The layering unit is used for layering the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image according to the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image and a preset printing height to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional sub-images;
and the overlapping printing unit is used for overlapping and printing a plurality of two-dimensional subimages at the preset position of the printing substrate corresponding to the product in a three-dimensional printing mode to obtain the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height.
After the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height is printed, the printing height, the material type of a printing substrate and the anti-counterfeiting information of a product are stored through the following storage module.
And the storage module is used for correspondingly storing the printing height, the material type of the printing substrate and the anti-counterfeiting information of the product in the corresponding relation of the printing height, the material type and the anti-counterfeiting information.
After the product is on the market, the genuine manufacturer can randomly check the product sold on the market, and determine whether the counterfeit product exists in the product sold on the market through the following true and false determination module.
The authenticity determining module is used for scanning the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code corresponding to the product through microscopic three-dimensional scanning equipment; acquiring anti-counterfeiting information from the scanned anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code, measuring the printing height corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code, and acquiring the material type of a printing substrate corresponding to a product; and inquiring the corresponding relation among the printing height, the material type and the anti-counterfeiting information according to the measured printing height, the acquired anti-counterfeiting information and the material type, and determining the authenticity of the product.
In the embodiment of the invention, the printing height is selected from a preset height range; generating a three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image according to the printing height and the anti-counterfeiting information of the product; and printing on a printing substrate corresponding to the product in a three-dimensional printing mode according to the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image and the preset printing height to obtain the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height. According to the invention, the printing height is increased when the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code is printed, so that the finally printed anti-counterfeiting code is the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting code, and the printing height of the generated three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting code is very difficult to measure, so that the reproducibility of the anti-counterfeiting code is reduced, and malicious merchants are difficult to print the anti-counterfeiting code with the same printing height as that of genuine manufacturers, so that the accuracy of identifying the authenticity of the product through the height information of the anti-counterfeiting code is improved, and the genuine manufacturers can also identify the malicious merchants imitating the product through the printing height and pursue the blame of the malicious merchants.
The printing device of the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height provided by the embodiment of the invention can be specific hardware on equipment or software or firmware installed on the equipment and the like. It will be clear to those skilled in the art that for convenience and brevity of description, the specific operations of the systems, devices and units described above may all refer to corresponding processes in the embodiments of the devices described above.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method and apparatus may be implemented in other ways. Claims (10)
1. A printing method of an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with printing height is characterized by comprising the following steps:
selecting a printing height from a preset height range;
generating a three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image according to the printing height and the anti-counterfeiting information of the product;
and printing on a printing substrate corresponding to the product in a three-dimensional printing mode according to the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image and a preset printing height to obtain an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting the printing height from a range of preset heights comprises:
randomly selecting a height value from a preset height range as a printing height; or,
according to the material type of the printing substrate, determining a height range corresponding to the material type from a preset height range, and randomly selecting a height value from the determined height range as the printing height.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of printing on the printed substrate corresponding to the product in a three-dimensional printing mode according to the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image and the preset printing height to obtain the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height comprises the following steps:
layering the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image according to the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image and a preset printing height to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional sub-images;
and printing the plurality of two-dimensional subimages in an overlapping manner at a preset position of a printing substrate corresponding to the product in a three-dimensional printing manner to obtain the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the printing is performed on the printed substrate corresponding to the product in a three-dimensional printing manner to obtain the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height, the method further comprises:
and correspondingly storing the printing height, the material type of the printing substrate and the anti-counterfeiting information of the product in the corresponding relation of the printing height, the material type and the anti-counterfeiting information.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
scanning the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code corresponding to the product through microscopic three-dimensional scanning equipment;
acquiring anti-counterfeiting information from the scanned anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code, measuring the printing height corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code, and acquiring the material type of a printing substrate corresponding to the product;
and inquiring the corresponding relation among the printing height, the material type and the anti-counterfeiting information according to the measured printing height, the acquired anti-counterfeiting information and the material type, and determining the authenticity of the product.
6. A printing apparatus for an anti-counterfeit two-dimensional code having a printing height, the apparatus comprising:
the selection module is used for selecting the printing height from the preset height range;
the generating module is used for generating a three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image according to the printing height and the anti-counterfeiting information of the product;
and the printing module is used for printing on a printing substrate corresponding to the product in a three-dimensional printing mode according to the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image and a preset printing height to obtain an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the selection module comprises:
a first selecting unit for randomly selecting a height value from a preset height range as a printing height; or,
and the second selection unit is used for determining a height range corresponding to the material type from a preset height range according to the material type of the printed substrate, and randomly selecting a height value from the determined height range as the printing height.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the printing module comprises:
the layering unit is used for layering the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image according to the three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting image and a preset printing height to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional sub-images;
and the overlapping printing unit is used for overlapping and printing the plurality of two-dimensional sub-images at the preset position of the printing substrate corresponding to the product in a three-dimensional printing mode to obtain the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code with the printing height.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the storage module is used for correspondingly storing the printing height, the material type of the printing substrate and the anti-counterfeiting information of the product in the corresponding relation among the printing height, the material type and the anti-counterfeiting information.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the authenticity determining module is used for scanning the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code corresponding to the product through microscopic three-dimensional scanning equipment; acquiring anti-counterfeiting information from the scanned anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code, measuring the printing height corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code, and acquiring the material type of a printing substrate corresponding to the product; and inquiring the corresponding relation among the printing height, the material type and the anti-counterfeiting information according to the measured printing height, the acquired anti-counterfeiting information and the material type, and determining the authenticity of the product.
