技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵,具体是一种防堵塞式二级自吸泵。
背景技术
自吸泵的工作原理是:水泵启动前先在泵壳内灌满水(或泵壳内自身存有水)。启动后叶轮高速旋转使叶轮槽道中的水流向涡壳,这时入口形成真空,使进水逆止门打开,吸入管内的空气进入泵内,并经叶轮槽道到达外缘。
传统的自吸泵容易造成堵塞,泵的吸力小,影响泵的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种结构简单,且能够有效防止堵塞,泵体的吸力更大的防堵塞式二级自吸泵。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种防堵塞式二级自吸泵,包括支撑座,其特征在于:所述支撑座的上端安装有泵壳,所述泵壳的下端设有进水口,所述进水口连接进水管道,所述进水管道一端向下延伸穿过支撑座的侧壁,所述进水管道的口部安装有防爆电磁阀,所述进水管的侧壁上设有放液孔,所述泵壳内竖直安装有传动轴,所述泵壳内分为上、下两泵腔,且上、下两泵腔之间连通,所述传动轴的下端固定安装有一级叶轮,所述一级叶轮位于下泵腔内,所述上泵腔内的传动轴上固定安装有二级叶轮,所述上泵腔的侧壁上设有出水管,所述出水管处固定安装有单向阀。
所述传动轴的上端通过轴承支架传动连接电机。
本发明在支撑座的上端安装有泵壳,在泵壳的下端设有进水口,在进水口处连接进水管道,在进水管道的一端向下延伸穿过支撑座侧壁,在进水管道的口部安装有防爆电磁阀,便于自控,在进水管道的侧壁上设有放液孔,发生堵塞时,便于检修,且在泵壳内设有上、下两腔室,且在上、下两腔室内分别设有叶轮,提高了泵体的吸力,提高了泵的工作效率。

参见附图,一种防堵塞式二级自吸泵,包括支撑座1,所述支撑座1的上端安装有泵壳2,所述泵壳2的下端设有进水口3,所述进水口3连接进水管道4,所述进水管道4一端向下延伸穿过支撑座1的侧壁,所述进水管道4的口部安装有防爆电磁阀5,所述进水管4的侧壁上设有放液孔6,所述泵壳2内竖直安装有传动轴7,所述泵壳2内分为上、下两泵腔8、9,且上、下两泵腔8、9之间连通,所述传动轴7的下端固定安装有一级叶轮10,所述一级叶轮10位于下泵腔9内,所述上泵腔8内的传动轴上固定安装有二级叶轮12,所述上泵腔8的侧壁上设有出水管13,所述出水管13处固定安装有单向阀14。
所述传动轴7的上端通过轴承支架15传动连接电机11。

1.一种防堵塞式二级自吸泵,包括支撑座,其特征在于:所述支撑座的上端安装有泵壳,所述泵壳的下端设有进水口,所述进水口连接进水管道,所述进水管道一端向下延伸穿过支撑座的侧壁,所述进水管道的口部安装有防爆电磁阀,所述进水管的侧壁上设有放液孔,所述泵壳内竖直安装有传动轴,所述泵壳内分为上、下两泵腔,且上、下两泵腔之间连通,所述传动轴的下端固定安装有一级叶轮,所述一级叶轮位于下泵腔内,所述上泵腔内的传动轴上固定安装有二级叶轮,所述上泵腔的侧壁上设有出水管,所述出水管处固定安装有单向阀。
