Abstract
The invention discloses an inner barrel for a washing machine and the washing machine, belongs to the field of washing machines and accessories thereof, and is designed for solving the problems of high design and manufacturing difficulty and the like of the existing device. The inner cylinder for the washing machine comprises a hollow cylindrical inner cylinder main body, wherein at least one counterweight body is fixedly arranged on the inner cylinder main body; when the inner cylinder main body rotates, the counterweight body can rotate together with the inner cylinder main body, and the mass center of the counterweight body is positioned on the axis of the inner cylinder main body. The washing machine comprises a shell and an outer cylinder, wherein the inner cylinder for the washing machine is arranged in the outer cylinder. The inner cylinder for the washing machine has better damping effect, and can play a role more quickly and reduce vibration when the vibration occurs. The outer cylinder and the shell of the washing machine do not need to be provided with other counter weights, the damping effect is better, the structure is simpler and more compact, the production and manufacturing efficiency is higher, the cost is low, and the maintenance difficulty is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an inner tub for a washing machine and a washing machine provided with the same.
Background
The washing machine is a common household appliance, and the clothes are cleaned and dried by utilizing the high-speed rotation of the inner barrel. Although the drum itself is balanced about its axis, the position of the fabric items cannot be precisely controlled, and the drum and fabric items as a whole tend to become eccentric with respect to the drum axis. The inner drum is easy to generate violent vibration when rotating at high speed, and then the washing machine is driven to generate violent vibration integrally.
In order to reduce such vibration, the conventional drum washing machine needs to be provided with a balance ring and a balance weight at the same time. The balance ring comprises at least two cavities, wherein at least one cavity is filled with liquid, and at least one cavity is filled with spherical solid filler. Specifically, grease and silicone oil with a constraint effect are mixed in the cavity where the solid filler is located, and the total amount of the solid filler is less than half of the total circumference of the cavity. The balance weight is arranged on the outer cylinder or the shell.
The defects of the existing structure are as follows: 1. the arrangement of the independent balance weight causes the whole structure of the washing machine to be not compact enough, and the design, the production and the after-sale maintenance are difficult; 2. the gimbal damping effect is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an inner barrel for a washing machine, which has a better damping effect.
Another object of the present invention is to propose a washing machine with a simpler and more compact structure and with a higher production and manufacturing efficiency.
To achieve the purpose, on one hand, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an inner cylinder for a washing machine comprises a hollow cylindrical inner cylinder main body, wherein at least one counterweight body is fixedly arranged on the inner cylinder main body; when the inner cylinder main part rotates, the counterweight body can rotate together with the inner cylinder main part, and the mass center of the counterweight body is positioned on the axis of the inner cylinder main part.
Particularly, the balance weight body is fixedly arranged at the outer edge and/or the inner edge of the inner cylinder main body.
In particular, each of the counterweight bodies comprises at least two counterweights, and the total mass center of the at least two counterweights is located on the axis; or, each counterweight body is a counterweight ring of an annular solid, and the mass center of the counterweight ring is positioned on the axis.
In particular, the weight body is made of cement, concrete, cast iron and/or lead.
Particularly, a protective shell is arranged on the outer side of the counterweight body.
Further, the protective housing includes at least two cavities, at least two the cavity is for the inner tube main part is radial inside and outside arranging or is the axial side by side arrangement.
Particularly, the protective housing comprises at least two cavities, wherein the counterweight body is arranged in at least one cavity, and a mixture of steel balls and silicone oil is filled in at least one cavity.

a washing machine comprises a shell and an outer barrel, wherein the inner barrel for the washing machine is arranged in the outer barrel.
The inner cylinder for the washing machine is provided with the balance weights which are symmetrical about the axis of the inner cylinder main body, and when the inner cylinder main body rotates, the mass center (total mass center) of each balance weight is positioned on the axis, so that the damping effect is better; the balance device and the counterweight device are arranged into a whole, so that the vibration can be more quickly exerted and reduced when the vibration occurs.
The washing machine is provided with the inner barrel for the washing machine, the outer barrel and the shell do not need to be provided with other counter weights after the counter weight body is additionally arranged on the inner barrel, the damping effect is better, the structure is simpler and more compact, the production and manufacturing efficiency is higher, the cost is low, and the maintenance difficulty is reduced.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The first preferred embodiment:
the preferred embodiment discloses an inner cylinder for a washing machine. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner cylinder includes a hollow cylindrical inner cylinder body 1, and a front end flange 3 and a rear end flange 4 are provided at front and rear openings of the inner cylinder body 1, respectively. A hollow annular protective shell 5 is arranged on the peripheral surface of the front end flange 3; the protective shell 5 comprises two cavities, namely a first cavity 51 and a second cavity 52 which are arranged radially inwards and outwards relative to the inner cylinder main body 1, wherein a counterweight body 2 is arranged in one cavity, and a mixture 7 of steel balls and silicon oil is filled in the other cavity. The outer peripheral surface of the rear end flange 4 is provided with a balance ring 6, and the balance ring 6 is filled with a mixture 7 of steel balls and silicone oil. The inner cylinder main body 1 is internally provided with a water stirring blade 10, and the outer side of the rear end flange 4 is provided with an inner cylinder hexagonal frame 8. The counterweight body 2 is made of cement.
