凉茶是中草药植物性饮料的通称,凉茶将药性寒凉、能消除人体内热的中草药制成饮料,饮用凉茶能消除人体内的暑气,具有生津止渴,清热,解毒的功效。目前尚无关于治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶。申请号为201410288593.6的中国专利“一种改善口臭凉茶及其制备方法”,该凉茶由金银花、薄荷、苦丁茶、地丁草、鱼腥草、普洱茶叶、红枣、茉莉花、相思藤叶、桂花、藿香、竹叶、生大黄、高良姜、生芦根、黄瓜、荷叶、海带、三七花、蜂蜜、维生素、有机酸制成,虽然能在一定程度上改善口臭,但该凉茶不能治疗胃肠道疾病引起的口臭。

香附,中药名。为莎草科植物莎草的干燥根茎。主治:用于肝郁气滞,胸胁胀痛,疝气疼痛,乳房胀痛,脾胃气滞,脘腹痞闷,胀满疼痛,月经不调,经闭痛经。
荜拨,别名:毕勃、荜茇、荜菝、荜拨胡椒科,胡椒属。用于胃寒引起的腹痛、呕吐酸水、腹泻、冠心病心绞痛、神经性头痛及牙痛等。温中下气,补腰脚,杀腥气,消食,除胃冷,阴疝和胸腹痛。治霍乱冷气、心痛血气、水泻虚痢、呕吐反酸、产后泻痢,与阿魏合用更好。和诃子、人参、桂心、干姜,治脏腑虚冷肠鸣,又治头疼,鼻塞,压痛。能动脾肺之火,多用令人目昏。其根名荜渤没,味辛,性温和,无毒。治疗五劳七伤,冷气呕吐,心腹胀满,消化不良,阴汗疝嵌水肿,妇人宫寒不孕。治腰肾冷,除血气。
吴茱萸(学名Tetradiumruticarpum,原名Euodiaruticarpa),别名吴萸、茶辣、漆辣子、臭辣子树、左力纯幽子、米辣子等。吴茱萸是苦味健胃剂和镇痛剂,又作驱蛔虫药。其性热味苦辛,有散寒止痛、降逆止呕之功,用于治疗肝胃虚寒、阴浊上逆所致的头痛或胃脘疼痛等症。
陈皮,中药名。为芸香科植物橘CitrusreticulataBlanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。功效:用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
炙甘草(RADIXGLYCYRRHIZAEPREPARATA),系豆科植物,炙甘草是用蜜烘制的甘草,俗称炮制,炙甘草汤具有益气滋阴,通阳复脉治疗功效。
莱菔子,中药名。为十字花科植物萝卜RaphanussativusL.的干燥成熟种子。功效:消食除胀,降气化痰。主治:用于饮食停滞,脘腹胀痛,大便秘结,积滞泻痢,痰壅喘咳。
法半夏为天南星科植物半夏(Pinelliaternata(Thunb)Breit.)的块茎。主治燥湿化痰。用于痰多咳喘,痰饮眩悸,风痰眩晕,痰厥头痛。
郁金,中药名。为姜科植物温郁金CurcumarcenyujinY,H.ChenetC.Ling、姜黄CurcumalongaL.、广西莪术CurcumakwangsiensisS.G.LeeetC.F.Liang或蓬莪术CurcumaphaeocaulisVal.的干燥块根。功效:活血止痛,行气解郁,清心凉血,利胆退黄。主治:用于胸胁刺痛,胸痹心痛,经闭痛经,乳房胀痛,热病神昏,癫痫发狂,血热吐衄,黄疸尿赤。
枸杞为人们对商品枸杞子、植物宁夏枸杞、中华枸杞等枸杞属下物种的统称。主要成份:枸杞子含甜菜碱(betane),阿托品(atropine),天仙子胺(gyoscyamine)。功能:枸杞子:养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞叶:补虚益精,清热明目。

佛手(学名:CitrusmedicaL.var.sarcodactylisSwingle):果实在成熟时各心皮分离,形成细长弯曲的果瓣,状如手指,故名佛手。功效:根、茎、叶、花、果均可入药,辛、苦、甘、温、无毒;入肝、脾、胃三经,有理气化痰、止呕消胀、舒肝健脾、和胃更多种药用功能。对老年人的气管炎、哮喘病有明显的缓解作用;对一般人的消化不良、胸腹胀闷,有更为显著的疗效。佛手可制成多种中药材,久服有保健益寿的作用。
甘草,(学名:GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch)别名:国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。豆科、甘草属多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药。功效:1.用于心气虚,心悸怔忡,脉结代,以及脾胃气虚,倦怠乏力等。前者,常与桂枝配伍,如桂枝甘草汤、炙甘草汤。后者,常与党参、白术等同用,如四君子汤、理中丸等。2.用于痈疽疮疡、咽喉肿痛等。可单用,内服或外敷,或配伍应用。痈疽疮疡,常与金银花、连翘等同用,共奏清热解毒之功,如仙方活命饮。咽喉肿痛,常与桔梗同用,如桔梗汤。若农药、食物中毒,常配绿豆或与防风水煎服。3.用于气喘咳嗽。可单用,亦可配伍其他药物应用。