本发明公开了一种可传递扭矩的柔性杆,包括若干个铰接杆元,所述铰接杆元一端设有凹槽,另一端延伸有凸台,相邻的铰接杆元中,一个铰接杆元的凸台插入到另一个铰接杆元的凹槽内,凸台通过销轴固定在凹槽内。本发明的一种可传递扭矩的柔性杆,通过若干个铰接杆元铰接形成柔性杆,可以传递扭矩,使得工作件在细长管零件内旋转,便于细长管零件的清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可传递扭矩的柔性杆,适用于细长管类零件的导通和内壁清洗。
背景技术
目前,为提高空间利用率,细长管类零件的端口大多放置于狭小的空间中,由于长径比较大,细长的直杆无法伸入细长管类零件且运输麻烦,普通的柔性杆件无法施加扭矩。导致油田采油管、输油管等细长管类零件的导通和内壁清洗工作十分困难,迫切需要发明一种可传递扭矩、便于小空间操作和运输的柔性杆。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种可传递扭矩的柔性杆,通过若干个铰接杆元铰接形成柔性杆,可以传递扭矩,使得工作件在细长管零件内旋转,便于细长管零件的导通与清洗。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种可传递扭矩的柔性杆,包括若干个具有良好刚性的铰接杆元,所述铰接杆元一端设有凹槽,另一端延伸有凸台,相邻的铰接杆元中,一个铰接杆元的凸台插入到另一个铰接杆元的凹槽内,凸台通过销轴固定在凹槽内。
作为优选,所述铰接杆元以刚性杆为主,至少是能够承受一定扭矩和挤压力的良好刚性杆。
作为优选,所述铰接杆元的长度大于柔性杆工作零件的内孔直径,内孔直径通常介于10-1000mm之间,铰接杆元的长度与柔性杆工作零件的内孔直径之比大于50。
作为优选,所述铰接杆元的长度大于内孔与铰链杆元间直径差值的1.5倍,防止铰接杆元在旋转推送过程中与内孔轴线之间发生大角度倾斜,影响扭矩传递效果。
作为优选,所述若干个具有良好刚性的铰接杆元中,位于柔性杆两端的铰接杆元分别与手柄和工作件连接。所述工作件有导通件和清洗件。
有益效果:本发明的可传递扭矩的柔性杆,通过若干个铰接杆元铰接而成,可以传递扭矩,完成细长管内壁的清洗,由于狭小的空间中铰接单元可以一边安装一边伸入到管道中,在狭小的空间中也可以完成内壁的清洗与疏通,使用方便;而且由于柔性杆通过若干个铰接单元现场安装,铰接单元便于运输。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种可传递扭矩的柔性杆,包括若干个铰接杆元2,所述铰接杆元2一端设有凹槽,另一端延伸有凸台,相邻的铰接杆元中,一个铰接杆元2的凸台插入到另一个铰接杆元2的凹槽内,凸台通过销轴固定在凹槽内,柔性杆两端的铰接杆元2分别与手柄1和工作件3连接,图3为一种工作件3的结构示意图。
在发明中,所述铰接杆元2的长度大于柔性杆工作零件的内孔直径,柔性杆工作零件为细长管类零件,优选为铰接杆元2的长度大于内孔与铰链杆元2间直径差值的1.5倍。
本发明所述可传递扭矩柔性杆头部可连接导通件和清洗件,适用于小空间内细长管类零件的导通和清洗。其具体工作方法如下:本发明可传递扭矩的柔性杆能够自由收缩且运输方便,在进行细长管类零件的导通和清洗时,可以将柔性杆铰链杆元2分节伸入细长管4类零件内孔,并施加扭矩和轴向推力,进行细长管类零件的导通和内壁清洗。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可传递扭矩的柔性杆,其特征在于:包括若干个具有良好刚性的铰接杆元,所述铰接杆元一端设有凹槽,另一端延伸有凸台,相邻的铰接杆元中,一个铰接杆元的凸台插入到另一个铰接杆元的凹槽内,凸台通过销轴固定在凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可传递扭矩的柔性杆,其特征在于:所述铰接杆元的长度大于柔性杆工作零件的内孔直径,内孔直径介于10-1000mm之间,铰接杆元的长度与柔性杆工作零件的内孔直径之比大于50。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可传递扭矩的柔性杆,其特征在于:所述铰接杆元的长度大于内孔与铰链杆元间直径差值的1.5倍。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可传递扭矩的柔性杆,其特征在于:所述若干个具有良好刚性的铰接杆元中,位于柔性杆两端的铰接杆元分别与手柄和工作件连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可传递扭矩的柔性杆,其特征在于:所述工作件有导通件和清洗件。
