本发明涉及一种下肢简易护理垫，包括护理垫基体(1)，在所述护理垫基体(1)上包裹保护罩(7)，所述护理垫基体(1)内设有空腔，空腔内填充药物(2)，所述护理垫基体(1)表面间隔设置一组充气囊(3)，所述充气囊(3)通过管道(8)连接控制手柄(4)，所述控制手柄(4)置于所述护理垫基体(1)外侧，在每个所述管道(8)上均设有一个电磁阀(5)，每个电磁阀(5)连接所述控制手柄(4)。本发明的优点：可持续为病人皮肤表面提供营养，且可自行控制手柄改变体位，能有效预防压疮的出现，降低因压疮而造成的其他感染风险。

Description

一种下肢简易护理垫
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防压疮护理垫，特别涉及一种下肢简易护理垫。
背景技术
下肢压疮又称压力性溃疡、褥疮，是由于局部组织长期受压，发生持续缺血、缺氧、营养不良而致组织溃烂坏死。下肢皮肤压疮在康复治疗、护理中是一个普通性的问题。据有关文献报道，每年约有6万人死于压疮合并征。目前公认引起压疮主要有四个因素，即压力、剪切力、摩擦力及潮湿。这些问题使皮肤抵抗力降低，继而引起压疮的出现，多发生于无肌肉包裹或肌肉层较薄、缺乏脂肪组织保护又经常受压的骨隆突处。目前，临床上护理人员多采取更换病人体位的方法，实现身体局部减压。但是在实际操作过程中，部分患者体重重或者病情较为严重，治疗导管多，护士搬动患者需要多人协助，且在更换体位的过程中容易造成患者不适，局部牵拉患者容易造成皮肤与床之间摩擦，操作不当还容易造成相关治疗或引流导管脱出，给病人带来不良影响。而且有些病人禁止翻身，否则有生命危险，特别是人体的下肢在，一段时间后，就会不自觉的移动，跟换姿势，这对病情也存在相当大的影响，再者，由于患者需要营养补给及支持，需要从皮肤表面进行护理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现阶段病人不易翻身、或有些病人不宜翻身，而会造成局部或大面积压仓等缺点，而提出的一种下肢简易护理垫。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种下肢简易护理垫，其特征是：包括护理垫基体，在所述护理垫基体上包裹保护罩，所述护理垫基体内设有空腔，空腔内填充药物，所述药物的组份按重量份数包括以下药材，菊花40～80份、薄荷20～50份、冰片10～50份、茶叶8～30份、荷叶20～50份、决明子3～40份、益母草5～20份和桃仁1～50份。
优选地，所述护理垫基体表面间隔设置一组充气囊，所述充气囊通过管道连接控制手柄，所述控制手柄置于所述护理垫基体外侧。
优选地，在每个所述管道上均设有一个电磁阀，每个电磁阀连接所述控制手柄。
优选地，所述护理垫基体表面还设有温度传感器，所述温度传感器电连接控制手柄。
优选地，所述控制手柄内设置蜂鸣器。
优选地，所述保护罩为能够拆卸的保护套。
优选地，所述护理垫基体由外到内依次是棉质层、药物层和棉絮层。
优选地，所述控制手柄设置在防护垫基体右侧。
本发明的优点在于：本装置内含有药物，可持续为病人皮肤表面提供营养，且药物散发出的清香有利于病人稳定情绪，有益睡眠；各个充气囊可单独实现充、放气，通过控制手柄操作简单方便，根据不同需要组合充气，可方便快捷的改变病人的体位，且病人可独立操作手柄，调节出自己最舒服的姿势，内置的温度传感器可实时监控病人的局部身体温度，若超过一定的温度范围便会通过控制手柄中的蜂鸣器发出报警，其蜂鸣器也可单独使用，用于病人向不在现场的护理人员发出求助信号，预防压疮的出现。

具体实施方式

参照图1、图2，本发明提供的一种下肢简易护理垫，包括护理垫基体1，所述护理垫基体1为长方体结构，长度尺寸比人体平均身高长约25-40cm，本方案优选护理垫基体1的形状尺寸为2m×1.5m，所述护理垫基体1是由外侧是棉质层1.1、内侧是棉絮层1.2制成。在所述护理垫基体1上包裹保护罩7，所述保护罩7为能够拆卸的保护套。所述护理垫基体1内设有空腔，空腔内填充药物2。
本发明中，所述护理垫基体1的棉质层1.1和棉絮层1.2之间设有密封的空腔，空腔内填充有一定含量的药物2，所述药物2的组份按重量份数包括以下药材，菊花40～80份、薄荷20～50份、冰片10～50份、茶叶8～30份、荷叶20～50份、决明子3～40份、益母草5～20份和桃仁1～50份。优选的菊花60份、薄荷40份、冰片150份、茶叶15份、荷叶30份、决明子20份、益母草100份和桃仁30份。所选药物2目的是持续为病人皮肤提供营养，常规粉碎不至于损伤患者皮肤并能增大接触面积即可。
所述护理垫基体1的棉质层1.1表面间隔缝和11个大小不等的充气囊3，所述充气囊3可为圆形或长方形等形状，本方案优选为长方形，所述充气囊3通过管道8与控制手柄4连接，所述控制手柄4置于所述护理垫基体1外侧。在每个所述管道8上均设有一个电磁阀5，每个电磁阀5连接所述控制手柄4，所述电磁阀5为二位三通换向阀，其控制部分通过管道8与控制手柄4连接，所述控制手柄4可单独控制每个电磁阀的开启与闭合状态，进而分别控制所述11个充气囊3的充断气。所述控制手柄4为塑胶材料制成，在控制手柄4内设有蜂鸣器4.1，在其上侧面设有按键4.2，在病人需向护理人员求助时，通过所述按键4.4控制蜂鸣器4.1发出求助的声音。
在每个所述充气囊3表面均黏贴一个温度传感器6，所述温度传感器6为现有技术，每个所述温度传感器6均电连接控制手柄4，温度传感器6的作用是时刻监测病人皮肤表面温度，超出警示范围后，便会触发蜂鸣器4.1，发出报警声音。

1.一种下肢简易护理垫，其特征是：包括护理垫基体(1)，在所述护理垫基体(1)上包裹保护罩(7)，所述护理垫基体(1)内设有空腔，空腔内填充药物(2)，所述药物(2)的组份按重量份数包括以下药材，菊花40～80份、薄荷20～50份、冰片10～50份、茶叶8～30份、荷叶20～50份、决明子3～40份、益母草5～20份和桃仁1～50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢简易护理垫，其特征是：所述护理垫基体(1)表面间隔设置一组充气囊(3)，所述充气囊(3)通过管道(8)连接控制手柄(4)，所述控制手柄(4)置于所述护理垫基体(1)外侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种下肢简易护理垫，其特征是：在每个所述管道(8)上均设有一个电磁阀(5)，每个电磁阀(5)连接所述控制手柄(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢简易护理垫，其特征是：所述护理垫基体(1)表面还设有温度传感器(6)，所述温度传感器(6)电连接控制手柄(4)。
5.根据权利要求2、3或4所述的一种下肢简易护理垫，其特征是：所述控制手柄(4)内设置蜂鸣器(4.1)。
