Abstract
本发明涉及一种多层拉网遮光布面料,属于纺织面料领域。它包括面料本体,所述面料本体的上表面设有拉网层、下表面设有提花层,所述拉网层设有若干个拉网片,所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面,所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物包括表面层、衬里层和连接在表面层和衬里层之间的中间层,表面层和衬里层之间通过经、纬交织构成一整体。交错叠加的拉网片和拉网片边缘镶嵌的亮丝增强了多层拉网遮光布面料的层次感。

本发明涉及一种面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一,层次感差,满足不了人们的需要。且不具有遮光和隔音效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种层次感强的多层拉网遮光布面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种多层拉网遮光布面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的上表面设有拉网层、下表面设有提花层,所述拉网层设有若干个拉网片,所述拉网片呈网状、边缘镶嵌亮丝并微卷起,拉网片相互交错叠加,并固定在面料本体上,所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面,所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物包括表面层、衬里层和连接在表面层和衬里层之间的中间层,表面层和衬里层之间通过经、纬交织构成一整体。织物下设置复合层,复合层由正层防皱层、中间抗菌层以及背层耐磨层组成。复合层的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、交错叠加的拉网片、拉网片边缘镶嵌的亮丝和提花层增强了多层拉网遮光布面料的层次感。
2、本发明手感松软,悬垂性好,做成的窗帘具有冬日隔寒、夏日隔热的功能,具有很好的私密性和隔音效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种多层拉网遮光布面料,包括面料本体1,所述面料本体1的上表面设有拉网层2、下表面设有提花层3。所述拉网层2设有若干个拉网片21。所述拉网片21呈网状、边缘镶嵌亮丝并微卷起。所述拉网片21相互交错叠加,并固定在面料本体1上。所述提花层3固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成,所述织物包括表面层、衬里层和连接在表面层和衬里层之间的中间层,表面层和衬里层之间通过经、纬交织构成一整体。织物下设置复合层,复合层由正层防皱层、中间抗菌层以及背层耐磨层组成。复合层的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。

1.一种多层拉网遮光布面料,包括面料本体,其特征在于:所述面料本体的上表面设有拉网层、下表面设有提花层,所述拉网层设有若干个拉网片,所述拉网片呈网状、边缘镶嵌亮丝并微卷起,拉网片相互交错叠加,并固定在面料本体上,所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面,所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物包括表面层、衬里层和连接在表面层和衬里层之间的中间层,表面层和衬里层之间通过经、纬交织构成一整体,织物下设置复合层,复合层由正层防皱层、中间抗菌层以及背层耐磨层组成,复合层的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
