本发明是一种精密钢球淬火烧成板,其特征在于:该淬火烧成板分为上、中、下三层的合成结构,在淬火烧成板中设置匹配钢球的放置槽,放置槽在淬火烧成板中按照淬火烧成板的面积设置对称的2排放置槽,在淬火烧成板的上部设置多条反热集中坡,所述的反热集中坡呈梯形,所述的反热集中坡设置在放置槽的外侧和内侧;共设置3条,所述的放置槽周边的淬火烧成板上设置一周内聚热槽,所述的内聚热槽呈内弧形,所述的内聚热槽设置为12个。本发明的有益效果:由于采用在本发明采用不同受温度均匀,受热力度精确,受热范围充分的烧结板分级淬火,使淬火体温效率果好,硬度均匀性好,且热处理时不会出现裂纹,提高了产生的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种,尤其是涉及一种精密钢球淬火烧成板。
背景技术
目前,滚动体行业得到了高速发展,高效长寿命钢球得到了国内外家各个产业的青睐。通过与世界顶级轴承行业的合作、交流和技术研究成果表明,当前客户对长寿命中小型轴承钢球的关注点主要在高速,高合套和无异音方面,从运行模式,失效机理和质量指标分析,高速精密轴承钢球依赖于高硬度均匀性、高接触疲劳强度和较低的尺寸变化率。
而现有的钢球加工方式制造的钢球的表面质量差及几何精度不高,并且达不到轴承钢球合格的硬度和强度。
通常在钢球热处理过程中,由于采用淬火炉堆料加热,这样精密钢球热传过程中钢球体容易形变,并且易产生受热不均的问题。制约着钢球精密度的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种精密钢球淬火烧成板,解决精密钢球淬火过程中提高精密度的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种精密钢球淬火烧成板,其特征在于:该淬火烧成板分为上、中、下三层的合成结构,在淬火烧成板中设置匹配钢球的放置槽,放置槽在淬火烧成板中按照淬火烧成板的面积设置对称的2排放置槽,在淬火烧成板的上部设置多条反热集中坡,所述的反热集中坡呈梯形,所述的反热集中坡设置在放置槽的外侧和内侧;共设置3条,所述的放置槽周边的淬火烧成板上设置一周内聚热槽,所述的内聚热槽呈内弧形,所述的内聚热槽设置为12个。
所述的淬火烧成板的结构包括从上至下分为下合金层、中间合成金属层以及上合金层。
所述的上、下合金层的材料为钛合金以及烧结在钛合金上的铅粉、石棉纤维、镁矿粉、菱镁矿粉的耐热材料,所述的耐热材料的质量百分比的成分为铅粉13%-20%、石棉纤维35%-45%、镁矿粉12%-20%、菱镁矿粉35%-45%,
所述的中间合成金属层质量百分比的成分为C:10.35-11.45%,Cr:11.2-12.3%,Nb:0.13-0.16%,Si:0.2-0.5%,Mn:0.5-1.0wt%。
本发明的有益效果:由于采用在本发明采用不同受温度均匀,受热力度精确,受热范围充分的烧结板分级淬火,使淬火体温效率果好,硬度均匀性好,且热处理时不会出现裂纹,提高了产生的质量。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图1、2所示,一种精密钢球淬火烧成板,其特征在于:该淬火烧成板分为上、中、下三层的合成结构,在淬火烧成板中设置匹配钢球的放置槽1,放置槽1在淬火烧成板中按照淬火烧成板的面积设置对称的2排放置槽,在淬火烧成板的上部设置多条反热集中坡2,所述的反热集中坡2呈梯形,所述的反热集中坡2设置在放置槽1的外侧和内侧;共设置3条,所述的放置槽周边的淬火烧成板上设置一周内聚热槽3,所述的内聚热槽3呈内弧形,所述的内聚热槽3设置为12个。多条反热集中坡将热能有效的集中发散至钢球的表面,使得钢球表面受热均匀不会出现裂纹,提高淬火温度,所述的放置槽1周边的内聚热槽3使得钢球表面与淬火烧成板的之间的间距减小保证了钢球的均匀受热。本发明配合钢球疏导器使用。
所述的淬火烧成板的结构包括从上至下分为下合金层4、中间合成金属层5以及上合金层6。
所述的上、下合金层4、6的材料为钛合金以及烧结在钛合金上的铅粉、石棉纤维、镁矿粉、菱镁矿粉的耐热材料,所述的耐热材料的质量百分比的成分为铅粉13%-20%、石棉纤维35%-45%、镁矿粉12%-20%、菱镁矿粉35%-45%,
所述的中间合成金属层5的质量百分比成分为C:10.35-11.45%,Cr:11.2-12.3%,Nb:0.13-0.16%,Si:0.2-0.5%,Mn:0.5-1.0wt%。
本发明的实施方法:在根据精密钢球淬火烧成板总体积的大小以及实施精密钢球的淬火的个数,实施上、下合金层制作为:配料、混合、入模、烧结、冷锻、成型。实施中间合成金属层制作为:配料、研磨、混合、熔炼、入模、热处理、成型。
所述的中间合成金属层制作为方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)配料:C:10.35-11.45%,Cr:11.2-12.3%,Nb:0.13-0.16%,Si:0.2-0.5%,Mn:0.5-1.0wt%。
2)、研磨:入配料依次投入研磨机中进行研磨,
3)、混合:研磨后的配料按比例进行混合,
4)熔炼:将配料依次投入熔炼炉中进行熔炼,炉内控制在1300-1750℃,投料40-50min后,待炉内出现金属液时,加入覆盖剂进行覆盖,调整成分后,加入精炼剂经过精炼、扒渣得到合格成分后,将金属水液从熔炼炉注入保温炉,
5)入模:金属液通过保温炉的放水孔经铝槽进入导模,铸造出所需要的铸件,铸造温度控制在1000-1220℃,铸造速度控制20-30mm/min,冷却水流量控制在1850-1950L/min;
6)热处理
对铸件进行表面处理后,进行均匀化退火处理,具体过程如下:先升温至900-1000℃下,保温1-1.5h,然后空气冷却,再每小时200-250℃升温加热至800-900℃,并保温度2-3h,空冷至室温即可。

1.一种精密钢球淬火烧成板,其特征在于:该淬火烧成板分为上、中、下三层的合成结构,在淬火烧成板中设置匹配钢球的放置槽,放置槽在淬火烧成板中按照淬火烧成板的面积设置对称的2排放置槽,在淬火烧成板的上部设置多条反热集中坡,所述的反热集中坡呈梯形,所述的反热集中坡设置在放置槽的外侧和内侧;共设置3条,所述的放置槽周边的淬火烧成板上设置一周内聚热槽,所述的内聚热槽呈内弧形,所述的内聚热槽设置为12个。
2.如权利要求1所述的精密钢球淬火烧成板,其特征在于:所述的淬火烧成板的结构包括从上至下分为下合金层、中间合成金属层以及上合金层。
3.如权利要求2所述的精密钢球淬火烧成板,其特征在于:所述的上、下合金层的材料为钛合金以及烧结在钛合金上的铅粉、石棉纤维、镁矿粉、菱镁矿粉的耐热材料,所述的耐热材料的质量百分比的成分为铅粉13%-20%、石棉纤维35%-45%、镁矿粉12%-20%、菱镁矿粉35%-45%,
