Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an air filter cleaning device that cleans an air filter with a brush.
Background
An air filter cleaning device including a brush for cleaning an air filter is known (patent document 1). As shown in the sectional view of fig. 5, the cleaning unit 31 of the air filter cleaning device disclosed in patent document 1 includes a projection 35 projecting outward from a case 34 accommodating a brush, and the projection 35 is inserted into a rack groove 37 formed in a rack 33 in a state where a pinion 36 is meshed with the rack 33 screwed to a base member 32. Fig. 5 shows a structure of one side in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning unit 31, and the structure of the other side is the same. With the above-described structure, the box 34 is restricted from moving in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the brush reciprocates.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2011-257551
However, according to the air filter cleaning device of patent document 1, since the protrusions 35 protrude outward from both the left and right sides in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning unit 31, when the cleaning unit 31 is assembled, one of the protrusions 35 must be inserted into one of the rack grooves 37 in a state where the cleaning unit 31 is obliquely offset, which not only consumes assembly time, but also may cause variation in the accuracy of adjustment of the overlapping amount of the brush and the air filter. Further, when the assembly is not performed, the sliding resistance between the protrusion 35 and the rack groove 37 becomes large, and there is a possibility that noise and abrasion are generated.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an air filter cleaning device capable of adjusting the overlapping amount of a brush and an air filter with high accuracy and shortening the assembling time.
In order to solve the above problem, an air filter cleaning device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes: an air filter; a brush for sweeping the air filter; a case in which the brush is installed and which reciprocates on the surface of the air filter together with the brush; the propelling mechanism is arranged in the box body and is used for enabling the brush and the box body to move back and forth; a support portion provided along a direction in which the case reciprocates and supporting the propulsion mechanism; and a base member provided along a direction in which the case reciprocates, the base member including a guide portion provided along the direction in which the brush reciprocates, the case or the propulsion mechanism being provided with a guide bush and a screw for attaching the guide bush to the case or the propulsion mechanism, the guide bush having a sliding contact portion which is engaged with the guide portion provided on the base member and slides with respect to the guide portion to guide the movement of the case, the guide bush being disposed between the screw and the case or between the screw and the propulsion mechanism, and the guide portion being engaged with the guide bush to restrict the movement of the case in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the brush reciprocates, the air filter cleaning device including a sliding resistance suppressing member, the sliding resistance suppressing member is a member rotatable by sliding resistance with the guide portion, for reducing sliding resistance when the guide bush is in contact with the guide portion. Therefore, the brush can be assembled only by assembling the guide bush sliding with respect to the guide portion, and therefore, not only can the overlapping amount of the brush and the air filter (the length of the portion where the brush and the air filter are in sliding contact) be adjusted with high accuracy, but also the assembly time can be shortened.
In a second aspect of the present invention, in the air filter cleaning device according to the first aspect, the support portion is a rack, and the pushing mechanism is a pinion that meshes with the rack. Therefore, the housing provided with the brush can be reliably moved back and forth by the engagement of the rack and the pinion.
A third aspect of the present invention is the air filter cleaning device according to the first or second aspect, wherein the guide portion is rail-shaped. Therefore, when the case is moved back and forth on the surface of the air filter, the guide bush can be reliably engaged with the rail-shaped guide portion, and therefore the case can be smoothly moved without being separated from the guide portion.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is the air filter cleaning device according to the first to third aspects, wherein the guide bush is used as the sliding resistance suppressing member so as to be rotatable. Alternatively, the sliding resistance suppressing member is provided between the guide bush and the guide portion. Therefore, with the sliding resistance suppressing member, generation of noise and abrasion can be suppressed.
The air filter cleaning device according to the first aspect of the present invention can not only adjust the overlapping amount of the brush and the air filter with high accuracy, but also shorten the assembly time. In addition, the second aspect of the invention can reliably move the case provided with the brush back and forth. Further, the third aspect of the invention can smoothly move the case without separating from the guide portion. In addition, the invention of the fourth aspect can suppress the generation of noise and wear.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Fig. 1 (a) is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of the air filter cleaning device of the present invention, and fig. 1 (b) is a partially enlarged perspective view of fig. 1 (a). As shown in fig. 1, an air filter cleaning device 10 according to a first embodiment includes: a rotary brush 2 for cleaning the air filter 1; a box body 3 provided with a rotating brush 2; a pinion (pinion)4 as a propulsion mechanism provided on the case 3; a rack 5 as a support portion that supports the pinion gear 4; and a base member 6.
The pinion gear 4 is fixed to a rotary shaft 8a, the rotary shaft 8a is connected to the motor 7, and when the rotary shaft 8a is rotated by the forward and reverse rotation of the motor 7, the pinion gear 4 is engaged with the rack 5 and is rotated. Further, the gear 9 fixed to the rotary shaft 8a meshes with the gear 11 fixed to the rotary shaft 8b of the rotary brush 2, and the rotary brush 2 is rotated forward and backward by the forward and backward rotation of the motor 7.
Therefore, when the motor 7 rotates forward and backward, the housing 3 provided with the rotating brush 2 can be reciprocated in the longitudinal direction of the rack 5 while rotating the rotating brush 2 forward and backward. The air filter 1 is provided on the base member 6 in the direction in which the case 3 reciprocates.
