Inner barrel bottom balance ring assembly and washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a washing and dewatering device, in particular to an inner barrel bottom balance ring assembly applied to a washing machine and the washing machine provided with the inner barrel bottom balance ring assembly.
Background
The existing pulsator washing machine mainly comprises: outer bucket, interior bucket, balanced ring, impeller, interior bucket bottom and ring flange. Wherein the inner barrel bottom, the inner barrel bottom cover and the flange are also collectively called as an inner barrel bottom assembly. The balancing ring of the prior pulsator washing machine is positioned at the upper end of the inner barrel and is detachably connected with the inner barrel through bolts, salt water is filled in the balancing ring for balancing the vibration caused by unbalanced load on the upper part when the washing machine is dewatered, and the bottom cover of the inner barrel is arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel in a cladding mode for enhancing the strength of the inner barrel. Because the existing balance ring is generally only arranged at the upper end of the inner barrel, the bottom of the inner barrel can not realize the function of deviation correction during the dehydration process, so that the noise of the dehydration process is large, and the operation stability is poor.
The invention is therefore set forth in this light.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an inner barrel bottom balance ring assembly which can be arranged on a washing machine and can improve the balance of the inner barrel in the dewatering initial stage of the washing machine.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine with the above inner tub bottom gimbal assembly to reduce vibration and noise during dewatering.
In order to realize the first invention purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an inner barrel bottom balance ring assembly comprises an inner barrel bottom cover and a flange plate which is arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel bottom cover and fixedly connected with the inner barrel bottom cover, wherein at least one balance ring is arranged between the inner barrel bottom cover and the flange plate, the center of the balance ring is positioned on a rotating axis of the inner barrel bottom cover, and a balance medium is filled in the balance ring.
Furthermore, an annular groove structure matched with the balance ring is arranged on the flange plate, and the balance ring is arranged in an annular chamber formed by the inner barrel bottom cover and the annular groove structure.
Furthermore, the balance ring and the inner barrel bottom cover are of an integrated structure, the balance ring protrudes downwards from the bottom of the inner barrel bottom cover and is in clearance fit with the annular groove structure, and the top surface of the balance ring and the lower end surface of the inner barrel bottom cover are connected into a whole.
Further, the balance ring is a plurality of and is stacked up and down along the axial direction of the balance ring.

Furthermore, the balance ring is detachably arranged in the annular chamber and is clamped and fixed in the annular chamber by the inner cylinder bottom cover and the flange plate.
Furthermore, the section shape of the annular chamber is matched with that of the balance ring, the top surface of the balance ring is contacted with the lower end surface of the inner barrel bottom cover, and the side surface and the bottom surface of the balance ring are contacted with the inner wall of the annular groove structure.
Furthermore, the bottom edge of the inner barrel bottom cover is provided with an annular bulge extending downwards, and the outer edge of the top of the flange plate is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the annular bulge.
In order to achieve the second object, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the washing machine at least comprises a rotatable inner barrel for containing washings, wherein the bottom cover of the inner barrel is fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner barrel; the upper end of the inner barrel is also provided with an upper balance ring, and the upper balance ring is coaxially arranged with the balance ring between the inner barrel bottom cover and the flange plate.
Further, the distance from the bottom of the balance ring to the bottom of the outer barrel is greater than two thirds of the distance from the bottom of the inner barrel to the bottom of the outer barrel.
After the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the following beneficial effects are brought:
the balance ring is closer to the rotation center, so that when the washing machine is started for dehydration, the deviation-correcting balance medium is positioned closer to the axis of the inner barrel, the balance of the inner barrel in the initial dehydration stage of the washing machine is effectively improved, the dehydration bearing capacity of the washing machine is improved, and the vibration and noise of the washing machine are reduced.

Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an inner barrel bottom balance ring assembly includes an inner barrel bottom cover 3, a flange 4 and at least one balance ring 5, the inner barrel bottom cover 3 is generally installed at the bottom of an inner barrel of a washing machine, the flange 4 is installed at the bottom of the inner barrel bottom cover 3 and is fixedly connected with the inner barrel bottom cover 3, the balance ring 5 is installed between the inner barrel bottom cover 3 and the flange 4, the center of the balance ring 5 is located on a rotation axis of the inner barrel bottom cover 3, a balance medium is filled in the balance ring 5, for example, liquid can be filled to form a liquid balance ring, or balls and silicone oil can be added to form a ball balance ring, when the balance ring 5 rotates at high speed, the balance medium generates a certain centrifugal force along with the high-speed rotation of the balance ring 5, and can be used for offsetting inner barrel vibration caused by gravity imbalance.
