本发明涉及建筑技术领域，尤其是一种用于活动板房房顶的防水构件。
背景技术
活动板房是一种以轻钢为骨架，以夹芯板为围护材料，以标准模数系列进行空间整合，构件采用螺栓连接，全新概念的环保经济型活动板房屋，现己广泛运用于建筑工地、灾区临时居住用房、工厂厂房和仓库等地；活动板房由于较注重装配快速、拆卸简便，在板房整体防水方面上存在缺陷，活动板房在雨天存在屋顶漏雨的问题，给人们的生产和生活带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活动板房的防水构件，它可以解决活动板房房顶雨天漏雨的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
这种活动板房的防水构件，包括安装在活动板房顶部的顶板，所述顶板上设有防水脊板，所述防水脊板通过螺栓与所述顶板连接，所述防水脊板与所述顶板之间设有防水密封条；所述防水脊板上设有供所述螺栓头部安装的沉头凹槽，所述沉头凹槽内填充有防水胶。
以上技术方案中，更进一步的方案可以是：所述防水脊板与所述顶板的接触处设有凹槽，所述防水密封条设置在所述凹槽中。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明通过在活动板房屋脊上安装防水板，并在防水板与房顶面板之间设置防水密封条，堵住了雨水渗漏的通道，防水效果显著；
2、本发明通过螺栓组件将防水板与房顶面板紧固，并在螺栓凹槽处用防水胶密封，使防水结构更加稳固。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述：
这种活动板房的防水构件，如图1所示，包括安装在活动板房顶部的顶板1，顶板1通过支架（未画出）支撑，顶板1上铺设有防水脊板4，防水脊板4为折弯板，其折弯角度与两块顶板1搭接的角度相同，防水脊板4通过螺栓7固定在顶板1上；防水脊板4的上端面设有供螺栓7头部安装的沉头凹槽3，螺栓7拧紧后，在沉头凹槽3中填充防水胶5，防止水从螺栓7的螺栓通孔流入活动板房内；防水脊板4下端面位于螺栓7的外侧设有凹槽6，凹槽6中安装有防水密封条2，凹槽6的槽深小于防水密封条2的厚度，使防水密封条2被紧压在防水脊板4和顶板1之间，防止顶板1上的水渗入防水脊板4和顶板1之间的缝隙落入活动板房中；防水脊板4上，沉头凹槽3内填充有防水胶5。

1.一种活动板房的防水构件，包括安装在活动板房顶部的顶板（1），其特征在于：所述顶板（1）上设有防水脊板（4），所述防水脊板（4）通过螺栓（7）与所述顶板（1）连接，所述防水脊板（4）与所述顶板（1）之间设有防水密封条（2）；所述防水脊板（4）上设有供所述螺栓（7）头部安装的沉头凹槽（3），所述沉头凹槽（3）内填充有防水胶（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活动板房的防水构件，其特征在于：所述防水脊板（4）与所述顶板（1）的接触处设有凹槽（6），所述防水密封条（2）设置在所述凹槽（6）中。