The inner cylinder replaces an original balance ring at the front end flange 3 with a balance weight body 2 and a mixture 7 of steel balls and silicon oil which play a balance role, and the balance weight body 2 is symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the inner cylinder main body 1. When the inner cylinder main body 1 rotates, the counterweight body 2 can rotate along with the inner cylinder main body, the mass center of the counterweight body 2 is positioned on the axis, and the damping effect is better when the inner cylinder main body rotates at high speed.
When the eccentricity is small, the mixture 7 of the steel balls and the silicone oil can act quickly, and the unbalanced force generated by the eccentric load is inhibited; when the eccentric load is larger, the mixture 7 of the steel balls and the silicon oil is firstly acted, but along with the increase of the rotating speed and the increase of the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric load, the counterweight body 2 starts to act, so that the inner cylinder can be stably accelerated.
The second preferred embodiment:
the preferred embodiment discloses an inner drum for a washing machine, which has a structure basically the same as that of the preferred embodiment. The inner cylinder comprises a hollow cylindrical inner cylinder main body, and at least one counterweight body is fixedly arranged on the inner cylinder main body; each of the weight bodies is symmetrically disposed about an axis of the inner cylinder body, and a center of mass of the weight body is located on the axis when the inner cylinder body rotates.
The difference lies in that: the counterweight bodies are not limited to integral counterweight rings, and can also be of a split structure, namely, each counterweight body comprises at least two counterweight blocks, and the total mass center of the at least two counterweight blocks is positioned on the axis; the material of the counterweight body is not limited to cement, and can also be concrete, cast iron and/or lead; the arrangement position of the counterweight body is not limited to the outer peripheral surface of the front end flange of the inner cylinder main body, and can also be arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rear end flange and other positions, so that the damping can be effectively realized when the inner cylinder main body rotates at a high speed; the number of chambers of the protective case is not limited to two, and may be one or more; when the number of the chambers is two or more, at least one of the chambers is provided with a counterweight body, and at least one of the chambers is filled with liquid or a mixture of steel balls and silicone oil.
The plurality of protective cases are not limited to being arranged radially, and may be arranged axially. As shown in fig. 3, the first chamber 51 and the second chamber 52 are arranged side by side in the axial direction with respect to the inner cylinder body 1.
The third preferred embodiment:
the preferred embodiment discloses a drum washing machine, which comprises a shell, an outer drum and an inner drum for the washing machine as described in the first or the second preferred embodiment, wherein at least one balance weight body which is symmetrical about an axis is arranged on the main body of the inner drum. When the inner cylinder main body rotates, the mass center of the counterweight body is positioned on the axis, so that the vibration of the inner cylinder main body is reduced, and the stability of the washing machine in the use process is enhanced; and other balance weights are not required to be arranged on the outer cylinder and the shell, so that the structure is more compact.
The preferred embodiment four:
the preferred embodiment discloses a washing machine, the structure of which is basically the same as the third preferred embodiment. The washing machine comprises a shell, an outer barrel and an inner barrel for the washing machine according to the first preferred embodiment or the second preferred embodiment, wherein at least one balance weight body which is symmetrical about an axis is arranged on a main body of the inner barrel.
The difference lies in that: the washing machine is not limited to a drum washing machine, but may be a pulsator washing machine or other types of washing machines.
Claims (6)
1. An inner cylinder for a washing machine comprises a hollow cylindrical inner cylinder main body (1), and is characterized in that a front end flange (3) and a rear end flange (4) are respectively arranged at the front opening and the rear opening of the inner cylinder main body (1);
a protective shell (5) is fixedly arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the front end flange (3), the protective shell (5) comprises at least two cavities, at least one cavity is internally provided with a counterweight body (2), and at least one cavity is filled with liquid or a mixture (7) of steel balls and silicone oil;
a balance ring (6) is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rear end flange (4), and a mixture (7) of steel balls and silicone oil is filled in the balance ring (6);
when the inner cylinder main body (1) rotates, the counterweight body (2) can rotate along with the inner cylinder main body, and the mass center of the counterweight body (2) is positioned on the axis of the inner cylinder main body (1);
at least two of the chambers are arranged radially with respect to the inner cylinder body (1), the chamber filled with a liquid or a mixture (7) of steel balls and silicone oil being located outside the chamber provided with the counterweight body (2).
2. A drum for a washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the counterweight (2) is fixedly arranged at the outer and/or inner edge of the drum body (1).
3. A drum for a washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that each of said counterweight bodies (2) comprises at least two counterweights, the total mass center of at least two of said counterweights being located on said axis; or the like, or, alternatively,
each counterweight body (2) is a counterweight ring of an annular solid, and the mass center of the counterweight ring is positioned on the axis.
4. A washing machine drum according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the counterweight body (2) is made of cement, concrete, cast iron and/or lead.
5. An inner drum for a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a front end flange (3) is provided at an opening of the inner drum main body (1), and the weight body (2) is fixedly provided on an outer peripheral surface of the front end flange (3).
6. A washing machine comprising a housing and an outer tub, wherein the outer tub is provided with an inner tub for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 therein.