Preferably, the flange 4 is provided with an annular groove structure 8 matched with the balance ring 5, and the balance ring 5 is arranged in an annular chamber defined by the inner barrel bottom cover 3 and the annular groove structure 8. The arrangement mode enables the balance ring 5 to fully utilize the space between the inner barrel bottom cover 3 and the flange plate 4, has higher structural strength and is not easy to be damaged.
Specifically, the balance ring 5 and the inner barrel bottom cover 3 are of an integral structure, the balance ring 5 protrudes downwards from the bottom of the inner barrel bottom cover 3 and is in clearance fit with the annular groove structure 8, and the top surface of the balance ring 5 and the lower end surface of the inner barrel bottom cover 3 are connected into a whole. During processing and manufacturing, the balance ring 5 can be composed of an upper ring body and a lower ring body, wherein the upper ring body is two annular walls directly led out from the inner barrel bottom cover 3, the lower ring body is separately manufactured and is connected with the upper ring body in a welding mode to form a complete annular chamber, and the balance ring 5 is formed.
Preferably, the bottom edge of the inner barrel bottom cover 3 is provided with an annular protrusion 31 extending downwards, the outer edge of the top of the flange 4 is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the annular protrusion 31, and the annular protrusion 31 plays a role in positioning the flange 4, so that the flange 4 and the inner barrel bottom cover 3 are arranged concentrically.
Preferably, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 32 are further provided on the inner side of the upper end edge of the inner barrel bottom cover 3.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, in order to improve the balancing effect of the balancing ring 5, the balancing ring 5 in this embodiment is provided in plurality and stacked up and down along the axial direction of the balancing ring 5. Specifically, the inner cavity of the balance ring 5 may be partitioned into a plurality of independent chambers by providing a partition layer in the balance ring 5, or a plurality of balance rings 5 having the same diameter may be fused together to achieve the same effect.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the balancing rings 5 are arranged side by side along the radial direction of the balancing rings 5, and the arrangement mode occupies a small space, and does not affect the safety gap between the inner and outer tubs, specifically, the inner cavity of the balancing ring 5 can be divided into a plurality of independent chambers by arranging the partition layer in the balancing rings 5, and a plurality of balancing rings 5 with different diameters can be welded together, so as to achieve the same effect.
Example four
As shown in fig. 5, the balance ring 5 of this embodiment is a separate component, the balance ring 5 is detachably disposed in the annular chamber, and is clamped and fixed in the annular chamber by the inner barrel bottom cover and the flange 4, when mounting, the balance ring 5 is first placed in the annular groove structure of the flange 4, then the balance ring 5 is clamped between the flange 4 and the inner barrel bottom cover 3, and the flange 4 is fixed on the inner barrel bottom cover 3 by bolts. The gimbal 5 of this embodiment is installed flexibly, can be according to different volumes, different gimbal 5 of nimble collocation.
Referring to fig. 6, a washing machine equipped with the inner tub bottom balance ring assembly of any of the above embodiments, the other structures of which are the same as those of the prior art washing machine, and therefore will not be described in detail, only the detailed description will be made around the improved part of the present invention, the washing machine of the present invention further includes an outer tub 1, a rotatable inner tub 2 disposed in the outer tub 1 for containing the laundry, and a pulsator 7 disposed at the bottom of the inner cavity of the inner tub 2, the pulsator 7 and the inner tub 2 being generally connected to a motor through a clutch, and performing both washing and dewatering functions through the action of the clutch; the inner barrel 2 comprises an inner barrel body 21 and an inner barrel bottom 22, dewatering holes are formed in the circumferential direction of the inner barrel body 21, and the inner barrel bottom cover 3 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner barrel bottom 22 and is adaptive to the shape of the inner barrel bottom 22, so that the strength of the inner barrel bottom 22 is enhanced.
Specifically, when the inner barrel is installed, the flange 4 and the inner barrel bottom cover 3 are screwed to the inner barrel bottom 22 by screws passing through the flange 4 from one side, and the three are fixed at the same time.
Preferably, in order to ensure a safe gap between the inner and outer tubs, the distance from the bottom of the balance ring 5 to the bottom of the outer tub is greater than two thirds of the distance from the bottom of the inner tub to the bottom of the outer tub.
Preferably, the upper end of the inner barrel 2 is further provided with an upper balance ring 6, and the upper balance ring 6 is coaxially arranged with the balance ring 5 positioned between the inner barrel bottom cover 3 and the flange plate 4. Two sets of balance rings are mutually supported, have effectively improved the ability of rectifying of the interior bucket of washing machine for the dehydration process is more stable, and the noise is lower.