如治湿痰咳嗽的二陈汤;治寒痰咳喘的苓甘五味姜辛汤;治燥痰咳嗽的桑杏汤;治热毒而致肺痈咳唾腥臭脓痰的桔梗汤;治咳唾涎沫的甘草干姜汤等。另风热咳嗽、风寒咳嗽、热痰咳嗽亦常配伍应用。4.用于胃痛、腹痛及腓肠肌挛急疼痛等,常与芍药同用,能显著增强治挛急疼痛的疗效,如芍药甘草汤。5.用于调和某些药物的烈性。如调味承气汤用本品缓和大黄、芒硝的泻下作用及其对胃肠道的刺激。另外,在许多处方中也常用本品调和诸药。7甘草有类似肾上腺皮质激素样作用。对组胺引起的胃酸分泌过多有抑制作用;并有抗酸和缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛作用。8.甘草黄酮、甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳作用;祛痰作用也较显著,其作用强度为甘草酸>甘草黄酮>甘草浸膏。9.甘草还有抗炎,抗过敏作用,能保护发炎的咽喉和气管粘膜。甘草浸膏和甘草酸对某些毒物有类似葡萄糖醛酸的解毒作用。10.甘草常用来治疗随更年期而来的症状.因为甘草里含有甘草素,是一种类似激素的化合物,它有助于平衡女性体内的激素含量。11.甘草所含的次酸能阻断致癌物诱发肿瘤生长的作用。
荆芥(NepetacatariaL.),别名:香荆荠、线荠、四棱杆蒿、假苏,是唇形科、荆芥属多年生植物。茎坚强,基部木质化,多分枝,高40-150厘米,基部近四棱形,上部钝四棱形,具浅槽,被白色短柔毛。入药用其干燥茎叶和花穗。鲜嫩芽小儿镇静最佳,荆芥叶黄绿色,茎方形微带紫色,横切面黄白色,穗子稍黑紫黄绿色。味平,性温,无毒,清香气浓。荆芥为发汗,解热药,是中华常用草药之一,能镇痰、祛风、凉血。治流行感冒,头疼寒热发汗,呕吐。
桂花是中国木犀属众多树木的习称,代表物种木犀(学名:Osmanthusfragrans(Thunb.)Lour.):又名、岩桂,系木犀科常绿灌木或小乔木,质坚皮薄,叶长椭圆形面端尖,对生,经冬不凋。桂花功效:淡黄白色,芳香,提取芳香油,制桂花浸膏,可用于食品、化妆品,可制糕点、糖果,并可酿酒。桂花味辛,可入药。以花、果实及根入药。秋季采花;春季采果;四季采根,分别晒干。花:辛,温。果:辛、甘,温。根:甘、微涩,平。功能主治:花:散寒破结,化痰止咳。用于牙痛,咳喘痰多,经闭腹痛。果:暖胃,平肝,散寒。用于虚寒胃痛。根:祛风湿,散寒。用于风湿筋骨疼痛,腰痛,肾虚牙痛。
葛根,中药名。为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块;干燥。甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
桑白皮为桑科植物桑(拉丁学名:MorusalbaL.)的干燥根皮。别名桑根白皮、桑根皮、桑皮、白桑皮。具有抗压、利尿、抗菌、消炎的作用。
白芷(拉丁文名:Angelicadahurica(Fisch.exHoffm.)Benth.etHook.f.exFranch.etSav),多年生高大草本,以根入药,有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能。主治风寒感冒、头痛、鼻炎、牙痛。赤白带下、痛疖肿毒等症,亦可作香料。
本发明凉茶能快速杀灭胃肠道中的有害杂菌,促进胃肠道有益菌落的正常代谢,畅通肠道,消除胃肠道内的积气,促进胃肠道对食物的吸收,有益于排泄物的正常排泄,从根本上根治胃肠道疾病引起的口臭,清洗口气。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明不仅限于以下实施例。
实施例1
一种治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶,其组份为:香附11份、荜拨28份、吴茱萸11份、陈皮28份、炙甘草11份、莱菔子28份、法半夏11份、郁金28份、生地黄11份、枸杞32份、当归24份、川楝子32份、佛手24份、甘草32份、荆芥24份、桂花32份、葛根24份、桑白皮32份、白芷24份。
按配比量称取以上各原料,加水煎煮2次,第1次加4倍量水,煎煮2小时,第2次加3倍量水,煎煮1小时,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.35(70℃时测)的浸膏,加入常规用量的红薯淀粉辅料,按常规工艺制成片剂,规格0.45g/片。
实施例2
一种治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶,其组份为:香附28份、荜拨11份、吴茱萸28份、陈皮11份、炙甘草28份、莱菔子11份、法半夏28份、郁金11份、生地黄28份、枸杞24份、当归32份、川楝子24份、佛手32份、甘草24份、荆芥32份、桂花24份、葛根32份、桑白皮24份、白芷32份。
