本发明涉及一种多芯自加热电缆,属于电力电缆技术领域。
背景技术
电线电缆已经广泛被应用于工业生产、交通运输、建筑工程和设施,甚至包括太空和海洋的高端领域,都会使用到电缆,随着社会经济的发展,电缆品种不断更新和完善,生产量也在持续增加,正因电缆在不同领域的应用,人们对其要求也随之而提高,现有的电缆因材质或结构上的问题并不能满足行业的需要,在寒冷地区电缆由于低温造成断裂等各种故障,需要一种抗冻,抗拉,故障率低的电缆。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种多芯自加热电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种多芯自加热电缆,包括缆芯、导体、导热层一、加热层、导热层二、铠装层、护套,所述导体外包裹绝缘层构成缆芯,所述缆芯外挤包导热层一,所述导热层一外挤包加热层,所述加热层外挤包导热层二,所述导热层二外挤包铠装层,所述铠装层外挤包护套,所述缆芯和导热层一之间设置有填充物,所述导热层一和导热层二是由玻璃纤维制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,具有防冻、抗拉等优点。

一种多芯自加热电缆,包括缆芯1、导体2、导热层一3、加热层4、导热层二5、铠装层6、护套7,所述导体2外包裹绝缘层构成缆芯1,所述缆芯1外挤包导热层一3,所述导热层一3外挤包加热层4,所述加热层4外挤包导热层二5,所述导热层二5外挤包铠装层6,所述铠装层6外挤包护套7,所述缆芯1和导热层一3之间设置有填充物,所述导热层一3和导热层二4是由玻璃纤维制成。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种多芯自加热电缆,其特征在于:所述缆芯和导热层一之间设置有填充物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种多芯自加热电缆,其特征在于:所述导热层一和导热层二是由玻璃纤维制成。
