Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及对用于输送石油这样的流体的管道的维修,尤其涉及用于在流体输送管道的维修中使用的加固带的保持板。
背景技术
在流体输送管道(例如用于输送石油的管路)存在损坏时对其进行的维修始终包括围绕管道的被损坏的部分安装加固带。这种加固带一般用挠性材料制成,所述挠性材料具有非常好的拉伸机械特性,例如很高的抗断裂性。这种材料优选地是芳纶(aramide)族的凯芙拉纤维(注册商标为Kevlar)或玻璃纤维。
图1示出了管道10,该管道在周边具有损坏部分14。为了进行维修,首先用聚合物树脂堵塞损坏部分。然后,安装套筒16,该套筒覆盖损坏部分。这种套筒由加固带构成,随着缠绕加固带,加固带围绕管道并且被交联性树脂覆盖。
应当指出,套筒也可以安装在管道的变薄的部分上,该变薄的部分因管道内的损坏造成。
图2示出了如何安装加固带。首先,通过任何适当的方法将加固带20的带头固定在管道上。然后,加固带在牵拉下围绕管道缠绕,并且每缠绕一圈便覆盖前一圈加固带的一部分、通常覆盖加固带的宽度的一半。
但是,由于加固带不可避免地长度有限,而这种长度可能不足以实现对管道的损坏部分的完全缠绕,往往需要在第一加固带之后再缠绕至少一个另外的加固带。但是,由于加固带在牵拉下被缠绕,因此至少在第一圈缠绕时难以将加固带保持在合适位置并且避免加固带滑动。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种方式,该方式在新的加固带在牵拉下缠绕时避免其滑动。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种方式,该方式在新的加固带在已经围绕管道缠绕的另一加固带之后缠绕时允许使新的加固带固连。
因此,本发明的主要对象为刚性材料制成的保持板,该保持板在两个表面的每个上都具有尖部,每个表面的尖部的长度为1至3毫米之间,尖部与其所在表面的基部形成30°至60°之间的角度,一方面,保持板通过其表面之一的尖部固连到已经布置在管道的损坏部分上的第一加固带,所述尖部朝第一加固带的末端倾斜;另一方面,保持板通过另一表面的尖部与有待在第一加固带之后缠绕的第二加固带相固连,所述另一表面的尖部朝第二加固带的始端倾斜。
本发明的另一对象为在围绕管道的损坏部分缠绕的第一加固带之后安装新的加固带的方法,该方法在于将根据本发明的保持板布置在所述第一加固带的末端上,以便借助保持板的位于其下表面上的尖部而使保持板与第一加固带相固连,然后,将新的加固带的始端布置在保持板上,以便借助保持板的位于其上表面上的尖部而使新的加固带与保持板相固连。

具体实施方式
图1和2涉及具有损坏部分的管道,对该损坏部分的维修在于安装套筒,在背景技术中已对图1和2进行了描述。
图3以剖面图示出了根据本发明的保持板。确切地说是30的保持板由刚性材料制成,所述刚性材料可以是任何适当的材料,例如是很硬的塑料,或者优选地是金属材料,例如钢、铝等。保持板一般呈矩形,其宽度小于或等于加固带的宽度。
保持板30在一个表面上具有尖部22,在另一表面上具有尖部24。长度为1至3毫米之间的这些尖部相对于保持板的表面倾斜。这种倾斜对应于相对于尖部所在的表面沿正向方向的锐角,该锐角在30°至60°之间、优选地等于45°。应当指出,在后一种情况下,保持板的两个表面的尖部平行。
保持板的一种实施方式在于使用金属栅格。通过以均匀的间隔切割栅格的网眼的侧边并且将其抬起至相对于栅格成确定的一定角度来形成尖部,其中所述一定角度相对于表面沿正向方向在30°至60°之间。
图4示出了如何使用带有图3所示的尖部22和24的保持板30。如参照图3解释的那样,第一加固带26围绕管道10的损坏部分缠绕至其最末部分28。此时,将根据本发明的保持板30布置在所述最末部分的端部上,以便借助保持板的位于其下表面上的、陷入到加固带中的尖部而使保持板与加固带相固连。应当指出,以下表面的尖部朝已经缠绕的加固带26的末端倾斜的方式将保持板布置在加固带上,使得在对保持板施加朝向加固带的端部的拉力时,保持板牢固地保持在合适位置。
然后,将新的加固带的始端32布置在保持板上,以便借助保持板的陷入到新的加固带中的尖部而使该始端与保持板相固连。应当指出,保持板的上表面的尖部朝新的加固带的始端32倾斜,使得在新的加固带缠绕时施加在该新的加固带上的拉力牢固地保持加固带,而如果尖部沿另一方向,那么加固带会在拉力作用下脱离保持板。
因此,因为保持板的上表面的尖部与加固带形成30°至60°之间的锐角、即上表面的尖部与下表面的尖部的方向基本相同,所以新的加固带牢固地保持在保持板上并且该保持板牢固地保持在第一加固带上,因此使新的加固带与第一加固带相固连。因此,易于进行新的加固带在牵拉下的缠绕,而没有新的加固带在拉力作用下滑动的危险。
在摩纳哥专利申请No.2593描述的优选实施方式中,每个加固带具有至少一根沿纵向方向的集成导线,所述集成导线的电特性用于包括以下操作的操作:树脂的交联、对管道的具有套筒的部分的检测、或者对管道的因壁部变薄而直径增大的被维修部分的检测。优选地,集成导线是集成金属线。
如上所述,保持板优选地由金属制成。因此,在使用该优选实施方式时,保持板的两个金属边缘与通过保持板相连的加固带中的每个加固带的所述集成导线的端部接触。因此,保持板确保所有加固带的物理连续性,以及确保所有加固带的电连续性。
Claims (4)
1.一种保持板(30),所述保持板与围绕在带有被损坏部分的管道周围的套筒一起使用,所述保持板是金属栅格,所述金属栅格在其两个表面的每个表面上具有尖部(22,24),所述尖部通过以均匀的间隔切割金属栅格的网眼的侧边并且将所述侧边相对于金属栅格抬起并弯至在30°至60°之间的确定角度而形成,每个表面的尖部的长度为1至3毫米之间,并且每个表面的尖部与尖部所在表面的基部形成30°至60°之间的角度,所述套筒包括已经布置在管道的被损坏部分上的第一加固带(26),一方面,所述保持板通过其表面之一的尖部固连到所述第一加固带,所述尖部朝所述第一加固带的末端倾斜,另一方面,所述保持板通过另一表面的尖部与有待在第一加固带之后缠绕的第二加固带相固连,所述另一表面的尖部朝第二加固带的始端(32)倾斜,导线集成到所述第一加固带和所述第二加固带中的每个加固带中,并且由金属构成的所述保持板在两端与集成到所述第一加固带和所述第二加固带中的每个加固带中的所述导线接触,以便确保所述第一加固带和所述第二加固带之间的电连续性。
