发明背景
1.技术领域
本公开大体上涉及穿孔流主体表面(可遍及所述穿孔流主体表面出现吸力以便维持主体表面上流体的层流)和用于形成此类穿孔表面的方法。
2.背景信息
数十年来,实现飞机气动表面上面的层流一直是个目标,因为一般来说与气动表面上面的紊流相比气动表面上面的层流导致阻力减小。两种策略包含自然层流和主动层流控制。
自然层流(NLF)是通过以一种方式使气动表面成形使得层流自然地出现而产生的,并且在所有或针对性的飞行条件期间得以沿气动表面的范围而维持。NLF是合意的,因为其不需要任何额外硬件或控制件。但是,使某些气动表面成形以实现NLF是不切实际的。
主动层流控制(ALFC)涉及修改气动表面上面的气流使得通过防止跳变到紊流而在所述表面的范围内维持出现在前缘上面的层流。为实现ALFC所做的对气流的修改可以采用不同形式,其中一种形式涉及沿流面的范围从边界层不断地移除低能量空气以防止边界增厚并最终跳变到紊流。已提议经由使用沿流面及跨流面大体上均匀地分布的许多密集小孔来实现此,所述流面具有吸力以将空气从边界层大体上连续地拉到所述孔中。

发明内容

图1是主动层流控制系统10的示意性说明,所述系统10用于促进在气流主体14上面流体12的层流,所述气流主体14具有根据本发明形成于其中的穿孔。系统10可通过减小边界层厚度或减小流体流12对抗主体14的边界层增厚来促进此类层流。减小边界层厚度可防止或延迟在气流主体14上面形成紊流并由此减少表面流阻。
为了易于描述,下文将流体流12描述为气流且将主体14描述为飞机的部件。但是,本公开并不限于任何特定类型的流体或主体配置。举例来说,流体流12可为任何类型的液态流体流、任何类型的气态流体流或其组合。主体14可为与流体流相互作用和/或经由流体流移动的任何流体动态主体。

每个微孔26从第二表面24延伸到面板18中。每个宏孔28从第一表面22延伸到面板18中。每个宏孔28与一或多个(例如,一组)微孔26相关联并与之流体地耦接。每组微孔26(例如)可与相应的一个宏孔28横向地对准并从第二表面24延伸到面板18中。

