Abstract
本发明涉及一种正反交错提花吸水、导水面料,包括基布,基布的正反两面均设有提花层,提花层包括若干个提花区域和非提花区域,所述提花区域和非提花区域均呈块状且交错排列,所述基布由织物制成,所述织物为涤棉交织物,由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成,涤轮纱处在织物的正面,锦纶纱处在织物的背面。正反交错提花吸水、导水面料的正反面均设置交错分布的提花区域和非提花区域,增强了面料的层次感。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种制作服装、玩具的面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
提花面料手感柔软舒适,透气性能好,颇受人们的喜爱。现有的提花面料多为单面提花或双面提花,层次感不强。且不具有吸水、导水功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种层次感强的正反交错提花吸水、导水面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种正反交错提花吸水、导水面料,包括基布,所述基布的正反两面均设有提花层,所述提花层包括若干个提花区域和非提花区域,所述提花区域呈块状,所述提花区域和非提花区域交错排列,位于正反两面的提花区域和非提花区域交错对称分布,所述基布由织物制成,所述织物为涤棉交织物,由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成,涤轮纱处在织物的正面,锦纶纱处在织物的背面。织物下设置抗紫外线层,抗紫外线层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱为棉纱或涤纶纱,所述经纱或纬纱的表面涂覆有可抗紫外线的保护层,所述织物层外围包覆有PU材料制成的具有弹性的涂层。保护层为二氧化钛层。抗紫外线层的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、正反交错提花吸水、导水面料的正反面均设置交错分布的提花区域和非提花区域,增强了面料的层次感。
2、本发明因细旦锦纶的芯吸效应使织物背面具有很强的吸水、导水作用,与织物正面的细旦高吸水涤纶纱相互配合而达到较强的吸湿排汗目的。

参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种正反交错提花吸水、导水面料,包括基布1,所述基布1的正反两面均设有提花层2。所述提花层2包括若干个提花区域21和非提花区域22,所述提花区域21和非提花区域22均呈块状且交错排列。位于正反两面的提花区域21和非提花区域22交错对称分布。
所述基布1由织物制成,所述织物为涤棉交织物,由涤纶纱和锦纶纱组成,涤轮纱处在织物的正面,锦纶纱处在织物的背面。织物下设置抗紫外线层,抗紫外线层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱为棉纱或涤纶纱,所述经纱或纬纱的表面涂覆有可抗紫外线的保护层,所述织物层外围包覆有PU材料制成的具有弹性的涂层。保护层为二氧化钛层。抗紫外线层的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