The base member 6 is provided with a guide portion 12 provided in a direction in which the rotary brush 2 reciprocates. The case 3 is provided with a guide bush 13, and the guide bush 13 is engaged with the guide portion 12 of the base member 6 and slides with respect to the guide portion 12. Further, by engaging the guide portion 12 with the guide bush 13, the movement of the housing 3 in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the rotary brush 2 reciprocates is restricted. Here, preferable materials of the guide bush 13 include steel-deprived (duragon) resin, polyacetal resin, metal, and the like.
Further, the guide portion 12 in the first embodiment is formed in a rail shape on both sides of the long hole 14 by the long hole 14 formed in the base member 6 in the longitudinal direction of the rack 5.
Fig. 2 (a) is a cross-sectional view showing a first embodiment of the air filter cleaning device of the present invention. According to the air filter cleaning device 10 of the first embodiment, the guide portions 12 formed on both sides of the elongated hole are engaged with the guide bush 13, so that the movement of the housing 3 in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the brush 2 reciprocates is restricted, and the guide bush 13 has the sliding contact portion 13a having the cross-section コ shape that is in sliding contact with the guide portions 12. The guide bush 13 is fixed to the case 3 by a screw 15. Therefore, the overlapping amount of the brush and the air filter can be adjusted with high accuracy and the assembling time can be shortened as compared with the conventional air filter cleaning device.
Fig. 2 (b) is a cross-sectional view showing a second embodiment of the air filter cleaning device of the present invention. According to the air filter cleaning device 20 of the second embodiment, the guide portion 16 formed in the base member 6 is engaged with the guide bush 13, so that the movement of the housing 3 in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the brush 2 reciprocates is restricted, and the guide bush 13 has the sliding contact portion 13a having the cross-section コ which is in sliding contact with the guide portion 16. The guide bush 13 is fixed to the case 3 by a screw 15. Therefore, the torsional rigidity of the base member 6 can be improved as compared with the guide portion 12 formed by the elongated hole 14 of the first embodiment.
Fig. 3 (a) is a cross-sectional view showing a third embodiment of the air filter cleaning device of the present invention. According to the air filter cleaning device of the third embodiment, the guide bush 17 which projects the case 3a to the elongated hole 14a side and is rotatable with respect to the projected portion is attached by the screw 18. Therefore, the guide bush 17 serves as a sliding resistance suppressing member for reducing sliding resistance when contacting the guide portion 12 a. Therefore, as compared with the non-rotating guide bush 13 of the first and second embodiments, the sliding resistance can be further reduced, and the movement of the housing can be made smooth, and the generation of the wobble, the noise, and the abrasion can be suppressed, and the housing can be stably moved.
Fig. 3 (b) is a cross-sectional view showing a fourth embodiment of the air filter cleaning device of the present invention. According to the air filter cleaning device of the fourth embodiment, the washer 24, the stationary ring 23, and the washer 25 are fixed to the case 3 in this order by the screws 21, and the rotary ring 22 is rotatably provided outside the stationary ring 23. By engaging the guide portions 12b formed on both sides of the elongated hole with the washer 24, the washer 25, and the rotary ring 22, the movement of the housing 3 in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the brush reciprocates is restricted. Therefore, the rotating ring 22 rotatably provided outside the washer 24, the washer 25, and the stationary ring 23 serves as a sliding resistance suppressing member for reducing the sliding resistance when contacting the guide portion 12 b. In addition, while friction is present between the guide bush formed of resin or metal and the case formed of resin in the third embodiment, friction is present between the stationary ring formed of metal and the rotating ring formed of metal in the present embodiment, so that the sliding resistance can be further suppressed. In addition, instead of the washer 24, the washer 25, and the fixed ring 23, an integrated guide bush may be provided, and any structure that can reduce sliding resistance when contacting the guide portion 12b, such as a bearing, may be employed instead of the rotating ring 22.
Fig. 4 (a) is a cross-sectional view showing a fifth embodiment of the air filter cleaning device of the present invention. According to the air filter cleaning apparatus of the fifth embodiment, the guide portions 19 formed on both sides of the elongated hole are engaged with the guide bush 13, thereby restricting the movement of the housing 3 in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the rotary brush 2 reciprocates, and the guide bush 13 has the sliding contact portion having the cross-section コ shape in sliding contact with the guide portions 19 and is fixed to the housing 3 side by the screws 15, which is the same as the configuration of the first embodiment, but is different in that the installation position of the guide portions 19 is not formed in the vicinity of the outer frame to which the air filter 1 is fixed as in the first embodiment. As shown in the fifth embodiment, by forming the guide portion 19 on the side surface of the base member 6, the same effect as the air filter cleaning device shown in the first embodiment can be obtained, and the step of detaching the base member 6 can be omitted when detaching the case 3.
Fig. 4 (b) is a cross-sectional view showing a sixth embodiment of the air filter cleaning device of the present invention. In the air filter cleaning device according to the sixth embodiment, the guide portion 19 is not provided near the outer frame to which the air filter 1 is fixed, as in the first embodiment. In the sixth embodiment, the guide bush 13 is directly fixed to the pinion 4 as the propulsion mechanism. With this configuration, since the brush is not fixed by the case 3, the accuracy of adjusting the overlapping amount of the brush and the air filter can be improved. Further, the sliding resistance suppressing member described in the third embodiment or the fourth embodiment may be applied to the sixth embodiment by replacing the case 3a or the case 3 in the configuration of the third embodiment or the fourth embodiment with the pinion gear 4.