示例性、非限制性面板构造:面板18可由各种材料建构而成,包含但不限于复合材料和/或金属。举例来说,参考图4,面板18可包含结合到或以其它方式附接到第二层42(或面板部分)的第一层40(或面板部分)。
第一层40可为树脂基质内的编织和/或非编织纤维性材料的多层层压板。纤维性材料的示例包含但不限于:纤维玻璃、碳纤维、凯芙拉(Kevlar)或其某种组合,其可由本领域的普通技术人员选择以适合应用。树脂基质可为任何合适的热固性或热塑性粘合剂(例如,作为两个非限制性示例,环氧树脂或聚酰亚胺树脂)。第一层40还可或替代地可由非纤维性材料建构而成,例如但不限于丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)塑料、聚醚酰亚胺(例如,)和/或尼龙。其它非限制性第一层40材料包含金属和其它复合或工程材料。
第一层40可从第一表面22延伸到(或朝向)第二层42。可使用激光来形成一或多个或每个宏孔28。这个激光可利用开孔过程来形成每个宏孔28。当然,也可使用一或多个其它过程(例如,机械钻孔或打孔)来形成宏孔28。
在一些实施例中,可在将第二层42附接到第一层40之前在第一层40中形成宏孔28。在其它实施例中,可在将第二层42附接到第一层40的同时或之后在第一层40中形成宏孔28。
第二层42可包含粘性子层44、树脂基质内的编织和/或非编织纤维性材料的至少一个子层46和表面膜48。第二层42也可包含雷击防护件50(例如,铜或其它金属网),所述雷击防护件50可随表面膜48一同安置(例如,囊封在表面膜48内或延伸到表面膜48中)或提供作为独立的子层。
通过在与第一表面22相反的一侧上将任何合适的热固性或热塑性粘合剂(例如,环氧树脂)喷洒或以其它方式涂覆到第一层40上,可建构粘性子层44。接下来,可使纤维性材料浸有树脂基质并将纤维性材料安置于粘性子层44上以提供子层46。接下来,可将雷击防护件50安置于子层46上,并且同时或随后(或之前),可将表面膜48喷洒或以其它方式涂覆到雷击防护件50和子层46。替代地,雷击防护件50可随表面膜48一同预先安置并作为薄片一起安置于子层46上。就前述配置来说,第二层42可从第二表面24延伸到(或朝向)第一层40。
一旦第二层42已固化和/或结合到或以其它方式附接到第二层40,便可形成微孔26。可使用激光来形成一或多个或每个微孔26,例如但不限于冲击式激光(例如,经配置用于冲击式激光钻孔过程的激光)。此类激光可产生高频激光脉冲并将其导引到第二层42上以对第二层42进行穿孔并由此形成微孔26(例如,微穿孔),这个过程无需进行开孔。也可调整激光的强度和焦距,从而大幅度地防止切割到第一层40中。
在一些实施例中,激光可将激光束导引到第二表面24上。在此类实施例中,激光可在第二层42中形成微穿孔52的标准化网格或阵列。这确保至少一些微穿孔52与宏孔28对准并由此形成微孔26,这个过程无需勘查宏孔28位置。应注意,勘查宏孔28位置可为耗时的,且需要昂贵的测量设备。当然,在其它实施例中,可能需要勘查宏孔28位置以便仅将激光束导引到与宏孔28对准的位置上。以这种方式,可提高第二层42的结构完整性和/或第二层24可具备更高光洁度。通过在激光穿孔期间或正好在激光穿孔之前关于坐标系统来定位宏孔28和/或使用热成像或其它检测成像来感测宏孔28的位置和/或雷击防护件50的元件,可勘查宏孔28。
在一些实施例中,激光可将激光束导引到第二层42的与第二表面24相反的一侧上。举例来说,激光束可被导引穿过每个宏孔28而到第二层42上。以这种方式,可大幅度地取消端闭微穿孔52和/或精确激光强度和焦距的关键作用不大。
当然,存在可用于建构面板18及其孔26和28的各种其它过程和形成序列,且本公开并不限于其任何特定过程和形成序列。举例来说,第二层42在附接到第一层40之前可进行穿孔。在另一示例中,可在将第二层42附接到第一层40之后形成宏孔28。此外,面板18可由除上述那些材料之外的材料来建构。举例来说,第一层40可由金属薄片(例如,铝或钛)形成。类似地,表面膜或整个第二层42可由金属薄片(例如,铝或钛)形成。

