本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种海上用防潮防水电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,各行各业都在向着工业化和电子化的方向发展,这也意味着电缆用量的大大增加,但是因其各行业的工作环境均有不同,也就要求电缆所具备的特性有所不同,就目前科技的发展,人们要求电缆不仅仅是具备传输电流的单一作用,还要电缆在一定程度上可以起到阻水的效果,但是现有的电缆因其结构设计不合理,并不能起到防水的效果,很容易导致水分进入电缆内部,造成系统短路的情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种海上用防潮防水电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种海上用防潮防水电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、绝缘层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多个导体;所述导体外设置一层聚乙烯管;且所述电缆本体内部设置有多个引流芯;所述引流芯外设置一层保护层;所述聚乙烯管外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层阻水层;所述阻水层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种海上用防潮防水电缆,所述绝缘层、聚乙烯管和保护层之间间隙部分设置有填充层。、
上述的一种海上用防潮防水电缆,所述导体为多股镀锡铜丝绞合而成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、防水效果好和使用寿命长等优点,所述阻水层不但可以起到较好的径向防水效果,而且可以防化学溶液渗透,使电缆在运行过程中不会出现短路的情况。

如图1所示,一种海上用防潮防水电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、绝缘层7和外护套9,所述电缆本体1内部设置有多个导体2;所述导体2外设置一层聚乙烯管3;且所述电缆本体1内部设置有多个引流芯4;所述引流芯4外设置一层保护层5;所述聚乙烯管3外设置一层绝缘层7;所述绝缘层7外紧密挤包一层阻水层8;所述阻水层8外挤包一层外护套9。
所述阻水层8不但可以起到较好的径向防水效果,而且可以防化学溶液渗透,使电缆在运行过程中不会出现短路的情况。
