本发明涉及一种多轮式电动卷帘门，包括门片、滑轨门框、滑轮、端座、卷轴和电机，其特征在于，所述的门片一面设有门片扣，另一面设有门片槽，一门片扣串在另一片门片的板槽内叠加而成卷帘门，每片门片的门片槽端面安装滑轮，并用铆钉固定，所述的滑轨门框设有滑轮槽放置滑轮上下滑动，滑轨门框顶上安装卷轴，所述的卷轴两端安装轴承座，并固定在墙壁上，卷轴连接电机，门片上端连接固定于卷轴。本发明的优点是结构简单，静音，抗风，安全性好，拆装使用方便。

技术领域
本发明属于卷帘门领域，尤其是一种多轮式电动卷帘门。
背景技术
传统卷帘门，在开或关门运行中，门片与滑轨产生摩擦造成杂音大，使用时间长了门片会磨损及走位，卡导轨口等现象；卷帘门片两端没有防风勾，抗风力差，易松动脱离导轨。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、静音、抗风、安全性好、使用方便的多轮式电动卷帘门。
为达到上述的目的所采取的技术解决方案如下：
1、一种多轮式电动卷帘门，包括门片、滑轨门框、滑轮、端座、卷轴和电机，其特征在于，所述的门片一面设有门片扣，另一面设有门片槽，一门片扣串在另一片门片的板槽内叠加而成卷帘门，每片门片的门片槽端面安装滑轮，并用铆钉固定，所述的滑轨门框设有滑轮槽放置滑轮上下滑动，滑轨门框顶上安装卷轴，所述的卷轴两端安装轴承座，并固定在墙壁上，卷轴连接电机，门片上端连接固定于卷轴。
2、如技术方案1所述的多轮式电动卷帘门，其中，所述的滑轮的卡座上设有挡板和铆钉孔，挡板挡住门片的门片扣防止滑动，滑轮的转轴连接卡座。
本发明的优点是结构简单，静音，抗风，安全性好，造价低，拆装使用方便。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步描述：
参照图1至图5所示，一种多轮式电动卷帘门，包括门片、滑轨门框、滑轮、端座、卷轴和电机，其中，所述的门片1一面设有门片扣8，另一面设有门片槽9，一门片扣8串在另一片门片1的板槽9内叠加而成卷帘门，每片门片1的门片槽9端面安装滑轮6，并用铆钉7固定，所述的滑轨门框2设有滑轮槽14放置滑轮6上下滑动，滑轨门框2顶上安装卷轴3，所述的卷轴3两端安装轴承座5，并固定在墙壁上，卷轴3连接电机4，门片1上端连接固定于卷轴3。
所述的滑轮6的卡座10上设有挡板13和铆钉孔11，挡板13挡住门片1的门片扣8防止滑动，滑轮6的转轴12连接卡座10。
工作原理：当打开控制器上或下键，电机4工作，卷轴3带动门片1转动，转动过程让滑轮6在滑轮槽14上下走动减少摩擦，达到静音和耐用的目的。

1.一种多轮式电动卷帘门，包括门片、滑轨门框、滑轮、端座、卷轴和电机，其特征在于，所述的门片（1）一面设有门片扣（8），另一面设有门片槽（9），一门片扣（8）串在另一片门片（1）的板槽（9）内叠加而成卷帘门，每片门片（1）的门片槽（9）端面安装滑轮（6），并用铆钉（7）固定，所述的滑轨门框（2）设有滑轮槽（14）放置滑轮（6）上下滑动，滑轨门框（2）顶上安装卷轴（3），所述的卷轴（3）两端安装轴承座（5），并固定在墙壁上，卷轴（3）连接电机（4），门片（1）上端连接固定于卷轴（3）。
2.如权利要求1所述的多轮式电动卷帘门，其特征在于，所述的滑轮（6）的卡座（10）上设有挡板（13）和铆钉孔（11），挡板（13）挡住门片（1）的门片扣（8）防止滑动，滑轮（6）的转轴（12）连接卡座（10）。