仍参考图6,涡轮发动机60包含风机段64和涡轮发动机核心。发动机核心包含压缩机段65、燃烧室段66和涡轮段67。这些发动机段65-67沿涡轮发动机60的轴向中心线68顺序地布置在发动机匣内。压缩机段65可包含低压压缩机(LPC)段和高压压缩机(HPC)段。涡轮段67可包含高压涡轮(HPT)段和低压涡轮(LPT)段。
在操作期间,空气经由在前部的上游入口70进入涡轮发动机60。此空气被导引穿过风机段64并进入到核心流道72中以及进入到旁路流道74中。可将核心流道72内的空气称作“核心空气”。可将旁路流道74内的空气称作“旁路空气”。核心空气被导引穿过发动机段65-67并经由在尾部的下游核心排气喷管76离开涡轮发动机60以提供向前发动机推力。在压缩机段66内,燃料被注入到涡轮段67中,且与核心空气混合并点燃以对涡轮段67供以动力。旁路空气被导引穿过旁路流道74,且可经由在尾部的下游旁路排气喷管离开涡轮发动机60以提供大部分的向前发动机推力。一些或所有旁路空气可在部分向前方向上通过反推器(未示出)来选择性地重新导引以离开涡轮发动机60从而提供反向发动机推力。
推进系统58还包含机舱78。机舱78是附接到涡轮发动机60和/或发动机吊架62的数个部件或结构的系统,其提供涡轮发动机60周围的气动表面、限定旁路流道74的一部分、限定核心流道72和旁路流道74的入口、限定用于旁路排气和核心排气的适当喷口并收容或含有用于飞机的发动机和其它部件的辅助设备(包含各种管道、线路、管和导线)。
机舱78可包含入口86和风机罩88(其大体上与涡轮发动机60的风机匣重叠)。参考图7,入口86可包含鼻唇部90和外筒92,所述外筒92轴向地布置并延伸于鼻唇部90与风机罩88之间。外筒92的外表面可包含所述面板18或多个面板18或可由所述面板18或多个面板18配置而成。以这种方式,图1的系统10可减小边界层厚度或增厚并由此延迟在推进系统58的向前端的轴向范围上面形成紊流。通过减少紊流,系统10可提高推进系统和飞机的效率。
术语“在前部/向前”、“在后部”、“上游”、“下游”、“内部”和“外部”用来相对于涡轮发动机60及其中心线来定向上述组件的部件。但是,本领域的技术人员将认识到,可以除上述那些定向之外的其它定向来利用这些部件中的一或多者。本发明因此并不限于任何特定空间定向。
系统10可包含于除上述涡轮发动机之外的各种涡轮发动机中。系统10(例如)可包含于齿轮减速式涡轮发动机中,其中齿轮系将一或多个轴连接到风机段、压缩机段和/或任何其它发动机段中的一或多个转子。替代地,系统10可包含于未配置有齿轮系的涡轮发动机中。系统10可包含于配置有单个线轴、两个线轴或两个以上线轴的齿轮或非齿轮减速式涡轮发动机中。涡轮发动机可配置为涡轮喷气发动机或任何其它类型的涡轮发动机。本公开因此并不限于如上文所阐述的任何特定类型或配置的涡轮发动机、推进系统、飞机部件或主体14配置。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于促进层流的装置,所述装置包括:
面板,其在内表面与外气流表面之间延伸且包含多个宏孔和多个微孔;
所述宏孔中的第一者,其从所述内表面延伸到所述面板中;以及
所述微孔中的第一者,其从所述外气流表面延伸到所述面板中并与所述宏孔中的所述第一者流体地耦接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中一组所述微孔从所述外气流表面延伸到所述面板中并与所述宏孔中的所述第一者流体地耦接,且所述组微孔包含所述微孔中的所述第一者。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述宏孔中的所述第一者具有比所述微孔中的所述第一者的宽度大至少十倍的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其进一步包括管道,其中所述宏孔中的所述第一者将所述微孔中的所述第一者与所述管道流体地耦接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其进一步包括真空源,所述真空源被配置成经由所述微孔中的所述第一者和所述宏孔中的所述第一者连续地吸取邻近于所述外气流表面的边界层流体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述面板包括复合材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述面板包括金属。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述面板包括附接到第二层的第一层,所述宏孔中的所述第一者延伸穿过所述第一层,且所述微孔中的所述第一者延伸穿过所述第二层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述第一层包括多层层压板。
10.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述第二层包括具有树脂基质的纤维性材料。
11.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述第二层包括表面膜。
12.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述第二层包括雷击防护件。
13.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述面板配置为涡轮发动机推进系统面板。
14.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述面板配置为机舱外筒面板。
15.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述面板配置为飞机面板。
16.一种用于制造用于促进层流的装置的方法,所述方法包括:
将多个宏孔和多个微孔形成到面板中,所述面板在内表面与外表面之间延伸;
使所述宏孔中的第一者从所述内表面延伸到所述面板中;以及
使所述微孔中的第一者从所述外表面延伸到所述面板中,并与所述宏孔中的所述第一者流体地耦接。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中所述形成包括使用激光来形成所述宏孔中的所述第一者或所述微孔中的所述第一者中的至少一者。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述激光被配置成对所述微孔进行冲击式激光钻孔和对所述宏孔进行开孔式激光钻孔。
19.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中所述宏孔形成于第一材料层中,且所述微孔形成于第二材料层中。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中所述第二材料层结合在所述第一材料层上面。
