Abstract
本发明公开了一种液力变速器用线束检验装置,包括电路板,电路板上安装有TCM插座、TCU插座、VIM插座、换挡器插座、缓速器插座、can插座、缓温插座、电控阀插座、泵轮速度插座、涡轮速度插座、输出速度插座,每个插座上均连接一组导线,所有导线相互拼接呈排线,所有插座的另一端与待检线束相应的插头端相连,排线与专用线束检测仪相连。该装置具有检测速度快、操作性和使用性强、通用性高等优点,能适用于不同的液力变速器用线束的检验,而且能测量线束的绝缘电压和短路或断路电流等参数,相较于传统的人工检测,能大幅降低人工劳动强度,并提高检测精确度和检测效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及电路检测技术领域,具体涉及一种液力变速器用线束检验装置。
背景技术
一般检验线束的方法都是直接用数字万用表检测线束中导线的导通,这种方法的优点是简单易用,缺点是工作量大,费时且容易出错,而且不能检测线束的绝缘电压和短路或断路电流等参数。随着液力变速器用线束种类的多样化和批产化,线束检测的工作量会越来越大,检测的内容也越来越多,单靠人工用万用表检测远远不能满足要求,即人工采用万用表检测时存在速度慢、效率低、工作量大、劳动强度大、容易出错,还不能检测线束的绝缘电压和短路或断路电流等参数,所以急需一种能解决上述问题的线束检测装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明旨在提供一种液力变速器用线束检验装置,以解决传统液力变速器线束采用人工手动检测时所存在的速度慢、效率低、工作量大、劳动强度大、容易出错等问题,且还能检测线束的绝缘电压和短路或断路电流等参数。
本发明是通过如下技术方案予以实现的:
一种液力变速器用线束检验装置,包括电路板,电路板上安装有TCM插座、TCU插座、VIM插座、换挡器插座、缓速器插座、can插座、缓温插座、电控阀插座、泵轮速度插座、涡轮速度插座、输出速度插座,每个插座上均连接一组导线,所有导线相互拼接呈排线,所有插座的另一端与待检线束相应的插头相连,排线与专用线束检测仪相连。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的液力变速器用线束检验装置,其具有检测速度快、操作性和使用性强、通用性高等优点,能适用于不同的液力变速器用线束的检验,而且能测量线束的绝缘电压和短路或断路电流等参数,相较于传统的人工检测,本发明能大幅降低人工劳动强度,并提高检测精确度和检测效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明,但所要求的保护范围并不局限于所述;
如图1所示,本发明提供的液力变速器用线束检验装置,包括电路板2,电路板2上安装有TCM插座3、TCU插座4、VIM插座5、换挡器插座6、缓速器插座7、can插座8、缓温插座9、电控阀插座10、泵轮速度插座11、涡轮速度插座12、输出速度插座13,每个插座上均连接一组导线,所有导线相互拼接呈排线1,所有插座的另一端与待检线束15相应的插头端相连,排线1与专用线束检测仪16相连。
使用时,某型号液力变速器用线束的检验:首先把待检线束15的TCM插头、VIM插头、换挡器插头、CAN插头、缓速器电磁阀插头、缓速器使能插头、缓温插头、电控阀插头、涡轮速度插头、泵轮速度插头、输出速度插头与电路板2上对应的接插件的插座端可靠的连接起来,然后把检测装置上的4组测试排线1按标识分别接入专用线束检测仪16的4组检测通道中,这时专用线束检测仪16中的待检线束15号码与液力变速器用线束中的每根导线的线号一一对应,因此待检线束15中每根导线的通断情况,绝缘电压、短断路电流等参数就可以通过专用线束检测仪16方便快捷的检测出来,若待检线束15中还还有其他线束时,将其与电路板2上的其他插座14相连即可。

1.一种液力变速器用线束检验装置,其特征在于:包括电路板(2),电路板(2)上安装有TCM插座(3)、TCU插座(4)、VIM插座(5)、换挡器插座(6)、缓速器插座(7)、can插座(8)、缓温插座(9)、电控阀插座(10)、泵轮速度插座(11)、涡轮速度插座(12)、输出速度插座(13),每个插座上均连接一组导线,所有导线相互拼接呈排线(1),所有插座的另一端与待检线束(15)相应的插头端相连,排线(1)与专用线束检测仪(16)相连。
