空气由加药回风口9吸入,杀虫剂或抑芽剂由自动加药口11注入,与空气混合后,通过EC送风机8,由加药送风口10送入库区;此时加药回风口9,加药送风口9为打开状态,回风口3及密闭调节阀7为关闭状态。
对于本领域技术人员来说,在本专利构思及具体实施例启示下,能够从本专利公开内容及常识直接导出或联想到的一些变形,本领域技术人员将意识到也可采用其它方法,或现有技术中常用公知技术的替代,以及特征的等效变化或修饰,特征间的相互不同组合,例如制造材料的改变,等焓冷却加湿方式的改变,新、回、送风口及加药送、回风口位置的改变,等等的非实质性改动,同样可以被应用,都能实现本专利描述功能和效果,不再一一举例展开细说,均属于本专利保护范围。

1.一种土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组,包括方形或矩形箱体,其特征在于箱体左侧近顶端设置有新风口,左侧顶端设置有回风口,箱体内从左往右依次间隔设置有过滤段、冷却段、等焓冷却加湿段,冷却段与等焓冷却加湿段间设置有密闭调节阀,将箱体分隔成左右两个腔室,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室内设置有EC送风机,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室左侧顶端设置有加药口回风口,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室右侧顶端加药送风口,冷却段到密闭调节阀间的腔室侧壁上设置有杀虫剂或抑芽剂自动加药口,等焓冷却加湿段后方腔室的顶端设置有送风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组,其特征在于箱体壳体由双层金属保温板组成,金属保温板间填充有绝热材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组,其特征在于金属保温板为热镀锌彩钢板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组,其特征在于方形箱体上开设有检修门。
5.一种如权利要求1~4之一的土豆贮藏库专用低温高湿机组的运行方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.当正常送风时:新风从新风口进入,调整新风口进量,一般≤30%,回风从回风口进入,调整回风口进量,一般≥70%,两者按比例混合,然后混合后的空气通过滤段过滤,再通过冷却段进行一次降温,通过EC送风机送到等焓冷却加湿段再次进行降温加湿至12℃,湿度≥98%,通过送风口,送入库区;此时加药回风口,加药送风口为关闭状态,密闭调节阀为打开状态;
