Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种呼叫保持的方法及用户设备。该方法包括:当UE主叫触发了CS语音业务时,通过CC子层向IMS子层发送第一指示信息,以使IMS子层检测是否存在IMS语音会话;若存在,则向网络侧发送信令,信令用于触发IMS语音会话的保持流程,以使IMS语音会话的状态为保持状态;UE在完成移动性管理连接的建立后,CC子层根据MM子层发送的第二指示信息,建立与IMS语音会话对应的第二CS会话,其中,第二CS会话的状态为保持状态;使得在为经过SRVCC切换的IMS语音会话建立对应的第二CS会话后,第二CS会话的状态可以设置为保持状态,从而避免出现会话异常的情况。
