现有电热管用镍铬合金丝的表面抗氧化性、温度级别、在高温下的强度、加工性能等都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电热管用镍铬合金丝,由合金材料制成,具有较高的电阻率,表面抗氧化性好,温度级别高,并且在高温下有较高的强度,有良好的加工性能及可焊性,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种电热管用镍铬合金丝,由合金材料制成,按重量百分比计,该合金材料的成分为:

P:0.8%,
Si:0.2%,
Ir:0.7%,
Pm:0.2%,
Cr:27.9%,
余量为Ni和不可避免的杂质。
