本发明属于建筑墙体技术领域,特别涉及一种轻钢墙体。暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体,所述墙体从外到内依次设置有:砌体围护墙体、外墙板、轻钢龙骨以及内墙板;在所述砌体围护墙体与所述外墙板之间设置有透气层以及保温层;在所述保温层与所述透气层的相对面上敷有防水透气膜;所述轻钢龙骨与所述砌体围护墙体之间设置有拉结筋;所述轻钢龙骨与所述外墙板之间采用自攻螺钉连接;所述保温层与所述外墙板粘结;所述轻钢龙骨处内嵌有电管,在所述轻钢龙骨和所述内墙板上预留有手动报警按钮的安装口,在所述轻钢龙骨相邻的骨架之间设置有扁钢,所述手动报警按钮通过铆钉安装在所述扁钢上。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑墙体技术领域,特别涉及一种轻钢墙体。
背景技术
集成建筑包括三个层次,分别为(1)初级层次:又称之为现场“绑棍建筑”,即在房屋制造工厂制造“一根根”建筑构件,运到施工现场,然后把“一根根”建筑构件钉到一起,再固定上建筑围护体系,就构成完整的建筑物。有所区别的是,当今中国是“一块块”的砌砖、抹灰、刷涂料来盖房子;(2)第二层次:又称之为2D模块化建筑,即在房屋制造工厂把“一根根”建筑构件钉到一起,再固定上建筑围护体系,构成“一面面”的墙面、楼面和屋面等二维(2D)建筑系统。然后把这些二维(2D)的墙面、楼面和屋面系统运送到施工现场,再吊装组成完整的建筑物。(3)最高层次:又称之为3D模块化建筑,即在房屋制造工厂把“一面面”的墙面、楼面和屋面等二维(2D)建筑系统固定到一起,形成三维(3D)建筑系统。然后把这些三维(3D)建筑系统运送到施工现场,再吊装组成完整的建筑物。
墙体是三维(3D)建筑系统的重要组成部分,起着承受载荷,围护,分隔房间,保温,隔热,隔音的作用,现有技术中未检索到暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体。
本发明的技术方案是:暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体,所述墙体从外到内依次设置有:砌体围护墙体、外墙板、轻钢龙骨以及内墙板;
在所述砌体围护墙体与所述外墙板之间设置有透气层以及保温层;在所述保温层与所述透气层的相对面上敷有防水透气膜;
所述轻钢龙骨与所述砌体围护墙体之间设置有拉结筋;所述轻钢龙骨与所述外墙板之间采用自攻螺钉连接;所述保温层与所述外墙板粘结;
所述轻钢龙骨处内嵌有电管,在所述轻钢龙骨和所述内墙板上预留有接线盒和手动报警按钮的安装口,在所述轻钢龙骨相邻的骨架之间设置有扁钢,所述接线盒通过铆钉安装在所述扁钢上,且所述电管穿过接线盒;所述手动报警按钮安装在接线盒上,并通过电管接入电源。
进一步的,所述保温层手动报警按钮的材料为岩棉板,且厚度为30-50mm。
进一步的,所述轻钢龙骨手动报警按钮中内嵌保温材料。
进一步的,所述轻钢龙骨手动报警按钮中内嵌的保温材料为玻璃丝棉。
有益效果:
(1)本发明最大限度的利用了轻钢结构墙体的特点,采用铆钉固定的方式,并借助扁钢协助固定。安装方便,操作简单,不会损伤钢结构墙体的龙骨,解决了手动报警按钮暗装时的固定难点。
(2)本发明还具有耐候性好,避免出现冷桥现象的优点;在砌体围护墙体与外墙板间设置透气层,达到排湿透气,防止轻钢龙骨锈蚀;轻钢龙骨与砌体围护墙体之间设拉结筋,轻钢龙骨与外墙板采用自攻螺钉连接,保温及防水与外墙板粘结,形成外墙保温体系,使整个墙体成为一个整体,同时整个墙体为轻钢龙骨结构承重,具有优良的抗震性能,保证结构安全。

下面结合附图并举实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
参见附图1和附图2,暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体,所述墙体从外到内依次设置有:砌体围护墙体1、外墙板4、轻钢龙骨6以及内墙板5;
在所述砌体围护墙体1与所述外墙板4之间设置有透气层2以及保温层3;在所述保温层3与所述透气层2的相对面上敷有防水透气膜;
所述轻钢龙骨6与所述砌体围护墙体1之间设置有拉结筋;所述轻钢龙骨6与所述外墙板4之间采用自攻螺钉连接;所述保温层3与所述外墙板4粘结;
所述轻钢龙骨6处内嵌有电管10,在所述轻钢龙骨6和所述内墙板5上预留有接线盒7和手动报警按钮8的安装口,在所述轻钢龙骨6相邻的骨架之间设置有扁钢9,所述接线盒7通过铆钉11安装在所述扁钢9上,且所述电管10穿过接线盒7;所述手动报警按钮8安装在接线盒7上,并通过电管10接入电源。
进一步的,所述保温层3的材料为岩棉板,且厚度为30-50mm。
进一步的,所述轻钢龙骨6中内嵌保温材料。
进一步的,所述轻钢龙骨6中内嵌的保温材料为玻璃丝棉。

1.暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体,其特征是:所述墙体从外到内依次设置有:砌体围护墙体(1)、外墙板(4)、轻钢龙骨(6)以及内墙板(5);
在所述砌体围护墙体(1)与所述外墙板(4)之间设置有透气层(2)以及保温层(3);在所述保温层(3)与所述透气层(2)的相对面上敷有防水透气膜;
所述轻钢龙骨(6)与所述砌体围护墙体(1)之间设置有拉结筋;所述轻钢龙骨(6)与所述外墙板(4)之间采用自攻螺钉连接;所述保温层(3)与所述外墙板(4)粘结;
所述轻钢龙骨(6)处内嵌有电管(10),在所述轻钢龙骨(6)和所述内墙板(5)上预留有接线盒(7)和手动报警按钮(8)的安装口,在所述轻钢龙骨(6)相邻的骨架之间设置有扁钢(9),所述接线盒(7)通过铆钉(11)安装在所述扁钢(9)上,且所述电管(10)穿过接线盒(7);所述手动报警按钮(8)安装在接线盒(7)上,并通过电管(10)接入电源。
2.如权利要求1所述的暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体,其特征是:所述保温层(3)的材料为岩棉板,且厚度为30-50mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体,其特征是:所述轻钢龙骨(6)中内嵌保温材料。
4.如权利要求2所述的暗装有手动报警按钮的轻钢墙体,其特征是:所述轻钢龙骨(6)中内嵌的保温材料为玻璃丝棉。
