本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。且不具有透光透气功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的带有防辐射面料层的多层拉网透光透气面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有防辐射面料层的多层拉网透光透气面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的上表面设有拉网层、下表面设有提花层，所述拉网层设有若干个拉网片，所述拉网片呈网状、边缘镶嵌亮丝并微卷起，拉网片相互交错叠加，并固定在面料本体上，所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物采用复合面料，该复合面料由底层、中间层和表层组成，底层与表面由中间层连为一体，其中，表层为网眼布。织物下设置防辐射面料层，防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布，所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成，所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30％，所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80％，所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液，所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、交错叠加的拉网片、拉网片边缘镶嵌的亮丝和提花层增强了带有防辐射面料层的多层拉网透光透气面料的层次感。
2、本发明具有透光和透气功能。

参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有防辐射面料层的多层拉网透光透气面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的上表面设有拉网层2、下表面设有提花层3。所述拉网层2设有若干个拉网片21。所述拉网片21呈网状、边缘镶嵌亮丝并微卷起。所述拉网片21相互交错叠加，并固定在面料本体1上。所述提花层3固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物采用复合面料，该复合面料由底层、中间层和表层组成，底层与表面由中间层连为一体，其中，表层为网眼布。织物下设置防辐射面料层，防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布，所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成，所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30％，所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80％，所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液，所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。

1.一种带有防辐射面料层的多层拉网透光透气面料，包括面料本体（1），其特征在于：所述面料本体（1）的上表面设有拉网层（2）、下表面设有提花层（3），所述拉网层（2）设有若干个拉网片（21），所述拉网片（21）呈网状、边缘镶嵌亮丝并微卷起，拉网片（21）相互交错叠加，并固定在面料本体（1）上，所述提花层（3）固定在面料本体（1）的下表面，所述面料本体（1）由织物制成，所述织物采用复合面料，该复合面料由底层、中间层和表层组成，底层与表面由中间层连为一体，其中，表层为网眼布，织物下设置防辐射面料层，防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布，所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成，所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30％，所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80％，所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液，所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。
