一种光源方式为直下式电视机,包括背板、发光源和导光介质,所述发光源固定于背板上,所述导光介质放置于发光源的表面,通过背板或其它机构进行固定,再加以其他的辅助光学材料,完成整个背光源的架构。该直下式背光源的发明解决了混光距离小导致的电视机灯影,四边亮边,画面色差等问题,从而提高产品的品质与竞争力,解决了以前产品的画面效果一致性差,设计验证周期长,成本高等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶电视机技术领域,具体涉及一种光源方式为直下式电视机。
背景技术
LED背光源是平板电视机的重要配件,背光源中光源混光距离等于或小于20mm的机型中对LED的发光角度、透镜的发光角度及其他设计提高了难度,此外随着混光距离越小则难度越大,增加的光学成本也就越大。随着电视机演化的趋势所需,直下式背光源的电视机比例越大越大,且若混光距离小于10mm的画面效果得以解决,直下式背光源的电视机将可完全取代侧入式背光源电视机。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种光源为直下式的电视机背光源,解决了传统20mm以下背光源电视机画面灯影亮边色差等问题,同时降低了成本。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种光源方式为直下式电视机,包括背板、发光源和导光介质,所述发光源固定于背板上,所述导光介质放置于发光源的表面,通过背板或转接支架等进行固定,再加以其他的辅助光学材料,完成整个背光源的架构。
发光源光线从发光源表面发出,进入导光介质中,导光介质将光线扩散形成较均匀的光线从导光介质表面发出,经过混光距离后在显示画面上形成画面亮度均匀,品味较佳的效果。发光源的发光角度尽可能的大,且光线均匀;导光介质的扩散处理效果尽可能将光线离散,发光源的间距与导光介质的位置间距需要满足画面效果。
本发明是结构的改变来完成的,辅助光学材料可以为普通的电视机背光源示意的材料。
所述发光源是不带透镜的LED发光源,所述LED发光源为顶发光。
所述导光介质是纳米级扩散板/导光板,也可以是加工带有印网点的扩散板/导光板等。
所述导光介质置于LED发光源的发光面上。
本发明的有益效果是:该直下式背光源的发明解决了混光距离小导致的电视机灯影,四边亮边,画面色差等问题,从而提高产品的品质与竞争力,解决了以前产品的画面效果一致性差,设计验证周期长,成本高等问题。

实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种光源方式为直下式电视机,包括背板1、发光源2和导光介质3,发光源2固定于背板1上,导光介质3放置于发光源2的表面,通过背板1或其它机构进行固定,再加以其他的辅助光学材料,完成整个背光源的架构。发光源是2不带透镜的LED发光源,LED发光源为顶发光。导光介质3是纳米级扩散板/导光板,导光介质3置于LED发光源的发光面上。
实施例2
如图1-3所示,一种光源为直下式的电视机背光源,包括背板1、发光源2和导光介质3,发光源2固定于背板1上,导光介质3放置于发光源2的表面,通过背板1或其它机构进行固定,再加以其他的辅助光学材料,完成整个背光源的架构。发光源2是LED发光源,LED发光源为顶发光。导光介质3是加工带有印网点的扩散板/导光板,导光介质3置于LED发光源的发光面上。

1.一种光源方式为直下式电视机,其特征在于:包括背板、发光源和导光介质,所述发光源固定于背板上,所述导光介质放置于发光源的表面,通过背板或转接支架进行固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源方式为直下式电视机,其特征在于:所述发光源是不带透镜的LED发光源。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种光源方式为直下式电视机,其特征在于:所述LED发光源为顶发光或侧发光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源方式为直下式电视机,其特征在于:所述的导光介质是纳米级扩散板/导光板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源方式为直下式电视机,其特征在于:所述的导光介质是加工带有印网点的扩散板/导光板。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种光源方式为直下式电视机,其特征在于:所述导光介质置于LED发光源的发光面上。
