技术领域
本发明涉及缓蚀剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种油溶性缓蚀剂。
背景技术
以前人们为防止金属腐蚀、生锈,常将动植物油、矿物油、润滑油等直接涂布在金属表面上,这些油脂对金属稳定,不会腐蚀金属,它们具有一定的隔离空气中水、氧气的能力,但是阻止水、氧气向金属表面迁移的能力有限。因此为了提高油膜的防锈能力,常加入少量能够显著提高油膜保护金属抵御大气腐蚀能力的物质,这些物质必须能够和油膜很好地混溶,即具有较强的油溶性,故称为油溶性缓蚀剂。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种缓蚀效果好、成膜性能好、不溶解性和分散性强,成本低廉、使用方便的油溶性缓蚀剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种油溶性缓蚀剂,包含以下质量份数的原料:
脂肪四氢吡啶8-11份,异丙苯6-9份,咪唑啉5-7份,羟基乙叉二磷酸3-4份,三乙醇胺5-9份,琉基苯并噻唑9-12份,苯并三唑3-5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-7份,石蜡3-6份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2-3份,磷酸酯7-10份。
进一步,上述的油溶性缓蚀剂,包含以下质量份数的原料:
脂肪四氢吡啶10份,异丙苯8份,咪唑啉6份,羟基乙叉二磷酸3.6份,三乙醇胺7份,琉基苯并噻唑10份,苯并三唑4份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6份,石蜡4份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2.5份,磷酸酯8份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于:本发明缓蚀效果好、成膜性能好、不溶解性和分散性强,成本低廉、使用方便。

脂肪四氢吡啶11份,异丙苯9份,咪唑啉7份,羟基乙叉二磷酸4份,三乙醇胺9份,琉基苯并噻唑12份,苯并三唑5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠7份,石蜡6份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份,磷酸酯10份。
