The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a commercial concrete delivery vehicle management system and method for managing a concrete delivery process and avoiding various defects of the traditional metering.

a commercial concrete delivery vehicle management system comprises a card swiping panel, a controller, a high-definition snapshot system, a server, a display and a switch; the high-definition snapshot system comprises a card swiping panel, and is characterized in that a plurality of card swiping areas are arranged on the card swiping panel, each card swiping area corresponds to different concrete labels, each card swiping area is provided with a card reader, the card reader in each card swiping area is used for reading conveying information of an RFID card swiped by a conveying person, a controller is used for receiving the conveying information output by the card swiping panel, the high-definition snapshot system is used for automatically snapshot a license plate number while the conveying person swipes the RFID card, a switch is used for receiving the conveying information output by the controller and receiving the license plate number information output by the high-definition snapshot system, and a server is used for receiving the conveying information and the license plate number information output by the switch and transmitting the conveying information and the license plate number information to a display for display.
In the scheme, each card swiping area is also provided with a pumping button, and when a concrete vehicle with a pump is used for conveying, a conveying person presses the pumping button and sends pumping information to the controller.
In the above scheme, the commercial concrete transport vehicle management system further comprises a router, the router is electrically connected with the switch, and the router is used for workers to check the transport information and the license plate number information of the concrete at any position of the networking in real time.
In the above arrangement, the delivery information includes a delivery unit, a card number, a delivery time, and a delivery volume.
In the scheme, the conveying amount is 8 cubic meters by default.
In the above scheme, the commercial concrete delivery vehicle management system further comprises a wagon balance weighing system, wherein the wagon balance weighing system is used for weighing the actual concrete delivery amount of the delivery concrete vehicle, transmitting the delivery amount information to the server through the switch and displaying the delivery amount information on the display.
A commercial concrete delivery vehicle management method comprising the steps of:
1) the concrete delivery vehicle enters a construction site and stops in a specified area, a delivery person holds an RFID card and swipes the card on a card reader of a card swiping panel concrete corresponding label, the card reader reads delivery information on the RFID card, and meanwhile, a high-definition snapshot system automatically captures the license plate number information of the concrete delivery vehicle;
2) the controller receives the conveying information output by the card swiping panel;
3) the switch receives the conveying information output by the controller and receives the license plate number information output by the high-definition snapshot system;
4) the server receives the conveying information and the license plate number information output by the exchanger and transmits the conveying information and the license plate number information to the display for displaying.
In the scheme, when the card is swiped in the step 1), the method further comprises the step of pressing a pumping button by a delivery person and transmitting pumping information to the controller when the concrete vehicle delivered by the pump is used.
In the scheme, the method further comprises the step of checking the concrete conveying information and the license plate number information in real time at any networking position by utilizing a router electrically connected with the switch.
In the scheme, the method further comprises the steps of weighing the actual concrete delivery amount of the concrete delivery vehicle, transmitting the actual delivery amount information to the server through the switch, and displaying the actual delivery amount information on the display.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention effectively measures and counts the delivery time and delivery quantity of the commercial concrete vehicle in real time, effectively and truly manages the concrete mixed delivery process through the RFID technology, the automatic high-definition snapshot technology, the automatic metering and the real-time display, and avoids various defects of the traditional metering. Through networking, remote monitoring can be realized, the conveying information can be checked in real time, and the supervision efficiency and level are improved.

As shown in fig. 1, a commercial concrete delivery vehicle management system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a card swiping panel 1, a controller 2, a high-definition capturing system 7, a server 4, a display 5, and a switch 3. The card swiping panel 1 is provided with a plurality of card swiping areas, each card swiping area corresponds to different concrete labels, each card swiping area is provided with a card reader, the card reader in each card swiping area is used for reading conveying information of an RFID card swiped by a conveying person, the controller 2 is used for receiving the conveying information output by the card swiping panel 1, the high-definition snapshot system 7 is used for automatically snapshotting a license plate number when the conveying person swipes the RFID card, the switch 3 is used for receiving the conveying information output by the controller 2 and receiving the license plate number information output by the high-definition snapshot system 7, and the server 4 is used for receiving the conveying information and the license plate number information output by the switch 3 and transmitting the conveying information and the license plate number information to the display 5 to be displayed.
Each card swiping area is also provided with a pump button which is pressed by the delivery personnel when using the concrete vehicle delivered with the pump and transmits the pumping information to the controller 2.
The commodity concrete transport vehicle management system further comprises a router 6, the router 6 is electrically connected with the switch 3, and the router 6 is used for enabling workers to check the transport information and the license plate number information of concrete at any position of networking in real time.
In this embodiment, the shipping information includes shipping units, card numbers, shipping times, and shipping quantities. The delivery amount is 8 cubic meters by default. When the delivery site has a weighbridge weighing system, the weighbridge weighing system may weigh the actual concrete delivery volume of the delivery concrete vehicle and transmit the delivery volume information to the server 4 through the switch 3 and display on the display 5.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a commercial concrete delivery vehicle management method, which comprises the following steps:
1) the concrete delivery vehicle 8 enters a construction site and stops in a designated area, a delivery person holds an RFID card and swipes the card on a card reader of the card swiping panel 1 corresponding to the concrete label, the card reader reads delivery information on the RFID card, and when the concrete delivery vehicle with a pump is used, the delivery person presses a pumping button and transmits the pumping information to the controller 2; meanwhile, the high-definition snapshot system 7 automatically captures the license plate number information of the concrete conveying vehicle 8; the delivery information includes delivery unit, card number, delivery time and delivery quantity; the delivery amount is defaulted to 8 cubic meters, and the actual concrete delivery amount of a concrete delivery vehicle can also be weighed in real time by using a field weighbridge weighing system;
2) the controller 2 receives the delivery information output by the card swiping panel 1;
3) the switch 3 receives the conveying information output by the controller 2 and the license plate number information output by the high-definition snapshot system 7;
4) the server 4 receives the conveying information and the license plate number information output by the exchanger 3 and transmits the conveying information and the license plate number information to the display 5 for display;
5) the router 6 is electrically connected with the switch 3, and the conveying information and the license plate number information of the concrete are checked in real time at any position of the networking.