按配比量称取以上各原料,加水煎煮2次,第1次加10倍量水,煎煮2小时,第2次加5倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15(70℃时测)的浸膏,加入常规用量的蔗糖辅料,按常规工艺制颗粒剂。
实施例3
一种治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶,其组份为:香附15份、荜拨25份、吴茱萸15份、陈皮25份、炙甘草15份、莱菔子25份、法半夏15份、郁金25份、生地黄15份、枸杞31份、当归27份、川楝子31份、佛手27份、甘草31份、荆芥27份、桂花31份、葛根27份、桑白皮31份、白芷27份。
按配比量称取以上各原料,加水煎煮2次,第1次加3倍量水,煎煮2小时,第2次加2倍量水,煎煮1小时,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.15(60℃时测)的浸膏,得汤剂。
实施例4
一种治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶,其组份为:香附25份、荜拨15份、吴茱萸25份、陈皮15份、炙甘草25份、莱菔子15份、法半夏25份、郁金15份、生地黄25份、枸杞27份、当归31份、川楝子27份、佛手31份、甘草27份、荆芥31份、桂花27份、葛根31份、桑白皮27份、白芷31份。
称取以上各原料,洗净烘干,混合粉碎过180目筛,得粉剂。
实施例5
一种治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶,其组份为:香附18份、荜拨18份、吴茱萸18份、陈皮18份、炙甘草18份、莱菔子18份、法半夏18份、郁金18份、生地黄18份、枸杞25份、当归25份、川楝子25份、佛手25份、甘草25份、荆芥25份、桂花25份、葛根25份、桑白皮25份、白芷25份。
称取以上各原料,洗净烘干,混合粉碎过90目筛,加入糊精,制得丸剂。
实验例:本发明凉茶对口腔局部病变引起的口臭的的临床疗效
实验材料:本发明实施例1制备的凉茶。
实验地点:广西钦州市第一人民医院。
1、病例及方法
2007-2012年,接治患者250例,男性130例,女性120例,年龄在12-80岁。胃肠道疾病引起口臭诊断标准:患有消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良,胃肠道有胀气,呼吸口气具有及难闻气体。
用法用量:本发明实施例1制备的凉茶,每日3次,每次2片,口服;7d为1个疗程,本次实验的治疗时间为1个疗程。
2、疗效判定
根据临床症状消失为准,分为痊愈、显效、有效、无效。
痊愈:临床症状体征消失,恢复正常,胃肠道胀气完全消失,口臭完全消失。
显效:临床症状体征基本或大部分消失,胃肠道胀气基本消失,口臭基本消失。
无效:临床症状体征无改善,胃肠道胀气无明显变化,口臭无明显变化。
3、疗效总结
痊愈 显效 无效 有效率
一个疗程后 77 21 2 98%
从本次实验不难看出,本发明凉茶,能有效治疗胃肠道疾病引起的口臭。

1.一种治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:香附11~28份、荜拨11~28份、吴茱萸11~28份、陈皮11~28份、炙甘草11~28份、莱菔子11~28份、法半夏11~28份、郁金11~28份、生地黄11~28份、枸杞24~32份、当归24~32份、川楝子24~32份、佛手24~32份、甘草24~32份、荆芥24~32份、桂花24~32份、葛根24~32份、桑白皮24~32份、白芷24~32份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:香附15~25份、荜拨15~25份、吴茱萸15~25份、陈皮15~25份、炙甘草15~25份、莱菔子15~25份、法半夏15~25份、郁金15~25份、生地黄15~25份、枸杞27~31份、当归27~31份、川楝子27~31份、佛手27~31份、甘草27~31份、荆芥27~31份、桂花27~31份、葛根27~31份、桑白皮27~31份、白芷27~31份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗胃肠道疾病引起口臭的凉茶,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:香附18份、荜拨18份、吴茱萸18份、陈皮18份、炙甘草18份、莱菔子18份、法半夏18份、郁金18份、生地黄18份、枸杞25份、当归25份、川楝子25份、佛手25份、甘草25份、荆芥25份、桂花25份、葛根25份、桑白皮25份、白芷25份。
