预防和治疗感冒的保健茶，其组成原料的重量份为：狗肝菜10-12、荆芥穗5-7、板蓝根6-8、姜半夏8-10、决明子15-20、熟大黄4-5、扁蒲扇6-8、香薷2-4、鹅不食草5-6、马钱子8-9、胡萝卜15-20、络石藤4-6、勾儿茶8-10、火麻仁5-6、木贼2-4、五指柑5-7、黄药子4-5、甘草8-10、崩大碗2-4。

用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，洗净晒干，研磨粉碎后混合，装袋，使用时加入90-100℃开水浸泡，一次一包，一日2-3次。

用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，洗净晒干，研磨粉碎后混合，装袋，使用时加入90-100℃开水浸泡，每日2-3次，每次一包。
典型使用例：
